App never remembers my sign in or honors my setting to sign in with biometrics. In fact, when I sign in, it changes my biometric setting automatically back to OFF. It makes me go through the entire 2-step Authentication process every time I open it. This is an easy fix, please fix it. It's so annoying to do this every single day.

I used this solely for uploading receipts. when I would snap a receipt it would generate a cost and ask me if it was correct, if not I could change it on the fly. then it would ask if I had an additional. now, it doesn't ask. it just snaps the receipt and goes to the expense list, and I have to either change the cost, or move back a tab to add an additional receipt. adds a lot of time to adding receipts which used to be so simple. please advise. thanks.

Easy to Use, but missing previous capability prior to update. when using the camera, you used to be able to correct the amount the OCR scanned, and then continue to snap receipts. this functionality has been taken away, that is a shame. it now takes much more time to scan and load receipts and more time while in the web browser to make corrections.

Can't be bothered to actually save things when it says it does. had to completely fix every itemization on a hotel bill (because it doesn't know what to do with two tax charges), saved everything, it said everything was fine, then later tried to submit and it had reverted every change. Also no way to enter actual cost on foreign transactions (like you can on the Web). Doesn't really matter because it only allows 2 decimals for conversion rates, which makes it useless for foreign travel. Garbage!

I hate this app (on the latest ver of Android on a Note20). I am required to use this vendor because it is what my employer requires it. I was able to enter 1 expense. I tried to enter a 2nd expense and it throws a generic error that I can't dismiss. I had to use a desktop to finish adding expenses. Also, entering the data for each expense is tedious. The worst part is entering the expense amount. The cursor starts at the end of the input and when I enter a digit, it enters it at the end and the keyboard is dismissed. I have to click exactly on the screen in the exact digit location in the input in order to enter each number. Also, you can upload pics of receipts separately but you can't go back and associate a receipt from the app. You still have to dowonload/re-upload a pic of a receipt to the actual expense. I'm sure there's more but this was just my first time using it. FML

App has gotten worse over the years. I have an android phone and it worked great for years. Over the last 6 months or so I've had a lot of issues: - Can't attach images to an expense once I've added them to the receipt store. - If concur doesn't recognize the accurate expense type initially then you can't save edits on the expense or add attendees. This is especially the case for "business meals attendees" expenses. I have to go onto the desktop to edit now. The mobile app is becoming useless.

This app is the absolute worst I've ever had to use. It crashes often when you try to attach receipts. I currently have two expenses that ai cannot add a receipt to because the app crashes every time I try. I also cannot delete these expenses and just take the loss, and there is no option to email receipts in. Of course, the report can't be submitted until all recipets are attached. When I click "Leave feedback" in the app nothing happens. I can't submit an $600+ report because of this.

It rarely works. More often than not It will not show the open reports at all! I prefer to enter receipts with the laptop and switch to the app to do the pictures of the receipts. when it works it's fine. Today again the app says there are no reports to show. So I sign out and back in and/or uninstall and reinstall until it works. Sometimes I just wait a week and then it might work. please fix this app.

After three years of using this: 1. Slow 2. Can't hang on to receipts when you photograph them due to poor compression 3. Often cannot connect to the internet Overall, these guys need to step up and make this a usable app for people on the go. It's meant to be a replacement, but at this point, I'll just hang on to the receipts and upload them a week later when the app works for some reason.

Poor. For security, they disable my phone and all my other apps until I enter a code. Then a password is also required. Too much security!! Then, the links are scattered and make no sense to the user. For instance, to get to a closed report, I have to use the "Open Reports" link. Also, there are several parameters I have to type in that never change. Delete these!

I really wish they would have kept ExpenseIt as a stand alone app, it worked so much better that way. Expense entry through the Concur app itself is so much more cumbersome for no reason. Forget trying to do an expense report via the mobile app, you have to go to the desktop browser apo to do everything you really need except the most simple stuff. And...you can't even book a multicity flight on the mobile app. Useless

Like your receipts saved and logged to expenses?.... Then don't use this app! I travel a lot and can't keep all of my receipts so I take a picture, upload, and go. Yesterday I find that the last 60 days of receipts are gone and no one can help me. The glitching, crashing after opening another app and going back to Concur, and constant lagging is beyond frustrating. If you are a higher performing sales organization with a traveling sales team I would advise you look elsewhere.

If I could give this negative stars I would. Have to use it for my work, and the process for entering expenses is so frustrating. You have to save a million times. You have to enter the expense type, save it and only then can you add attendees. You sometimes lose your progress if you enter the expense type after the other details. The calendar defaults back to the last expense you saved, even if you haven't been back in the app in a week - why not just default to THE DAY YOU'RE CURRENTLY LIVING?

1 star due to how terrible saving expenses is. Some of the issues: you can't input different transaction rates out to more than 2 decimals so I'm getting paid less by my company, when you start typing into any field during an expense it will "reset" for some reason and the only way to fix it is to hit another field and then back to the field you want to populate, if your Internet is interrupted the expense you are working on is deleted, you can't enter expenses with no internet, etc. Horrible!!!

Just blank. Loads with no options. Just says "All Done" and it has done nothing. Meanwhile, the clock ticks away as the deadline to get reimbursed approaches and somehow it becomes my fault the app is broken. Previous versions of the app had problems connecting and loading reciepts. Seems like more of the same runaround to me. I get a feeling they dont like to pay out but love getting the contract extended. 2 step verification seems like a solution without a problem. K.I.S.S.

Extremely buggy. Says it's saving expenses, but they never come up in the list -- not from "upload receipt", nor "quick expense", nor from adding within a report. There's nothing quick or easy about this app anymore (although it did used to be alright a year ago), it is literally easier to take photos with my phone and upload them to my computer and add the expenses there.

This is app is horrible. It is inconsistent at best. It dies not accurately document addresses, set to auto, It does not always get the mileage correct. And now since I had to update it I cannot even open the mileage part of the app, not to set for capture automatically and not even to enter mileage manually. So it is completely unusable now. Edit: I contacted you through the website and didnt get a response for over a week, closer to two weeks to be honest. And no one fixed anything.

I am having the same issue as many. When I take a picture of a receipt, I choose ok, then it asks retake or use. I choose use and the app closes and does not save receipt. Clearing cache occasionally works but many times I have to power down my device and restart. This use to never happen but over the last 6-8 months, it happens all of the time.

A most troublesome app that makes things easier. If this didn't have so many glitches, and if it didn't force phone settings change and password renewals it would be wonderful. It would make expense reporting so easy, and when you finally go through all the hoops- it is easy. But there always seems to be another hoop. More than once have had to reinstall to get my password to work.

This app continues to find ways to be more frustrating with each update. Milage tracking is VERY inaccurate (a 47 mile trip shows up as 75 miles) and even though the app "captures" the route, I had to manually enter to and from on every trip taken for my last expense report. Also, when I try to use the feedback option within the app it doesn't work. I wish I could use another app for mileage tracking.
