Restaurant Depot

Generally helpful to find in-stock items, when it works. However recently stopped acknowledging store location. It will not allow me to reset store, it does prompt to set location but the seach bar will not show. Without the location I now can no longer search inventory. The app is now useless. I reset and even reinstalled it but still not working.

Restaurant Depot has recently changed their app and web page. With the changes they've made, it is now worth using. Prior to the changes, I would have given the app a 2-star. My biggest complaint is that when I do a search, I want the item searched for and nothing else.

The lobster [ (🦞 🦞) ] is better when main lobster always! I like it the clows two is what is having the thing. Water buttom part living animal, needs about 11 minutes to cook done from the water boiling. Doesn't make pee-pee-pee noise usually I don't believe to what Manfred says anymore! And I forget about the will or better other side is a thing trust same kind manipulation two sides I am tired yeah you can see right. Enough.! One more thing: To say or write sorry before. Real with humor

This app doesn't work. It doesn't let me sign in, it locks me out from my account, and it constantly shuts down when using it. This is very inconvenient for a business owner.

Just a blank screen. It won't open psst that point. Also when the app does work it doesn't allow for Autofill.

The app doesnt work. I've tried on more than one phone. Currently on the Google Pixel 7. It doesn't load and freezes. Its absolutely horrible.

App won't load. The screen is blank. I would love to use this app, and would probably purchase more often from here if I could order and pick up through the app.

Completely. Useless. The app has literally never worked properly in all the months I've had it. Seeing that there are soooo many 1 stars it would be nice if fixing the issues was made a priority.

How hard is to build an app that lets the users to stay logged in? I'm tired of typing my email/password every time that I want to search something.

If only RD can put some of their excellent store qualities into their app, we'd be golden. Hire a high school student to put more effort into this app. So disappointed.

Blank screen...does not work...just like click and pay ..wait forever for pickup. This is not a quality app.

This app hasn't worked for me. The only time I did finally get in I filled my cart and it kicked me off.

Opens but just displays a blank purple screen with no options or menu. Very disappointed.

Half the time they get your order almost right. The rest of the time you'd been better off shopping it yourself

As stated by many. App doesn't load. I'm using an S22 ultra. Also tried on wife's iPhone.
