Good experience. They need to explain marketing hype terms better (like what is "Infinity One" versus "Neo Slim"), those things mean nothing to a buyer. Also, they need to put better images of the products up. Three pictures of the front of a TV are not necessary. The rear view would be better, and a close-up of the connectors would be even better. Also, the comparison pages don't work properly when the data input person doesn't spell terms the same on each model.
Just tried to buy a tablet for over an hour, once through the website and twice through the app. The first time after completing quite few steps I tried to pay but the website crashed and returned me straight to the basket. Then I tried another time and even after completing authorisation with the bank the app said the payment not authorised. last error messege appeared and wouldn't go away. I was using Samsung phone for all of the above attempts. Samsung doesn't wont my money, that's OK withme
I don't think it is possible to apply my ISIC discount in this app, whereas on the website it seems to be possible ... When I click on "Get a student discount" and I enter my details (which work when using a normal internet browser) I get an error. I think this is all about wrongly embedding the website into an app. You should take a look at this because it is very annoying, especially when your website is screaming: "download our app!" ...
So, the green line issue on Samsung phones is super common, apparently. One of their service centers in the UAE even has a price list for screen repairs and replacements for all Samsung phones from the S21 series onwards. They're saying it's because of "external pressure" on the screen during major updates, which basically means Samsung phones can't handle the pressure of big updates. How ridiculous is that? Good reason to switch to iPhone?
I had to sign in to my account 3 times before eventually acknowledged my trolley of £1550 worth of goods. was entitled to £60 earbuds discount till March 10 but it wouldn't accept...just kept saying try later.when shopping you don't keep returning to store coz manager can't confirm discount from headquarters.
I’ve always purchased directly from Samsung but this time I experienced a couple of issues. When trying to purchase the Samsung S26 Ultra with the Buds4 Pro, the 10% multi-buy discount on the Buds4 Pro was not applied, despite receiving an email stating I could save £81. Instead, I only saved £60 using other promotional codes. I contacted customer service via chat and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
It's ironic that the latest version of this app is not available on Samsung's own app store. I always get a prompt to update the app to the latest version if I installed it from Samsung's app store. Some of us want to avoid Google if we can. Anyways, the app itself works well. 5/5.
I only rated 1 star or I couldn't leave a review, if I could rated no stars I would. Speaking to Samsung customer service have got worse for the past year or 2 after call department has fully or part moved over sea. I spoken to few customers servers team and they had no clue how to I add my rewards points I've gained to buy device through Samsung Shop app. They put me to someone else whilst I was waiting and they had no idea why I been put through to the next call handler. There phones are good.
very bad experience. ordered a phone and its already past 1 month almost 2 months and still order is not delivered withing the expected timeframe. CS is not very helpful at all. no emails and cannot respond to the query of why the order is delayed and what's the current status of the order. very unresponsive.
I can't book repair becuse of cookies?! When I try to book a repair on my registered devices a pop-up message says I can't do so because of my cookie settings. it pops up a link to tap on to change which doesn't do anything! I went i to the account settings and found the cookie option. After tapping on the cookie option the app leads into a blank white page! This is warranty scaming! Edit: same issue for live chat. There isn't a way to chanhe cookies anywhere with any link!!!
I received the phone and used it for less than one month when the screen and camera suddenly became faint and unclear. I sent the device to Samsung service, where they claimed that water had entered the phone. This is completely incorrect, as the phone was never exposed to water.
I want to give less than 1star for this app. All broken not working, was trying to explore suddenly video pops up and whole screen shaking unstable. What kimd of app is this, i was trying to redeem my reward points but on payment page it doesn't show. Get it fixed loosers.
Basically impossible to log in even after uninstall and reinstall and update. waste my data. Managed to login via website but cart is impossible. cannot click on cart. took me whole 3hours trying to purchase one washing machine.
The point entry system input field at checkout is faulty. You can't enter £1.76 for example. Just won't work. You'd think a shop designed to be used specifically like Samsung phones would work well.
Not very pleasant to use, but it works. The filtering is a bit cumbersome, related accessories not very relevant, I didn't find a way to change the payment method to GPay (so I had to manually type in the card details), etc., but with a bit of extra time and some calming breathing techniques, I managed to buy myself a tablet eventually :-)
Very good quality and easy to use. The phone works fast and the camera takes clear photos. Ordering was simple and delivery was on time. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend Samsung.
The app is good with the presence of offers if you are lucky, but I wish if there was an option to use a different language, that isn't the national language of whichever country you are in.
