I anticipated for there to be notifications from my phone about documents and other important work related matters but it's only when I open the app. Plus I have to sign in online when I'm already signed in on the app through my account in order to read and provide my digital signature. It's really not convient for me especially when I have millions of tasks in the day to do when the app doesn't notify me throughout my day.

Always having an issue logging in. I swear I feel like I have to log in an hour in advance just to see if I can clock in. and it's not always just the app. Sometimes even the desktop version doesn't work. I also hate that I always have to use an external browser. which doesn't make sense. Just let me log in directly in the app. I miss being able to just use authenticator app. So many extra steps.

Update 9/30/25 Cannot manually do time entry on the current date. error of: Selected date not available. Should allow a customized home page with quick links to what the user uses often. 4 clicks to open your camera to photograph your receipt. Then half the time the app freezes and locks up after you take the photo. Time card sometimes opens up in the future pay period that hasn't started yet. Searching in the help takes you out of the app and into the webpage were you have to login again.

You guys really need to tighten this thing up. The app resets to the home screen when you switch and come back without a grace period. You're practically begging people to make typos in their banking information since users can't switch apps to copy things and paste them. Further, there are sections of the app that just don't seem to work, like payment splitting which let's me play with amounts, but not actually save changes. Sort it out. It's frustrating. But there's potential here.

Honestly worst app I've ever dealt with. Doesn't load. Tells me I'm unauthorized. Says it needs to update, there is no update. I have to delete it and re download it just about every day to clock in and out for work. When it does load it takes minutes to actually register punches. My phone is brand new. I have no issues with anything else. Just this app.

The interface for this app is horrible. At most, it just does the bare minimum and that's it. If I want to look at a team's schedules, I cannot select the date range because the UI is off of my phone's screen, and there is no way to scroll down or adjust it. Every page is slow to load and somewhat unintuitive to navigate through. I wish I could use a different app to help with scheduling.

It was working fine until it needed to "verify it was me." Now I'm stuck in an endless loop of trying to verify my identity, it opens Chrome, I sign in, and then it fails. It will never work trying to verify my identity, and so it will never let me log in. When the app is working, it takes so long just to open, and then navigation through the site is clunky and slow. All this app does is waste my time.

Slow. Loads slow. Too many steps for basic functions. Not easy to use. No help/support. Seems designed to be difficult. Weeks later and it still is buggy. 5-6 steps to just clock in. Not at all efficient. Not intuitive at all. Clumsy. Pages are not formatted well to a phone. Overlapping words, etc. Just makes the beginning and end of my day frustrating. Seems like the 5 star reviews are written like sales pitches....

Brand new to it, seems like junk. I've used it a week, still junky, no security. And it wants to update EVERY SINGLE TIME you open it. 2 weeks in, Completely useless. Unfortunately, I still have to use it. It wants your location to clock it, won't be happening at our company. I will not use my personal device and/or location for the company.

I use the app mostly to upload receipts to submit expenses and it's a pretty bad experience. It bugs out a lot trying to get to the Spend screen to even open the form to submit an expense. Recently it's been creating an extra draft for every expense that I have to go into the desktop site to delete. Today, the receipt scanner stopped working. After filling in the details manually and submitting, it "finishes" but just renders an empty form. And the entry isn't there. Please fix.

Not good. Some employees can simply click the app icon and be automatically logged in. I have to go through a multi step process... Email address, password, authenticator code. I even have an additional security code. Seems like a bit much. I'm not logging in to a high level confidential government database that stores nuclear weapon launch codes.... Just need to check my hours folks. Can we tone it down a bit?

This app doesn't work at all. I have contracting my hr and they can't figure it out and I contact ripple support and they say they don't help people that aren't customers. This company looks second hand. PAYLOCITY is way better!! I can't look up anything on the app. It's a water of money from my point of view. It log me in and as soon as I click on to go to my profile ot logs me out... don't do it it not worth any amount of money in my opinion. Even the name doesn't make sense!

This the app my company uses for time and attendance. Why one star? Seems like every 5th time I open the app, it is asking me to allow notifications. I don't need notifications. You have two options, to enable the notifications. Or "Maybe later". That's the dumbest thing ever. Why would someone suddenly change there mind after saying no the first 50 times.

I'm on salary but I receive numerous "shift reminder" notifications and emails, flooding my inbox and making me miss important messages. There is no way to turn them off and also no way to get ahold of a human to help. They shouldn't be surprised to get this one star review since customer service obviously isn't something they care about.

Not a fan at all. Can't add rental car programs. It runs the wrong amount on my credit card for hotels. No number to call for immediate service. Says Ms for me and I change it to Mr, but it won't update. So when I book I am Ms. Concur is way better.

I have exactly one QOL suggestion. Please add the option to have a floating timer overlay that stays visible over other apps. It would make it so much easier to track break times and job types throughout the day. I feel like I lose track of what im clocked in as when the app is not open.

no timer in app for breaks (have to use mobile site to view), can't easily see who else you're scheduled with, clock-in app has way too many steps when it could easily be simplified

I'm REQUIRED to use this app on MY device to clock in and out at a dishwashing job. How horrible is that? To HAVE to have a smartphone to work in a kitchen?! And of course it doesn't work: It often takes 10-15 minutes to get GPS data before it will LET me clock in or out. On top of that, it tries to steal 1/2 hr of my pay after 6 hours on the clock for a fake "lunch" -- I have to report it and "request a change" every time and it keeps happening (clear FLSA violation -- not legal).

It's hard to access after the switch's phone can I say impossible not much information is a loss timing 😕
