Return and Earn

Very easy once you've set up app. Never one to recycle!! Now realising how easy it is to return and earn. Drive in, put in recycled bin, in machine. Voucher or Bank transfer. Done!!! So simple.👍

when I first had the app it worked great, I got a new phone installed the app and now I open the app and nothing shows up, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and same thing keeps happening

Very simple and easy to use...also dain a great sense of fulfilment, knowing that 'Garbage' has been recycled.

Easy to use, bank transfers have no fees, easy to change how you get paid.

Absolutely perfect app makes the whole process so much easier and removes the need for millions of paper tickets. The little achievement and trackers are a nice touch. Only one suggestion, with that being to allow us to choose to donate a voucher. I prefer to set the payout to vouchers to help cover shopping costs, however sometimes I have a few extra and wouldnt mind donating so allowing donation of vouchers would be nice. Overall a perfect app :)

Return and Earn is a great program that encourages social responsibility by letting people collect and refund bottles, cans, and drink containers. Many people gather plastic bottles, cans, and glass bottles to get refunds. I used to feel the same way, so instead of taking cash, I would usually buy something with the refund. But once I started using the app and getting the refund directly into my bank account, it became so much easier! Highly recommended!

The station is Chatswood is often full. Perhaps the frequency of emptying this station could be reassessed.

I found workers very friendly and helpful and kind. It's A excellent service to the public and I will keep coming back

experiencing problems, haven't opened it for a few months and when I attempted to open app it's not loading, I'm getting a white page only. I deleted app and redownloaded it and still getting the same result. I'll try again in a couple of days

App has not worked for weeks. "We are experiencing technical difficulties at the moment" has been the case for weeks. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. This uselessness wouldn't happen anywhere the government isn't involved. 50/50 whether it's sheer incompetence and they just can't do their job or its corruption to leave the supermarket vouchers as the only available option. Thanks heaps guys.

Barcode is nice and large so it scans well. Pays straight to Pay Pal (not direct to bank acc) which is great for bank security. Support for charity is one click away. I have used this system since it came out and I've never had an issue. :)

Completely useless. Cannot login or link to PayPal. Keeps getting caught in a verification loop and cannot proceed. There was nothing wrong with the previous MyTomra app, it worked fine. My 8 year old son has performed more sophisticated coding on Roblox than the developers of this app. Don't bother, need to find some other use for your old cans and bottles, this is a complete waste of time.

Did the app update only to find the screen is way to dark, including the barcode. At the machine the barcode does not scan due to this! I even tried on more than one machine. In the end I had to just take vouchers instead. It shows that no app developers tested the update for quality control before making it live.

The app constantly logs out and the barcode isn't available until you log back in causing time pressure at the machines. Given that this is a money collection app I can't see why the barcode cannot be made available even if logged out, avoiding awkward situations and delays at the machines.

Terrible app when it comes to changing the payout method. It's annoying as it is that you don't have a machine that gives you cash like the Queensland scheme I'm used too (seriously, why can't you guys do that if QLD Containers for Change does???), but when you try change the payout method from that stupid retail voucher option to actual money, the app just has the please waiting screen and doesn't move past it. I've waited over 10 minutes on 2 different occasions and it doesn't change.

Terrible! Can't login via PayPal. Enter my email and have to go check my emails to login. Login on my laptop for that email and it says ready to scan. I'm not taking my laptop to the place. What a ridiculous upgrade to have. Go back to the better times when it just opened and kept you logged in

Our local machines are continually out of order. When they do work, they do not always transfer the money.

Logged into the app today and the new colour scheme makes it impossible for the reader to read the barcode. Whether I chose light or dark mode made no difference. Had to screenshot the barcode and reverse the colours in an image editing app so it would function.

It really adds up!! So easy to use and the app is great!!

I sorted out all my glass, cans, and bottles today, loaded it to the car, but out of all the days this could of happened the app doesn't work, it's just a blank screen. Tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app, but it still doesn't work.
