App never worked properly. I do feel like it always traked everything i did on my personal/work phone. Now they required picture of tech to close jobs. Services provided are poorly put together. Payment for services are low and Amazon fees are high, leaving contractor spare change to provide 5 🌟 service. Payment is/was late. Did i mention the app is terrible? Customer service has no clue to what's being provided to customer. Their best feature is they speak English. Never there when needed.
This phone ap sucks! Its a terrible ap knowing that its for use for Amazon Home services technicians. One would think that Amazon would have a high tech support with the lates ap for their Technicians and the ap truly sucks! it glitches too much, reloads back to the home screen when it glitches , very very slow and half-cooked low budget ap. Very disappointed and frustrated when I'm on the road trying to do Amazon Home Service jobs and starts to act up.
The app used to better. Now keep logging me out and when I try to log in asking verification code. Every time. Job not visible just on the same day and that also useless as can't prepare my tools for the job properly. Many cases the app doesn't do anything. I have screen record what is going on.
I actually do sell my handyman services on Amazon. I factory reset my phone for security reasons. after that I no longer got alerts for new jobs available, which means I don't make money. after weeks of dealing with the tech support team. still no alerts for new jobs. if you look up the Selling Services onAmazon app in the Google Play Store it was LAST UPDATED ON FEBRUARY 27, 2018. however, the tech I was dealing with said get a new phone. Now I'm out of business. Thanks Amazon.
Terrible half-baked idea that never had the full support of Amazon in the first placed. as a small business owner, I gave them the number of hairs on my head. so much information, never received one inquiry into my company from any potential new lead. Amazon screwed this one up.
Notifications no longer working since recent update causing us to miss out on potential jobs. I'm cleaning so I dont have time to check the App just in case there's a job.
I used to love this app when I worked for a company with it, I'm currently working with Handy and I'm in process of quiting it, I had such a good experience with Amazon and dealing with Handy is terrible in every aspect. Unfortunately they're not taking applications anymore for pros, otherwise I would love to work with them
I haven't gotten one job from it. I'll get the notification, accept, and never hear back. Most of the jobs are super cheap though. These Amazon services give us way less than what I'm getting on my own.
It always gives an error message when I cancel a job, and jobs show up last minute and don't give me an option to give my time frame of availability.
Refresh time too long... search option not there..to know customer name...each every calls open and check...if number of calls very it's time waste
Is not available in India, they should prompt right at the beginning of marketplace selections, and not after logging in with seller account and then get a prompt as "you do not have permission to view this page"
This app does not work, even after 4 weeks of chasing support I've still got a blank screen showing in the app. Don't bother downloading this app, it doesn't work.
I don't receive any notifications on Galaxy S9. When I had the S7, it worked ok. I haven't received a job in over a year
App crashes every time i try to take a photo... Which is required to complete job, and get paid... Waste of a lot of time
I'm currently on my Samsung note phone and have absolutely no issue with this app. Amazon upgrade the app and make the product way more user friendly.
Task rabbit is better and the contractors are in control over rates. This app glitches like crazy without any real changes being made.
Dont use the selfie side of your phone to close jobs only use the regular camera, also app does not work on a tablet at all

Dear amazon please change your tieup with vecare in tamilnadu they never pay for us. Please visit vecare mobile app reviews in playstore. All service centers payment problems. They never pay to technician. Its gonna take bad nameto amazon.so please consider our request. Or call to your amazon selling services technician.
Android phones are not receiving notifications. Contacted developer but no response. High fees with sub par installer support.
