I gave it 2 stars because the app itself is easy But that's all. I should have actually went to a different store completely. I ordered the stuff got the express delivery. Day before I get the time frame 8-12. Go to drop my daughter off at school 15 mins from the house and ive missed my delivery. They claim they called when I checked the call was blocked by my spam detector for high spam risk. They told me they would try to come back out same day didnt. First time using R2G never will again
This was my first time using Rooms to Go and purchasing any furniture online. The salesperson was incredibly helpful and the process was super easy. The delivery was free and arrived on time! I love the Antonin leather sofa and matching recliner. Beautiful quality and great price! I'll definitely be going back to rooms to go for future purchases both in person and online
I've enjoyed shopping with RTG through the years. It's been easy and I've enjoyed the furniture as well. I've purchased a living room set, bedroom furniture, and numerous mattresses. They've proven to be great quality and affordable.

this app use to use however lately it requires u to change password so much you can't use 1 you'll remember!!! even after completing it 1000x it still makes u do a reset everytime just to make a payment!!! plz fix I don't have time to get on phone to pay a bill evy month!!!!
The new design of the new app sucks. It is not user friendly at all. I am unstalling it.

Wasted hours with customer service because the app wouldn't accept payment for my other address - and then they got the payment wrong and got into this back and forth of online and store handling the order (why a single person couldn't get it correct). On day three to see if they can figure it out - will never try this again!
I wouldn't recommend anyone use rooms to go. They charge a large restocking fee. I ordered a 700 dollar set, it would of cost 200 to send it back. It didn't look exactly as pictured and it didn't include everything I thought it did. I wish I would have because even of they kept 200 dollars, I still would of saved money buying elsewhere. Stupid mistake to buy a bedroom set here.
Checking out in the app will only give you delivery dates for items that come direct from store. If you order 2 items and one is not direct you will not get a delivery date for it, but it will appear as though it will be delivered on same day as direct item during checkout. Additionally it doesn't do the best job making sure you understand what is direct or indirect and you could easily pay premium setup fee for something that comes indirectly when the direct item needs no setup like a mattress.

Can you please release support for the Pixel tablet resolution? Very limited experience when it comes to viewing the "M1" Modular One furniture accessories. I'm unable to view individual pieces to build upon a previous order. The app needs more work. For most of your collection you couldn't go wrong with more of an a la carte interface if that makes sense.
Very unable with customer servicer and the adjustable bed that I bought in Nov 2019. I have been call since the frist of the year because the base wouldn't go up nor down it is just stick mid way which is very uncomfortable. I have a bad back and knees and in pain every morning when I get up. I have had 3 or 4 appointments which they have cancel, they don't answer the telephone for 20 to 30 mintues and then ask if you would like to be placed on a return call list that takes for ever to get back
Looks nice. Haven't tried to purchase through app let, but I'm a bit concerned considering the entire top row of functions are not responsive. No search, no see what's in cart. It's frustrating because I know what I'm looking for, but can't find it on the app. It pops up on the web page so it's making the app useless.
Frustrating. Very slow app. Hard to filter selections. Won't track my order even though I ordered on the app. Don't bother downloading, you will get the same results by just going to the website. Best results are in store, but delivery is more expensive.
