Haven't been able to log in the app for more then a week. I'm getting the "We're sorry but we're not able to show you your plan in the app. Give us a ring...". I called customer support and they weren't able to help. Only suggested to uninstall and reinstall the app which didn't fix it. There is a lot of info missing on the website as apparently they're changing systems and some of the customer's data wasn't migrated. This is a major issue, not being able to have full control over my financials.
Once the log in errors are fixed it's an excellent app. I really like that I can set up draw-down with the app instead of making a long phone call.
I haven't been able to view my balance for more than a week. Tried uninstalling. Website still works but is terrible. Is there an issue with this app? spoke to customer service. 4 days later, still not fixed.
App is good mostly but there is a major design flaw when entering information into forms or fields as the keyboard hides any "next step" options like submit or next. This is also the case for clicking anything to proceed at the bottom of all pages as they are mostly covered by the phone navigation menu. This needs to be resolved asap as it's very poor for this day and age.
Forced to use app due to bad website, find app also doesn't ever work. e.g. nominating beneficiarys is currently broken. terrible first impressions of a new pension provider
The app is ok, but a little basic. I would like to see the following features: A graph view that shows investment growth over time with a flexible option to show different time periods e.g. 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year etc A more flexible future outlook feature to estimate future funds size. There should be options to amend figures like retirement age, investment growth and future contributions to see how these affect the funds. I had this flexibility in the Scottish Widows app.
something went wrong error when trying to register, impossible to use for now. edit: I filled in the help form, they reached out to me to ask for my phone number, which I gave, and then heard nothing else. unfortunately this process continues to be a waste of time edit2: they've reset my account and I can now log in. once the case manager got involved everything went very smoothly. Cheers Gavin!
haven't been able to log into the app without rebooting my phone for over a week now
App is ok but the app is showing full screen behind the home button bar which means the Confirm button at the bottom of the app is hidden behind the home button bar and can't be pressed. Pls fix. Thanks.
When it used to let me in, it was often 'down for maintenance'. Since moving some of my pension around, it's said that I can't get in a gives me a phone number to call. After waiting forever, I eventually spoke to someone who wasn't particularly helpful. He suggested that it might take a little while to reset after the money was moved. Six weeks later, still unable to access the App and I'm certainly not waiting online for another half an hour. I'll check again next week, but......
Tried this about a year ago, just tried again & no password reset email at all. Doesn't work at all. Edit: spoke with customer service & got sorted in minutes. If you don't receive a password reset email, you need to sign up through the web portal. Don't see any bugs within the app itself & app is fairly straightforward to work with.
The app is undergoing maintenance 90% of the time a user tries to look at it. I've never seen an app so unavailable before. The app never changes, but maintenance windows span days and happen weekly. It's a coin flip that you can access during the week and a certainty that you'll have no access on weekends. It's really not like any other in terms of its unreliability.
Worked well for more than a year but then stopped showing my account. Has happened a few times in the past around year end reports but usually starts working a few days later. logged out, cleared storage/cache and reinstalled didn't help. Telling me to phone customer services isn't helpful when RL broke things. Wouldn't respond via email for "data protection" reasons so that's the end of mobile access for me.
App is easy to use, with clear simple information as to investment, interest rate, growth and maturity.
Hopeless. It's been three years since I reported the problem of not being able to access my account on the app. I've been passed from pillar to post by customer services who have washed their hands of me. The app doesn't work clearly. Develop one that actually works. I've taken out alternative products due to the shsmbolic approach from the tech team and customer services.
Wow what a very helpful & informative app. I would definitely recommend this for all RL customers.
just joined the app it's looking very interesting and supportive everything is well explained, and it's very easy and friendly to use
lowest options in app always covered by system navigation and so unusable. eg. resending codes
Set up my account on-line and can log in no problem; the app, however, refuses to recognise me. I keep getting told that my sign in info is incorrect. I can't review the app properly until I can get in. Update; I have three pensions with RL, and only one of them shows in the app. I had to create a separate account to see it. Now I can log in, it does what I need adequately.
Haven't been able to access my pension details on this app since I've had it merged with another. I'm not sure how long it takes to update the details, but it's been over two weeks. Rang customer service who weren't able to help. A contribution was made 9th March, but still unable to access my account. I had an email this morning to say I've been awarded Profitshare, but it doesn't show online either
