I have reported this issue multiple times (via email and online through website's contact us). Sometime in late February or early March, a change occured in the coding when ordering a steak (6 oz. Ribeye for example). You must now select a combo choice. One of the choices is a steak only (no upgrade), however that choice is adding an additional charge of more than $20 (that is $20+ the original cost of the steak). It is cheaper to add shrimp. Fix this.

I can never get the barcode to read, so I always have to hand enter the code from my receipt. The servers never ask if you are a ruby rewards member and they refer you to email questions since they don't know much about the program. Recently I lost a ton of points because they now expire, which I'm not happy about.

Everything works as it should and quite well actually. Except for the payment function that is. Even using the split payment function it does not handle gift cards well at all. Also once it didn't like my MasterCard either. Thankfully the store manager at #4617 was able to correct the issue. Whoever created the app must be new to programming. Just transfer the gift card balance to the account and then charge the remaining balance by other means. Who does this you ask? Amazon, Chick-fil-A, etc.

Couldn't online pickup complete order. Tried 3 times and kept saying reviewing cart and it wouldn't go further. I had to go inside to order. I was using a $15 gift card and paying the rest on my card. Very frustrating. Google Pixel 9 with 5gUW. This review worked perfectly.

I am a frequent customer of Ruby Tuesday and I was stacking up points for the biggest redemption reward....come to find out that points expire and I has just FINALLY earned the rewards 3 weeks prior...there is no where in the app that states an expiration date.. just an earning date....there is no way we can keep track of all of those dates and calculate how many expire on which day. I lost out on 1,677 points ... It's more reasonable to have an expiration date ......

We have visited your store for a long time. But recently have not been happy with the food and service. The ribs used to be very moist and tasty. But this and last time were dry and overcooked. We did not want fries so ordered a veg instead. We were still served fries. Asked for the zucini, was served it BUT was charged extra for it. There was only one server for several tables, so we had to wait for help.

I like ruby Tuesdays and i like the food but the app is not the best. Difficult to navigate and no place does it list the daily specials. As a result i usually go to a different restaurant. I don't know who put the app together but they are obviously out of touch with what their consumers want and need

They should make there app compatible with all phones. Mine is a Motorola. It left me download the app. but after the first meal. I haven't been able to do anything with it. Love Ruby Tuesday. but I can't get here as much as I'd like because I like steak. Now I can't claim rewards or get specials to earn rewards. It says my phone isn't compatible. Always wants me to do something else.

Disappointed on our last visit,our server didn't finish taking our order before turning it in, she just didn't want to be bothered with us, she was only waiting on one table besides us we were getting a to go order,I told her I wanted to redeem reward points and she said she already turned in our order, how you turn in a order when you didn't finish taking ours, there was nothing on my hamburger,fries were cold and old,then I give my number to add to my points , she didn't bother adding them,

This app needs work. There should be a QR code that could be scanned in the restaurant. And you should be able to pay with gift card and add a gift card to your account . In the app, you can only pay with a credit card, which is ridiculous since they always have gift card promotions.

This app worked 1 time and now gives an error. Also theres too many limitations. For example you can't order a gluten free bun for your burger or you can't add or subtract any other dietary concerns. What you order is what you get.

5 Stars for sure!! Loved the chill upbeat Environment, the food was impeccable! Recommending the Cajan Pasta, Garden Bar and on, and The most outstanding dessert I've ever tasted. THE COOKIE SKILLET! #TODIEFOR🔥🩷 and RUBY RELAXER (for those of age) to sip it all down with. The Staff were welcoming, well mannered, and easy to approach at any given time. Will not let me log on even with the proper username password which I have written down still won't work so I do what I do with all apps that suck I uninstall them and then I don't ever go to that store ever again. If you can't have a professional application you can't run a successful business

The barcode scanner does not want to pick up the barcode on the receipt. I had to enter the number manually but that's okay. I will miss the email deals which seemed more to my use, and more ec to a retirees pocketbook.

The steaks and sides were very good. the ribs were extremely dry and overcooked. I did send back and received new half rack but they were still very dry. this is very unusual for ribs at this location. We will try again another time.

I earn rewards and can't even use them even though I've spent hundreds maybe thousands at ruby tuesday in bartow just because we ordered the daily special was on a 60 dollar ticket doesn't sound too much like a special 🙃 it's rewards not a coupon don't offer a reward program if your not going to honor it..thank you

Wonderful food and service in Cambridge Ohio Ruby's. Allie and Ashlee are great servers!! Ive never had a bad meal and the salad bar is the best in town. Just wish they had cottage cheese. 😁❤

My phone want support it and without warning left me owing a bill in a restaurant due to your update with no warning at all. It has been a problem from the very first day and one week later still a problem. I will ask for a refund on the monthly garden bar that I can't use now.

I'm not rating on food or service, just the app. I just downloaded it and I couldn't get the birthday date to go anywhere. You cannot get the month, day or year to stay put at what you selected. I also don't know if they can send texts or not.
