DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! While it can be used by a trusted technician to solve phone problems it is used much more often by Scammers! Believe the negative reviews! Scammers use this app to gain complete control of your device and to gain unlimited access to all the data on your device! If it's already installed on your phone, UNINSTALL IT NOW! It was installed on my phone without my permission but I noticed it and quickly got rid of it. In many cases, it can't be Uninstalled! DANGEROUS APP!

I was stunned at the amount of apps that were installed in my phone over the last few days. Particularly since I had a recent reset. But your technician, Chelsea, was outstanding in every way. And the greatest possible help and put me back on track period it's a wonderful app, good to have but I hope I won't be needing it very often period
