Ryn VPN & Ray VPN: Secure VPN

The VPN is not working as expected. I’ve tried using it multiple times, but I keep facing connection issues and unstable performance. Because the service is unusable, I have requested a refund. Hoping this issue gets resolved or refunded soon.

Following your response..I checked and since I have uninstalled the app two years ago I'm not able to do anything more..30aed/month is getting cut from my account for the last three months. Do I have to reinstall and try? I am not a subscriber for more r than a year but still money is getting deducted from my account.How do I stop that?

This VPN app used to be good, but lately, it's been useless. It says it's connected, but no pages load, and even calls or texts don't go through. It just keeps showing ads. I get that free apps have ads, but two long ads for every click is too much.

It was used well, but it has been in a very bad condition for over a week. I request that its technical problems be fixed immediately.

Will I get a refund if I cancel my subscription? Because I have taken a one-year subscription but have been having a lot of problems connecting for the past few days.

Good speed. But the application promises to give you half an hour connection if you watch ONE ad, but it shows you THREE... at least! It shows you one before you connect (reasonable), it shows an ad after you press connect (takes the whole screen), and then once you're connected it shows another ad inside the app itself with a sound that overrides the whole system sound. And God forbid you disconnect during the half hour and connect again before your time expires -- the whole ad cycle repeats!

This vpn is exceptional, it has a lot of benefits. It works as a free vpn but like sometimes the ads could be a bit annoying i mean i cant complain. But the timer still continues even after i disconnect so that bugs needs to be fixed. And sometimes if i leave the app while disconnected then i lose all my time. And the cap is 3 hours so maybe increasing that would be better.

I had subscribed to the monthly plan. Smooth connection and everything is perfect. Only reason to unsubscribe was it was asking for permission to access media and files with the new update. Not sure why they need the access for the update. If you can remove that, I'm willing to pay again :)

So Excellent as free user of RYN VPN. Hope to fix those bugs for now. Because we no longer can use it to open messenger or either facebook. We can still connect but it closes eveytime. We also uninstalled and re installed. And also updated, but still we can't use it again like before. This VPN is so useful for us and very fast. We hope to fix this bug so we can use it again as free. Thank you very much and God speed!

I have bought 1 year plan and my VPN was not working for so many days after I paid. They told me to not worry we will give you extra days. And after my plan got expired when I asked for extra days they stopped answering. VPN service is also not good, streaming service is also not working, overall a very bad experience, not recommended at all.

The app became useless now, sometimes working for one minute only and disconnecting. Sometimes completely not working and it says; Server to phone communication lost, Error: Broken pipe. Now I'm going to uninstall, thank you.

I thing 1 star is also more than enough for this app, Totally time waste and money waste. I purchased this for work at home sometime but every time it take so long to open. Before i thought there was some speed or wifi problem but after rebooting system problem remain same. Fedup now 😡😡😡

Very good VPN app. I have been using more than 2 years subscription. We can watch hotstar anywhere with this app. We can watch Nretflix shows and movies depending upon the country you are selecting with the same subscription.. I already refered this app to my friends also. Best VPN..

I have experienced some connection issues, tried to contact app developers via what's app chat icon which is very much visible once you click on Ryn app. Issue was resolved immediately. That's called a true customer service. Many thanks to entire Ryn team.

although it has time limitations, it was fast and secure, but in the last few days it stopped working qnd asked us to updat it, unfortunately updated version is not working in our country, we have no other secure vpn, pleaseeee update it ir let us using the previous version.

to much adds ..adds adds ...very bad experience. a free vpn it doesnt mean tha you can play to much adds .app open 3 adds .vpn connecting ..2 adds ..vpn connected succesfully again add .when u want disconnect vpn again add ..i rate less than 1 star only due to adds irriation . overall quality is good ..only adds irritation. solve this please

This VPN is Better as compared to others available on play store. Ads are there but still it works. A little bit distortion is heard in the beginning of call then it becomes clear. Secondly the call time is thirty minutes, it must be increased.

I used free subscription and cancelled on 7th day because it is not working as they say for streaming. When asked for refund they deny the request and the charges made on my card was not a small amount too. Be careful with this app.

OMG, why are U getting worse and worse by every update?! This last version doesn't word at all, it stops after a few seconds of being connected. Please bring us the previous version, it was so good!
