RV Camera

I installed the app on samsung s22. Wifi was able to see the camera. The app 1st step to find the wifi connection worked. The app goes to it's main screen but continuously wants the wifi turned on. I did select the camera wifi a few times. NO GOOD. The camera is what I was looking for, but the app will not work at least for samsung. The incompatibility was not clear on amazon.

The instructions that came with the camera stated that the software did not work with most samsung phones. Great! I could not figure out what the google APP store was. My android has the google PLAY store, but that is not what the directions called for. I looked up the app on my computer and found that I was able to install the RV Camera app onto my Samsung Ultra phone FROM MY COMPUTER. After all that, the app and camera worked fine and is exactly what I hoped to have.

app is discontinued and not working at all. on my Google phone and or my laptop. it does not work at all. don't waste your money or time.

Terrible, will not connect to phone, app freezes, worked one time now nothing. Please update your app to work with phones and camera. Lots of money spent that people can't use

App freezes and never allows you to connect. This is the app recommended in the instructions I recieved with my camera. Switched to another app, Safetyeye. Worked with no problem.

I read some reviews with Samsung troubles listed. I bought new model from Amazon EY-WX-502-G. My phone is Samsung S23Ultra Android 14. Camera works perfect in out of box in house testing. Very very clear in light or dark room. I see app was upgraded recently so maybe it's fixed for Samsung newer phones. Be patient with your phone screen buttons on app. Must touch wifi logo on mine to open picture. So good to go and if it fails on trailer hook up test I will come back and edit this novel.

Wi-fi connection is a no good. same as others. Can see, but does not connect and constantly drops signal.

The app doesn't want to open on my Google pixel phone. It used to work on my Google pixel phone but this last update the app won't even open.

Can't keep this connected to camera. I emailed them and they just responded " it doesn't work on android "

safetycam is the app you need to use camera. It is a miss print, RV camera does not work.

App just freezes my phone even after reinstall and phone reboot.

wont allow me to download the app to my computer, only my phone. the app is on my iPad and iPhone and Samsung 7 phone, need it most on this computer.

This app is the perfect assistant when hooking up my 5th wheel.
