App does not provide a language selection as a first step. Consequently it's difficult to get started if you don't speak Indonesian. Data entry is relatively easy, however the app leaves you guessing if your data was successfully uploaded or not. There are links to open a support ticket, however the Helpdesk will close your ticket without answering or solving the problem. After receiving no response for several days, I tried clearing cache, data and reinstalling. App doesn't run now!
Wow, actual improvement. Previously, the app requires access to GPS at all times. Now, it only requires location permission while the app is at the foreground. Great! New UI can be a bit jarring for users of the older version, but to me, the app seems more responsive and less stalling than before. Access to vaccination records are also simplified. Great work!
Forcefully logged out, and failed to login back. The app asked for my cellphone number, NIK and new pin, but OTP won't send. In other times, the app directed me to the help desk form, which was also nonfunctional.
Since November 2025, I've been trying to login. It always failed. It always stucks after entering my PIN or always request the theme. It never gets through. I changed my phone number and it ends up the same.
Stupid and slow app. I spent hours just to login using the phone number verification, but the app didn't send the verification number within 2 minutes. And after that i can't login anymore for 3 hours. Completely useless app. It's a garbage. You need to fix this issue. Please make the certification code longer and faster. 2 minutes is too short. I have a strong signal and wifi.
Horrible app for non-indonesians. Once you install the app, the sub menu windows are all in Indonesian! Edit: the help desk is not any better. Their solution to my issue with an error message that's preventing me from completing my non-indonesian vaccine form is listing the steps which were self explanatory if anyone simply progress through the app. They closed the ticket without it being solved. "Click this and fill in the fields..." that was it.. and did not address the error message.
Latest update makes the app unable to open. And I have to agree with others, despite the great concept behind it, the execution definitely needs major improvement. The GPS only works whenever the apps is open, as well as the tracker. It didn't give you more insight despite the basic data on how many cases are. My stat is marked red despite I have vaccined 2 doses. You said this is the most needed app at the current moment, then ensure it works properly please which compatible with any devices.
How can someone upload an ID photo? I tried with a photo done on the spot, I tried with a photo captured from my passport. I even tried converting from jpeg to png, and it still doesn't work. I get an error in a language that I do not understand. Can someone help with a solution?? What is the accepted format? Maybe is not the right size? If this app is mandatory for travelers to Bali it should have explanations and errors in a language all can understand. Disappointing experience with this app
I have attempted 10 times or more to register an account, both with phone number and 2 different email addresses, but i keep getting a failed to register message. I have been trying for the past 2 weeks! I also tried on the website and it didn't work. I also tried to download the app again, and it still didn't work. I'm due to fly to Bali in 5 days. What happens when I can't create this account??
Recently keep having trouble getting in. Even after resetting PIN still incorrect. What a bummer
This app drains the battery because it forces me to activate my GPS ALL THE TIME and even though there is a feature to only use the location while the app is in use, in reality it does not work! I activated my GPS when visiting a place, checking in, no problem. All the while GPS still on. When checking out, the app kept asking me to turn the GPS on. I never even turned off. It also kept asking me to login. Such a nuisance and not user friendly at all.
At first, i can't scan the barcode in the mall. I don't even know why this can happen. When i click "scan barcode", the screen was black. So i think uninstall and reinstall is the best option there. At second try (after reinstall) finally can scan the barcode. Can you please stop using permission to activate location everytime? It's annoying and wasted so many battery. I see so many people don't like this too, so please hear us !
The app stopped working multiple times and I can't seem to get it working again, don't know what causes it, just right when I needed it the most/when it notified me of a "yellow zone". - Tried to restart my phone and it still won't work - Tried to update the app to the latest version with similiar results - Tried to reinstall the app and yet it still won't work. This app has lots of potential to help "contact tracing" and therefore, limit the spread of COVID-19. But it needs stability
Like someone mentioned before, the only way to select your DOB is to click back, and mine is a very long way back!! After I managed to find my DOB and fill up everything, I cannot even register because "Please fill the field correctly" keep popping up! Such a waste of time. So please tell me how to register? Update: in the end I have to use website to register then come back to this app to complete the rest.
A message saying that an error has occurred keeps popping up, even when I don't do anything. Very annoying. Not user-friendly at all. To check my certificate, I had to login and relogin and relogin many times. There's an offer to upgrade the app. But when accepted, the options are only "install" and "open". Silly.
OTP received but I can't put the OTP to the apps, since the apps suddenly force close. I tried several time with the same result, so I uninstalled it. Try the new version, the problem still remain, at least in my device. The apps keep loading after OTP received and then suddenly closed. How can I use it to scan barcode in public place if I cannot logged in to the apps..
The worse app I have ever encountered. I tried to register for the first time. Once I completed all the fields, and clicked "Daftar", it gave a red warning notice, saying that I already tried too many attempts to login. What?? I didn't try to login, I just want to complete my registration, NOT login!! Stupid app!!! So, the app didn't process my registration. How come the app did not know or could not distinguish whether the user was trying to complete the registration or trying to login ??
Unbelievably poor experience. For starters, I can't even register an account on the app because it keeps saying "phoneCountryCode is not allowed", even when I am registering through email. Registering through the website was simple and fast, but I am unable to login to the app because of the same error "phoneCountryCode is not allowed". Speaking to four different customer support through email has got me no answers at all. Sort it out.
Very difficult app to use because of no translation of the help info. If you need an explanation or have a question, the only answers are in Indonesian, yet the form is in English if you have chosen that. Why is there no translation choice for the help info? When I downloaded the app it looked fine, but I hadn't populated the form. The next day the app wouldn't open. I tried many times. Then I deleted the data at the app level and the app worked. I'm hoping that my input info is ok now.
The verification process depends on the registration staff at clinic/hospital when you got vaxed. I've got vaxed, registered, and got certificate in app. But suddenly another name and ID appeared in my app because maybe that other person wrote my number as his/her or the staff input wrong number in registration. Either way, you can't do anything about that kind of mistake through this app. The hotline can only said just wait until that other person realizes the problem and make correction.
