Samsung Push Service

Ever notice that there is a constant stream of apps you "must have" and that are constantly being "updated" with permissions they need in order for your phone to work correctly or for you to have an "enhanced" experience. Bloatware at best! Every app should have a truthful "Essential" label and a delete button if it's not so it could be deleted for good at the user's discretion. Crapware!

I have no experience with this app, I can't open it but like several other apps I can't open, it updates constantly. I have permissions for this app and auto updates turned off, but that doesn't stop it. This and several others all the sudden shows up and is using tons of data and storage. I'm notified it updated every day or two, I try to open it and end up here, with no option to open or uninstall. Can't force stop either.

Another app that I can't uninstall, disable, or restrict background activity. It acts up in the background randomly for no apparent reason as I didn't allow it such permissions, thus draining my battery rapidly. I'm excellent with tech and far from clueless. This is ridiculous because the average user will be completely lost and think their battery is defective when it's the OS itself that's defective. Android is an advertising system, NOT a legitimate operating system.

Stop. I have functional use of my phone. I use my phone when I need to use it and notifications are entirely unnecessary for me. I wish I could stop this service, along with the other Samsung apps. The only one I use is Samsung keyboard because a keyboard is a keyboard in my opinion. All these additional services are the equivalent of obesity - just extra stuff I really don't need or want. Bloatware. Malware. Spyware. And stop with targeted things that worship advertising.

Just look at what everyone is saying. Its all true. I have at least 10 samsung apps on my phone that update themselves, after I turn off auto update. To me it is Fraud and they don't follow the developer rules. These apps have all my info and still want more. Try the "Discontinue Use" in samsung internet. Its gone less than 8 seconds. Then.......IT'S BACK..

Finally. A Samsung forced and useless app that can be uninstalled. Doesn't work, anyway. Notifications do not appear. If all the other forced apps would give me my rights to uninstall the hundreds of spyware, memory stealing apps, my phone would perform much better and it would be mine, not Samsung's phone. What a scam.

I have been experiencing, phone calls just drops , try sending messages and it fails after buffering , having issues with wifi calling , no notification for email , loses connection with my wifi . constantly having to restart phone . having the same issue with my tablet and my other phone. my wife's phone is having issues with same issues plus the blue tooth connection . I have samsung devices ,stereos and fridge . samsung is slacking, told this app is the issue. 😠 😡 😤

This is a Samsung Ad Service that only serves to deliver ads, which you can only seem to uninstall updates for and not the actual service. Also, this is not the notification panel, the Android notification panel is not on the Google Play store, yet there are so many particularly bright Samsung lovers who think it is their notifications. I'm not even sure why people love Samsung so much, they're an evil company, read their ToS and privacy policy

Good off constantly! No matter what I've done to customize it & turn off the push notifications. It constantly goes off for system notifications, you name it & it goes off all threw the night.

I can't give any type of good review at all until somebody answers my email back help me figure out why I'm seeing a device on here did I do not recognize and help getting rid of it before I can lose everything if it being hacked and it won't let me into my Samsung security system so I can go in there and check things out it's telling me I'm not eligible to get in there only the phone is linked to it that I don't recognize

NEVER downloaded this app myself,and dont have the option of deleting it along with others. definitely sketchy,along with the people behind it forsure! because how dont you have the option of uninstalling apps on your own device is beyond me smh. Sickening weirdos

I only recieve emergency notifications since I installed this, so please explain the point of using it? And yes, I checked to make sure notification service was on several times.

I'm using Samsung for 4 years now (S8, S9+, Note 10+) but I can't understand why it is so hard to fix simple (and most important) thing such as notifications. Some of them are late, some are delivered differently on wi fi and mobile data, many times display doesn't light up...I mean, I'm getting pretty tired of paying high price and then using phone with ton of bloatware that can't even get notifications right. You're not small company, devices are not cheap, step up your game !

it says it isn't optimized for my tablet. Quit pushing me to install it then. hasn't done me a bit of good I can't think of one good thing to say about this app other than I didn't ask for it and it shouldn't be updating itself put a negative in front of that one star I gave you

Please fix calls! As a cellphone, it has one purpose it has to do, make and receive calls. With these updates, I can't receive calls because there is no screen to answer! Even the lock screen does not show the call. Uninstalling update solves the issue. Fix this or don't push it upon us. Until then I've got to unusual every few days because it's a system app. Absolute garbage. So close to moving away from Samsung for this!

Spyware? I don't know. Unnecessary? Almost certainly. I've disabled this so-called "app" on numerous older handsets and it hasn't made the slightest bit of difference: I still get notifications about SMS, calls, calendar events etc. I have no smart devices, no phone sharing, and no third party apps for essential functions. Certainly for me, and probably for many others like me, this is a waste of internal memory space. It needs to be made delete-able, pronto.

I want this uninstalled. If you don't allow me to; I will file whatever is needed with all State Government and Federal Government Agencies needed to do it. I don't appreciate being harassed over an app I do not want to have. Bullying is not allowed or warranted!!!!!!!!!!

wish there was more creativity, honestly, such as there is like Google Messaging! also noticed sometimes my messages lag to come in sadly, yet this is my devices auto main texting service. so disappointing on occasion! ): but for the most part, it's great. 👍
