App updates in December and January. I'm using this on a OnePlus Nord N20 5G running Android 12; 2024 Eliminator 450 ABS. For the most part the app seems to work fairly well. Bluetooth connection is working, basic odometer & trip odometers, gasoline level, battery charge, average mpg, etc. are reflecting what shows on the instrument cluster. Trip recording seems to be working accurately and trip data exports correctly. One issue in unit settings, changing C to F does not save.

I have a 2022 650 Versys. The Rideology app does not display the same info as the bike for mileage, range, gas, etc is all incorrect, not even close to what the bike display says. Also will not record trips, it will only let me interact with the app when the bike is off and bluetooth disconnected. As soon as I turn the bike key on, the Bluetooth connects and the screen grays out and says I cannot use the app while the bike is in motion, even though its parked with the kickstand down.

Absolutely useless. Other than telling me the battery voltage on my 2024 Ninja 500 SE 40th Anniversary Edition, it does nothing else. Failed to record the two trips I tested it on. All permissions have been approved, including specific location data. Nothing appears on the map for my last ride, which was 20 minutes. I will be deleting immediately.

edit. still won't connect. Ridiculous. It has never once connected to my 2024 H2 using any phone. It always provides an immediate "Failed to connect" error. Useless, despite recent updates. I even tried a factory reset on the phone just to be sure.

I have recently purchased a new 2026 Kawasaki Z500 SE. The bike connects to the Rideology app however the app is not showing me any vehicle information or logging any rides. It comes up with the message 'This vehicle is not a model with detailed information' What is the point of having the app? Have tried emailing support but received no reply.

it used to work but now someone has got it seriously wrong as I can no longer log into it. To be honest I don't miss it much either!

N-650-R Not sure what the skill issues of the 1-2 star reviewers are, but for anyone that can literally read or think in any capacity, follow the instructions.... it links right up and tells you what is and is not compatible with it. My only issue was with the very odd BT connection setup. but works great and if you can't figure it out you probably shouldn't ride anything faster than your bicycle.

The app seems to be only working if the bike is serviced regularly. if u miss a service checkpoint, the software rejects paring. ( Z H2 2022)

The app had a bug, but now is running great. Open the app before you start the bike and connects good. The record your trip is a great feature. You can play it back on a map, with a telemetry graph, you select variables. Like speed, gear, throttle % and more. Easy to look up when your next service is. Create your own rider modes. Power level mixed with traction control level, then send it to the bike.

Just give us navigation. a monthly subscription just to see turn by turn directions on the tft is gross.

I can't get past the screen saying "now loading". I have cleared app cache, restarted phone, reinstalled app twice and still nothing, just sits there 'loading'

Most infuriating app I have used ever. The old version lost it's connection with the bike everytime you stopped for gas, forcing to restart the app and route recording, never tracked gps while it should've. Removed the old version and installed the new version a couple of weeks ago, only to find it impossible to add my bike in the app. Followed all the right steps. Re-installed today to try again, hoping they fixed the issue somehow, now I am unable to sign in with my google account (which is also the only way you can sign in)(gives back the following error message as soon as you press the sign in button: An error was encountered with the requested page.) The bike is amazing, the app is complete and utter garbage, I really expect more from a company of this magnitude. Reading complains about the app on practically every forum/facebook group, all with the same problems.

Practically useless. When it actually records a trip it takes long long hours to make the stats available to see, sending the RIDER settings to the bike usually generates an error, trips usually fail to record the most part of the way, etc. Such a good concept, but such a terrible execution. Not worth it the space in the phone.

After 4 years, my 2020 H2 SX SE+ has had no problems with this. It tracks very well and doesn't interfere with another GPS tracking app I have installed and in use. You can playback riding logs, and it will show and let you select, gear used, air temp, supercharger, and another load on a time graph. You can watch your bike turn and lean angles along the trip. Even gives you a "smiley face" for a Kawasaki eco ride. I've never seen it, only sad or straight lined ones. :'D

I attempted to use or at least initiate the app. after entering my Google account and password, it sluggishly took me to a new page requiring me to allow it to look at all of my account data from Google. if you don't allow that, the app will not work. I reluctantly agreed to those terms. the next page requested a user ID. it would not allow me to type much of anything, and in red declared that I must enter data in single bit alphanumeric. Don't need the app that badly. it's gone

Works well for me on my Ninja 650 40th Anniversary, capturing data and easily connecting to the bike. Not as slick as the BMW Motorrad app which lets you play back a journey, captures additional data and has a higher quality look and feel. This is a very good start though, I hope they continue to develop it.

I expect so much more from the smart people at Kawasaki. This app is broken, useless, and yet has so much potential to be great. I don't know if the app needs remade or if the bikes computer needs an upgrade. Give us onscreen navigation Kawasaki. Make the full LCD display work the same as a cars, you can do it.

Can't connect my z900 on the app via bluetooth. I tried connecting only through the app and I tried connecting through my phone bluetooth then going to the the app and no matter what I do, the app won't recognize the bike. I'm unable to add vehicle. Very frustrating, I see that many others are having the same problem. I hope they fix this soon especially with how much they are promoting this buggy app

After changing my phone, app is not getting connected now. It was working on the old phone but tried multiple times to connect to new phone...Using with Ninja 1000SX. It would be also great if the app records all rides automatically instead of us manually setting up to records everytime. Sometimes the ride log stops in middle without any warning. Need much improvement but for now I need help connecting it to my new phone. Local dealers not sure on this issue.
