Rugby World Cup 2023

Great when it worked but the app itself is too buggy so I eventually uninstalled it before the end of the women's world Cup. It took ages to load, refreshed randomly and took you somewhere else and eventually logged me out and I couldn't log back in. The rugby is great though, pity the app couldn't keep up.

I downloaded the app a few months ago. I registered, received an email, and confirmed my account. I then downloaded the eCalendar and it all seemed to be working OK. Now that I come back to it, I can't log in, they send an email which doesn't take me back to the app with automatic login as stated on the email, instead, I'm lost in a loop: login - email - login - email Oh well, another waste of time.

Inaccurate scores, team members missing from squads, odd navigation, it feels a bit thrown together. An example of odd navigation, click on Teams and you get no info about the squad. Click on Pools then teams and you get it. Surely it should be the same Teams page. Example of team members missing, how about the Welsh captain? Pretty poor. Update, the players are there, just can't see them, not displaying properly.

Worst app ever. Freezes ALL the time. You better hope it doesn't freeze 1 player away from picking you whole fantasy team, you'll definitely have to do everything from the start. Just had to do that 3 times. Also, forget about ever scrolling up once you've scrolled down too far, you'll definitely have to reload the page again. Want to see your predictor score? Not on this app, it will definitely not load that page, or if you're lucky enough that the leader board loads, you can go back to that pg

Really poorly thought out app. Cannot be bothered to use it anymore. Had I commissioned and paid for this app, I'd be looking for my money back. By far, the single most frustrating thing about it, and there are many, it's random inability to display two digit scores, it will sometimes display 37-12, but more often 7-2. Not yet been able to find my team's list of games played and their scores- it's basic stuff like that that is missing, hidden, or illogical to find.

On login I get "Loading data failed". On subsequent launches it won't go past the opening screen with the "Get Started" button. If this app isn't ready for this year they should really just show a message on login to let you know it's coming rather than just a complete failure and frustrating user experience. It's not that hard!

Terrible to sign up to. And afterwards: FIRST: It just stays locked on start screen and I can't get in. I sent an email and and got a long automatic email about everything rugby except the App. Said they may not be able to answer. Sent a message to the App developer and got no reply. So I uninstalled it. Worst experience ever. SECOND: I re-installed and it appears to be working fine!! Still keeping my rating low because of bad experience and until I see it fully working properly.

2 remarks: 1/ can you not spoil the score on the pop up notifications, when highlights video is ready? That would be great, just "Canada - France, highlights" without the scores. 2/ You should already preset the final rounds-bracket, even if empty at the beginning, it would slowly give an image of what coming next, which always (always!) makes things more exciting!

Poorly designed. Lot of bugs. Watch the highlights of a game option doesn't work. When I try to sign in the app crashes. The dates of the matches are all over the place. When it's advertising games that are on the 16'th of September, it's missing a digit and it comes up showing that the game is on the 6th. Continuous error after error. Sort it out folks

OK but results are wrong on the Latest page tab, and you scroll right to see previous matches, the scores are all wrong and they have the word "result" over these wrong scores but they are not even half-time scores and some it appears even have the wrong team as the winners such as SCO 4-17 TGA and ENG 3-12 JPN. Very confusing and makes you wonder what other mistakes might be being made in this "official" app.

Looks nice, fairly interactive, but a lot of fluff and little substance. 15 years of smart phone history and the greatest tournament in the world can't have at least an above-average app, let alone a top-notch app. Like others have said, the Predictor game is terrible. 5 hours before the first match and I can't finalize anything, nor is there a way to notify anyone of this flaw. A joke.

Basic information hard to access eg. when looking at a group table, you can't just select a team and be taken to the team page. And if want to see the results and remaining fixtures, you have to scroll up to a list of matches of ALL groups - only one result visible on the screen at a time - and then you scroll back to the table and it's defaulted back to Pool A. Frequently only shows 2 of the quarter-finals. And why don't player biographies list their club? If I were Capgemini I'd be ashamed.

Downloaded the app, set it up until I got to the point of selecting my team. Couldnt see the menu at he bottom of the creen as there was a banner over it saying Loading data failed. Pressed skip on the top right, twice, closed the app for me and havent been able to get back on since. Unistslled the app and will look elsewhere for information. Pretty poor app, thrown together quickly and without proper testing

I'm in England but being half-kiwi am a lifelong All Blacks supporter. Because I opted to support the ABs all of my fixtures show NZ time & are now auto-synced to my calendar on NZ time with no option to change this. It's beyond frustrating! This should be an option! The question asked when I first opened the app was 'what country are you interested in' (or similar), not 'where do you live'! Other than that, great info and content, looking forward to using it properly throughout the tournament

Don't bother wasting your time with this app. Registration is a pain, developers should be shot. Having to go around in circles, re-entering the same info again and again, trying to find a unique display name. I'm pretty sure you can get all the info off this app supplies off Google.

Unusable. I registered, didn't get a link to confirm the account and then every time I tried to use the app it wouldn't get past the get started screen. Uninstalled it three times to see if that worked, but gave up, there's easier ways to keep up to date with the rugby

The app is broadly fine, shows you the scores etc but the data usage is insane. It's eaten up 10gb of data in 2 days, half of which was background usage. I cannot even begin to think what this data was as I wasn't watching highlights or anything, just getting scores and match updates.

Another review for this horrific app, Oct 19, 2023: Aside from its crashing, I just updated it as I was prompted to and now all of my cup predictions are gone as well as the points I accumulated. What next?? FIX THIS!!!!!!!! This app crashes a lot. I get logged out then can't log back in. I keep getting messages saying to check my internet connection, which is BS. I don't have issues with any other apps or anything else on my phone so it isn't my internet. It's the app. It needs to be FIXED!

Warning on the data mining this app does. In one week it mined 4Gb of background data from me. Even the front end is heavy, using 3Gb in the same time. The data mining was especially heavy when I attended RWC matches. Very underhanded by RWC to allow this, I hope they are investigated and a big light shone on the instigators of this scheme. The app itself is nothing flash and the design principle seems to maximise data collection over any sort of useful UX.

Broken. Tried to play the predictor game but it doesn't save any of my results when I submit. Tried to join a league with my mate, I join then when I return to home screen it says I'm not a member of any leagues. I get a full screen pop up of how to play every time I open the predictor. Terrible. Fix the bugs.
