Its a good App but for some reason i cant streem the videos this is geolocalized is there some thing alse that you need to do???😞

Can only get subtitles on my phone app, not on my TV app where I watch it with my family, where most of my family is not good at spanish

The website and the app aren't good enough. Even with the internet fully working, the platforms don't totally load the videos and it pauses all the time. I am still using the 7 days free trial... But would be very frustrating to pay and not being able to watch. The content is amazing though, the only thing is that the videos don't load and it makes hard to watch.

What has two thumbs and won't use this app because content cannot be played in its original language with subtitles, unlike pretty much ANY broadcast content? Yep, this guy. Also, the design of its search form is pure genius: hey, let's highlight the optional field and make ALL users find their way to the required one by trial and error, and error, and error...

It's a good app that gives you access to a decent selection of video files. It's stable and easy to use. One thing I'm missing is for the app to remember the episodes I've seen for the series marked as favorite, and for them to be available from main screen (in oppose to the necessity of navigating to the favorite tab).

Good selection of programmes.The reason I have dropped one star is that I wish ALL programmes had the option of subtitles as, being a learner of the Spanish language, I do find they talk very fast and subtitles help me to understand more.

Terrible app. It doesn't work, the interface is horrible, most of the times it doesn't connect to the chrome cast. Keeps buffering even though with super fast Internet, and apparently I am not the only one having this problem. Seriously 2021 and this application working as if it was the very first application ever.... 🙄

This app is perfect to watch Spanish TV show. The only downside is, it is sluggish. The movement when you click between one page to another is really slow. The first time loading of video is also too slow. You need to make it more responsive, please.

Not able to get subtitles. This applies to using the app on my chromebook, pixelbook or android TV. I well into the series Seis Hermanas #173 of 498 capítulos so I have invested a lot of time. I have written the developer and RTVE but haven’t gotten a response yet. Perhaps others have the same issue and if you resolved please let me know what I need to do. Can you get subtitles on tv series? I also have a old Chromebook and I do have subtitles only on the website. Can‘t do the same on Pixelbook.

It was working okay in the UK. Downloaded an app update, and it now says my TV no longer supports this content. Before this, my remote control frequently wasn't working, so I had to install a LQ remote app to my phone to navigate RTVE app.

The app is very nice and works on android 7 with no problem. Now I have android 10 and doesn't load the content, only audio but not video. Works only if you watch on tv with chromecast. Hope you can solve this issue.

The app works perfectly, the only problem is that some content is location-restricted and I can't watch it outside Spain. Still there is a lot of free content, you can always find something to choose between.

Forget it if you live in the US. You're basically not able to watch 95% of all series. Which I wanted to watch all the things I can't on Netflix. Like Season 2 and 3 of Merlí, La otra Mirada Season 2, Seis hermanas etc. Basically all the amazing panish (from spain) series I got hooked on and netflix only has 1 season. Boooooooo!!!!!!!

Difficulty downloading programmes+after seeing programmes problems with deleting the programmes I deleted and reinstalled this app hoping that things would improve . It didn't . Rtve is a big tv company ....why then has this app so many bugs in it as compared to for example tge Netflix app.

Videos will only play for 3 seconds then a pop up message saying that the video is not available will appear. Im not even using chromecast which looks like the most common issue. This used to be a good app.

"El video no se puede reproducir. Inténtelo más tarde." This bug pop-up all the time. Can't fix it, even after cache cleaned. Disappointed.

BUG - Does not CAST properly. I watched a programme on my smartphone, but when I cast to the television, it displayed something entirely different that had been televised 2 hours earlier!!!

Really good app. Fixed by the IT team, finally. Can download most episodes of series that are not currently being aired. These can also be sent to chromecast for viewing on big tv.

The stream is frequently interrupted, making it impossible to watch anything... On the same network where every other streaming service works without a hitch
