not a bad app, but would be great if you could sort from distance away from your location and price

App seems good at first. We picked our days, looked at a few options, picked one and booked. Then we started getting messages about custom quotes from other ones we looked at. Asking us to confirm or deny booking another camper. For the same dates we already booked one. Every. Single. One. That we looked at is sending requests for us to book their camper. No way to stop or turn these off. Can't delete the app because we have a camper booked through it already.

The app from hell. For some reason RVezy believes you should get every message at least three times. One in the app, a copy and notification by email, and a copy and notification by text. If you have a 25-message exchange with your host, you will get 75 messages. There is no way to turn these notifications off. The emails don't even have an unsubscribe option even though this is required by anti-spam law. This app is all about pushing the app and not about serving its users.

much easier to use than RV share, which charge me $30 to not be able to rent something from them because the RV owner didn't know it was on their website and they didn't know it was on their website. Don't use RV share. rip off

The booking process was stressful and confusing. I wasn't expecting to pay a bit more then a hotel after all fees and to put a security payment of 1k also. The instructions were a bit confusing for me at first when I booked and I almost made me back out. Once I met the owners, I felt reassured and they were very nice and honest about the condition of the RV that has minor things but all features functional. Overall it was good.

Another one of those useless apps that promise good prices. When you search you get a decent price. Then when you get to the final charge it is over 3 times the original price. When I looked up the price for three nights at $59 a night it came to $177. Sounds like I can do that. Go a little farther in the process an the Total comes to $602. Wow. I won't be using this app.

RVezy is an easy-to-use, rental-by-owner platform that supports clear communication between owners and renters. I appreciate that insurance is required for every rental, which adds peace of mind. The platform fee for the rental itself feels fair at around 30% up to 40%. For add-ons, it would be nice to see lower-tier options in the future, as that could help owners price extras more comfortably. Overall, it’s a solid and well-structured platform, especially for owners with a single RV.

Absolutely terrible. The people who we rented from were great, but the platform for this app is downright user surly. I've had to upload my driver's license several times for "different purposes", whatever that means. Streamline your procedures and stop putting the onus on the app users. The app sent me down an endless loop trying to fill out my rental agreement AFTER I had paid the amount in full. And now I can't message my renters because the app won't let me. Do not use this platform.

SPAM! Asking us to confirm or deny booking another camper for the same dates we already booked one... multiple requests a day. As we have a camper booked at this time I can not delete the account but will be after this booking is complete. Confirmation process is a panful joke as well.

Totally loved my experience on RVezy. The App actually guides us through the entire rental process which makes the experience extremely pleasant and easy. And finding the exact camper that we wanted was super easy and there are tons of units to choose from. I will definitely use this App again for our next trip. Thanks!

The app itself is fine. The experience was not. Basically I rented a trailer, me and the host hooked it up and 15 minutes into my drive the trailer fell off. I'm not a trailer/towing person so I don't know about trailer ball sizes. In the end the trailer was damaged and I had to use my deductible. I'd understand if it was the trip home but this was from the initial hook up. I won't be using it again as this is one scenario of many that could come up.

When I returned the trailer there were some damages. It's been over 8 months now and they haven't assessed the cost of those damages, so they're holding the deposit in the meanwhile. They aren't barely responding my emails even though I've explained many times I need this solved asap.

app does not update after filling out requested information. it continues to keep filling out the same request. it is very annoying. After reaching out to RVezy, they told me just keep filling out the request. Then they dropped me as a host after two years and a perfect 5 star rating. Goodluck to RVezy.

I thought it was a great idea as my friend's house was full. However, lacking knowledge in trailers made some nights very cold. I would do it again but with someone who knows what they are doing. As well park it at a lake. Having the trailer on friends property caused hydro issues until I spoke to the host who was very patient. This was fixed quickly.

The app works fine I guess. The problem is that the people who list their RVs just want money for no work. Even though they advertise that they'll deliver when it comes down to it most of them are unwilling. Booking request routinely get declined. Rvezy really needs to rope in their people. Also, they need to put a cap on some of the fees. Some owners are charging up to $100 to refill propane tanks. Even though RV tanks can last several bookings. And feeling them up cost less than fifty bucks.

After the most recent update it is way less user friendly. It used to be a smooth transition, checklist with the renter and easier to complete pre and post booking. New layout leads to confusion and often leads to owner having to continuously contact renters to finalize to recieve final payments. Also, takes much longer to process payments. Use to get payments on or before frist day of rental, now I do not receive first payment until 2nd or 3rd day of rental.

I couldn't even browse. It wanted me to create an account and then take a picture of my license just to look. The worst part was the search kept resetting over and over so even though there was a few that I was interested in I can't even look or get pricing.

I have rented my RV for 5 years now. I use multiple apps in doing this. This app is not the most user-friendly, at least for the host. The insurance is a scam. I had damage done while out with the last. As an owner/host, I have never been so dismissed as I have been in this experience. I use outdoorsy and RVSHARE also and recommend them over rvezy. With those other platforms I can use the insurance, but not here. I am highly entertaining deleting the listing and host app. I am done with rvezy!

Cancelled a trip due to all the pricey (and necessary) add ons and fees for renting, and the app decided they're taking $200 of the refund from my deposit, just because. Such a ripoff! Don't bother with this app unless you feel like wasting money.

Useless app and website. what's the point of either an app or website if all I can do is select a start date that returns rentals that are unavailable when I want to go? Whoever designed this needs to consider adding an end date as well so that my search results show me RV's actually available during the dates I want. Its pretty useless working from a huge list of r.Vs, and never finding any that are available for more than the first day. I dont get it......complete waste of time
