This is a great app and I love the idea of it!! The thing I would change is the color accuracy. I find for the most part the some of the colors are accurate, however some of them are way off. Lexie-beary, which is a dark berry on me in person, looks like a light pink on me in the app. if the color accuracy is fixed, the app will be amazing!

I really like how accurately the app places the makeup on your face. However given this app is supported to lead to sales through a distributor, it would be great if you could download the makeup list with a picture. I was trying on all the lip colors and had to resort to screenshots to capture the name of the color with a picture. When taking a picture using the in-app button it makes a really loud clicking sound regardless of the sound level on your phone. Suler annoying and unnecessary

I cannot access this app now without needing my location turned on. I think most of the features can be utilized without the location turned on (trying on the colors). If people want to find a distributor to order through then have them turn on location. I do love that we can get an idea of how colors will look on us prior to ordering. people may try colors that they wouldn't normally choose because of this app.

It was great right when they announced it at the conference, but now all ability to "try on" the makeup has stopped working. it won't even let me see the color on their own model! Also, the only things available on Android were the lipsense and the gloss. Why put out an app for a major company if you aren't actually going to make it useful on BOTH IOS and Android??

Great tool for customers and distributors. Excited for more makeup features to be used. Not perfectly accurate, but gives a very good representation of the colours. It would be nice if there were a way for people to sign into it? If there is a way already, then it needs to be clearer. Also, in the preferences tab, I can't change my country to Canada.

Great idea to be able to "try on" new colors before investing them but they need to actually be color accurate in the app for that to work out well! I have quite a few LipSense colors already and what the app shows them to look like, is NOTHING like they actually look! If color accuracy can be improved on (by a *LOT*) then this will be a 5 star app for sure. Three stars for the idea but poor color accuracy, for now.

Fun app I know it is still a work in progress. I have an idea to make looking at the lip colors a little bit easier. Make the lip colors organize able by type(matte, shimmer, frost, glitters), by color base(yellow/ blue), by color type( red, pink, neutral, special), and/or by standard or limited edition.

The app has worked with glitches and turns off randomly. When it operated correctly it was great to see the different makeups applied for myself and my clients. Now today it comes up with a 403 disabled error. And I can no longer access this tool. Any help would be great at a remediation attempt.

It's a great concept when it works. I originally downloaded it when it first came out but since the recent update, I cant even get into the app without my location on and even when it's on, the app still doesn't open. I'll be uninstalling it as its unusable.

I used this app since it was first introduced, and except for a few LipSense colors that were way off, I liked it a lot. But recently, it stopped working. I tried re-installing several times, and it still won't load :( It would be great to see it up and running again, with a few color fixes too. When it's actually working, I'll give it 5 stars 🌟

Terrible user experience. Impossible to add a photo for some reason and the lips on generic one look all grainy when you swap the colours. I thought it would be a fun way to check out the colours before buying, but was left feeling frustrated.

It froze every time I tried to take a picture, it needed my location for some odd reason. The lipsense did not cover my whole lips and the app kept crashing. I uninstalled after 15 minutes. Need significant improvement to be a useable app.

Love this! I can't wait for the other makeup features to go Live. There were only a few colors that were not a perfect match on me as I have tried all the colors on personally...mainly "plum" colors like plum pretty(more red on me), plum(more red on me), lexie berry(darker on me), napa(lighter on me). But an amazing tool!

The app is great when it's working. I used it on may 9 to take pics but it didnt work on the 17th when I was looking to order more products. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app nearly a dozen times, hoping itll work. Love this app when it's working. Please fix this.

Not exactly spot on as far as lighting, but you can only do so much with a phone compared to real life. Otherwise it matches up lips and eyes and cheeks well. Just fun in general to play around with.

its a great app and fun to play with but some LipSense colors needs to be more accurate. Features other than LipSense and LipGloss are unavailable. Please fix. My country is set to Canada but I cannot search for distributors. It's only set for US. Is there a spot I can change this so it shows Canadian provinces/ distributors?

Why does this need my location? It refuses to open without it and I've used it before without location on. You try on lipstick color and look at products. I'm not giving location permission for that. If i want to search for a DT I can enter a zipcode or turn on location then but otherwise there's no need. Total dealbreaker and its a shame because this is a cool tool.

App doesn't work for me. It stays "starting services" and never really starts the app. I tried in 2 different phones. I don't know if is an Android issue but please fix this, it's really annoying!

I like it, however I really wish there was a feature for you to keep a list of everything you have and a way to save your favorite looks so you can go back to what you like easily! Other than that great app!

app dosent work can't find my distributor by name, location OR # she can, but I can't now it wont even load the products says there was an error. WOST APP EVER UNINSTALLING untill the issue is fixed!
