Continually receive random error messages. It doesn’t correctly list all my prescriptions filled by RA, only the 1 or 2 not picked up, or possibly most recent 1 or 2, so it is almost useless. After logging in via fingerprint recently, I received a message saying I needed to re-enter my password. Then, it wouldn't accept the password, so I had to reset it. I can select to have a script delivered, but will still be notified twice more that it's ready for pickup. This is a lousy app.

This is pretty useless: even though you can select "my store", you can't use the app to check availability and price of an item at that location (or to locate where the item is in the store). It gives an online price, which is considerably lower than the in-store price (something of a bait and switch). It adds nothing to the convenience level of shopping at Rite Aid (although I haven't used it for prescription refills, so I can't comment on that feature).

I'm not even complaining about its extremely slow speed. But this app is not working, it constantly hangs, drops you, loses information, shows incorrect information. For example, my shopping cart is empty, and it shows one. I used to think that the Stop & Shop app was not good. Now I realize that it's actually great compared to Rite Aid because this one is a total disaster.

TERRIBLE! Since this apps format was changed a month or 2 ago it has been terrible!! I can't link my husband's acct but when I go to fill 1 of my prescriptions it has combined both of our prescriptions. His have my name on them and vice versa. It won't recognize passwords and flashes a red "server not responding" message. Too many issues to list. The old format was GREAT! Never had a problem with it. Since this update it's been a nightmare. My pharmacy is busy and prefers we use the app.

9/12/22 after 4+ months of getting an error: "Something went wrong. Please contact Customer care." the app works again. I still have the same phone that they claimed was no longer supported. I suspect that they finally found and fixed the bug that caused this. I read the comments and numerous people had reported the same or similar problem. I can't believe that all of us had "unsupported" phones. Here's hoping that it stays fixed.

Your app is very lousy! The prices for so many items in a current week's ad are vague ("under $0.00" is NOT specific), the weight and/or size (ounces/fluid ounces) of a product isn't often stated & product availability @ my local store is "iffy". The cashiers (for the most part) are dumber than a box of rocks if you ask a simple question as to why certain items advertised aren't available. The shelves are growing bare & empty. If you're not going to give a damn, then close the bloody store!

Probably one of the most broken apps on the PlayStore. Never wants to work. Always wants to throw an error when trying to login. Their backend system is absolutely horrible for the Pharmacy entirely. I feel bad for the Pharmacists that have to deal with their terrible system. Every time you try to login, it'll throw an error about not having a network connection or your account being wrong. Then when you go to relogin manually, it says something went wrong. Every, single, time. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I can't believe only one family member can use the app to order prescriptions. Also, creating a cart of items to order is useless. I want to be able to pickup additional items at the drive through window when I am ill but the cart does not link to a pickup amd I am unable to even pay in the cart for delivery. Many functions do not work--ordering refills sometimes do not go through. And, for the past month, I am unable to login even after changing the password. Useless. Frustrating.

What options are available are okay. But once I submit an Rx for refill, I can't tell if it has been submitted or in-process. I have to hope it can be filled and then shows up ready to pickup. Otherwise, it just continues to show, "ready to refill" and I don't know there's a problem unless I ask about it in the pharmacy. There should also be a way to remove a Rx from auto-refill. It may be a convenience for some. I've asked at the store multiple times, yet they are still get reset to auto.

This is the worst app and website that I have ever dealt with. My login information keeps getting lost. Half of the time when I try to log in there is a server error. The rest of the time when I try to log in, it links to a different account with my phone number. I'm not sure how I ended up with two accounts in the app, but only one of them will allow me to sign in on the website. The website and the app passwords are not the same. Both accounts are linked to my same cell phone number. I'm not sure how you managed to pull that one off. All of my spending is between two accounts now, because nobody knows which one to pick at the register when I give them my phone number. My bonus cash disappeared instantly when I linked my Rite Aid card to Google pay. I seriously hate this app and this entire company right now!

Saves me the trouble of having to deal with all my prescriptions over the phone. Sometimes it gets glitchy when you choose to stay logged in, which is required for medication reminders to work. I would like to see some kind of confirmation that a refill request was received and the ability to check its status. Currently there's only options to see medications ready to be refilled (assuming you have automatic refills) and refills ready for pickup.

It is a clean looking app and has some nice features, but it lacks a UPC bar code scanner to find products in the store or pull up products I have. And the search is horrible. You put in the name of the product without quotes, and it comes up with hundreds of somewhat related items. Put the name in quotes, and it can't find it, even though it is a currently carried item.

This app is garbage. I can not easily submit any kind of refill without it getting lost or losing what meds I wanted refilled. So I must each time rescan the bottles. Oh and if you do submit a refill you can't look at the request. There isn't one to look at. So you don't know if it worked properly. Unless you resubmit a refill, then it will tell you that you did. But it still won't give details. You're better off calling in the refill orders..... But make sure there is remaining refills Because

This is a terrible app. Input of info is clunky and there is no recourse to avoid unnecessary, repetitive input of date of birth, etc. We have used my phone number for years for wellness discounts, so setting up my account here should have been a breeze. Instead an error message informed me that "this wellness number is already in use" (duh) and I was unable to go any further in setting up my account. I was originally looking for an electronic record of my vaccines, at least. Forget it!

I had used this app for a long time. After last update I cannot login from my phone or tablet. I worked with customer care 2 days trying all different options including deleting my account and re-entering all the info. Still does not work. Sent email to developer. No reply. I am very frustrated as I do everything from my phone. I see others are getting error messages too. So it is not just me. If you're going to put an app out there from a major company at least make sure it works.

Garbage app. Slow, constantly erroring out. Prescription status has never worked. Your pharmacies and SMS system does not seem to be connected to the app, so it is useless. Notifications also do not work at all. Looks like I'm not the only one having issues with the app. And, yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled. And rebooted. And cleared cache. And it still gets stuck with the mortal/pestle animation and gives an error before allowing me to log in.

I can scan prescription labels, but it never tells me if they are actually ready. Can't ever discern if there is an error, or the prescription went through. It NEVER accepts passwords unless you change the password right then and there for the millionth time, regardless of whether the password is the right one. Auto refill is hit and miss and I am never sure of how many fills I have left on a prescription. The app itself is very rough and all over the place. So not worth the frustration.

I have used thus app for years and it was wonderful. I'm a heavy user (20 scripts every 30 days) so ability to order through the app might not be life or death, but it's close. In the past month or so the app freezes as the mortar and pestle dance and never goes to the selected tab. Today, I went to order and it keeps telling me to make at least one selection to proceed, but I have 15 selected! Yes, it's prettier, but that doesn't count if it no longer works. And yes, I uninstalled/reinstalled

The password change issue & refilling prescriptions is useless. Sometimes the refills can't be selected, filling a refill manually can't be done because the last name input box doesn't work properly, scanning has difficulties reading the scan code. And to top it off, if you are able to get a refill using the app, more often than not, it doesn't take. You need to check to see if the refill is ready before going to pick up. Best bet: use the phone, but then you're put on hold. Waste of time!

The latest version of this app constantly displays a message that says something like "Duplicate Refill - Call Pharmacy" whenever I refill a prescription. Calling the pharmacy reveals there is no duplicate, it's is a bug in the app. Rite-Aid, figure out why the message appears. Fix the bug so it never happens again, and make sure you include a test case so you never release a version of software with this bug in it again. Thank you.
