Very poor, was out on a boat to watch racing with app as a close up view. Buffering right from the get go, looked like a band width issue. Someone should be shot for that; cost probably less than $5k to fix 🙄 😅 If you leave the app to take a photo you have to log back in 🤣 or 😪 Then by race 3 it gave up the ghost altogether!! High tech? 🤣 Joke more like. Get it together you all + it would be a lot better to see normal streamed view instead of umpire view, which seemed like the only option.

App was worthless, didn't seem to do anything at all. Gave a countdown to the start then just showed local time. Absolutely nothing worked let alone get any information about was going on and definitely nothing live. Wasn't even worth the data to install the app. So much for powered by Oracle.

Needs a lot of work. It is a confusing app. that often has different information on one screen to the other. for example on the front page it can show a different time to start of race to the race screen It misses basic information like individual race results. there is no way from many countries to watch live races. has a long way to go to be a decent app

I love the hectic competition and the speed.

Most thrilling sailing event in the universe. But the app is one of the worst I have ever seen. Lots of lacking, shop function doesn't work / looks like an imbedded Shopify. Aa to the boat data during the events, they only make very little sense - as to the delay, and is therefore useless. Makes me sad to see that my favorite sailing event hasn't got the basics right. An idea could have been to keep it simple. Post leaderboard, video content and link to a shop on the website, don't go all in.

doesn't give individual race results just leaderboard... After getting feedback from the developers my understanding is that in order to access the individual race results you have to go to an "out of app" Web page from the app's "Races" tab. Whether the "Results" link was there during the event I can't comment? But, IMHO, it would be better to have live results more easily accessible from the app during the event or at least via an obvious (spoilers-allowed) "Results" in-app button...

Slow, clunky, and the news option hasn't worked for the last week. The season is about to start tomorrow and the app needs some serious work...... It's now a month since I posted this review and the"News" option still doesn't work on Android or Apple versions. The App remains slow to initialise in both versions and not very user friendly. For such a great sport, and with so many people worldwide following it, the App is a real disappointment.

The site is difficult to use and navigate. Just keeps opening more tabs/windows, goes around in circles. Even though signed up for SailGP+, still couldn't get access to the tickets for upcoming Perth event. Don't want to miss out. Not cool at all

I login and my credentials appear to be accepted but then I get an "Oops something went wrong" screen which I can't get past. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times but with the same result. The app doesn't work for me.

There is a bug that won't stop showing the final result of the series during playback regardless of hidden/unhidden results setting. It literally pops up every 2 seconds lagging the playback and killing battery life. App is an awesome concept but until this is patched it shouldn't be installed. Attempted a uninstall, app memory wipe to no avail. Do not get until updated.

I'm always amazed how slow all of the tabs load except for the shopping tab. That one always loads fast.... The app is super cool during a race, but wow switching tabs is slow. I have the updated version. I upped to 4-stars since you'll pass it on. The racing features are phenomenal.

I'm very excited for the app. It's nice to see the schedules and follow the standings. Beautiful layout. But the video replays don't play not regardless of which video or if I'm using mobile data or Wi-Fi. They simply won't play on my Samsung Galaxy.

Awful app... too slow to find any information and when it does load up very diificult to navigate to exactly what you want to find...... Update on 26/3/2022. I uninstalled this app months ago, today i re installed it in the hope improvements had been made, sadly this is not the case.. so i stick with my original review

Still can't add NZ. Why leave them out, the boats are all the same the artwork for NZ would have been set before the america's cup ended and other 7 teams are already there. Any chance you can just tell us why the wait instead of the same default play store response of "we will have it up soon" it's clearly a lie and there is a reason you have delayed this as I know it could have been there from the start like other teams. Just tell us why and the date you plan to put it up

Why do we need a login and why make it such a complicated password requirement? I basically only use this app to check the date and time of the next race and login requirements are more stringent then my email. Can't be bothered anymore.

I really liked the app at first, easy to use shows lots of information during the races and replays with multiple cameras but now we get to the last race of the season and now I have to sign up for and pay kayo to be able to watch the races. Very disappointed

So far it's been a terrible experience. Downloaded the app several times and reset my password just as many times. It keeps giving me the finger. This is not only on my PC, but across all my devices.

Ok, so this app does lots of stuff, but it is SO frustrating: if you miss a race & thought this would be the place to catch up on results? Honestly I could have walked to a newsagent & bought a paper quicker. To watch the races: YouTube is better.
