The app is slow when loading merchandise. Most of the items do not have a description or specifications; it's blank.

my apps crashed. I cannot redeem my item. it's been a few days already. The support team also didn't help. very bad.

My S Coins were forfeited to zero without any app notification or warning. After checking with customer service, I was told that there are no alerts and users are expected to check the app regularly themselves. This is a very poor user experience and extremely disappointing.

it's a pretty good app and functions well. able to make purchases or redeem coins without issue. however, some brand when I tried to redeem coins their product didn't show the buy or add to cart option. the app also experiences serious performance drain on the phone when used for a while e.g after browsing the products for 15 min or so, it'll get really laggy. and my phone ain't a low end model.

Easy to use app. Bought my phone from this app. User interface can be improved to be more user-friendly & visually appealing. I just discovered from the physical store that I have different membership because of different purchases made on & offline and I think it would be really nice if somehow these membership can be merged instead of having separate memberships for online/offline purchases.

Horrible app. When the app loads slowly is not the worse. Worst when customers wanna redemp items via points, browse through items which is sold out (but still listed !), then need to survive filtering functions which wonky, and when go all the way to checkout to find out the membership card is expired (can't redeem - duh?), a message pops saying that can renew via app. Later found out that membership can only be renewed in store... Don't waste my time fiddle all these, just say go to store !

pls improve your app when making payment though bank during checking out. it always failed when I try to key in log in ID where the digital keyboard suddenly disappears and unable to further proceed....omg..stress when using it

This is a terrible app to use, laggy and for u to check your order update, you need to go to your profile and click 'order'. if you click 'more' on the main page to track 'my orders' nothing appears. Tried renewing my membership on the app but clicking the renew button did not do anything. suffice to say it is a very frustrating experience even if their program is good.

Garbage company. They force you to download this 'app' to even get a receipt after purchase and use your points. speaking of which, the S points are useless in ringgit and can only be used to buy junk items. The branch I went to just now only had 2 very old display set speakers which could be purchased for the S point ringgits. The points can only really be used to buy special items, which are ridiculous. I ended spending 5000 points on a set of small glass containers. My boycott continues.

With the new version, getting after sales service is easier. With extended warranty, I don't have to worry about cost of repair. Repair will take about 3-4 weeks to complete. I hope it can be shortened to 1-2 weeks only.

S-coin items unable to sort according from lowest to highest, those items sold out still in the display list which should remove if no more stock.

Functional if you just want to see your points & receipts. But everything else is a miss: search is rubbish & often gets you irrelevant results. Limited selection of items that isn't updated to what's in-store. S-Coin redemption section is heavy on mobile, & causes the app to crash if used too long. There's a favourite item function, but puzzlingly no ability to look through your favorites. There's no way to do it.

Why is the Shopping Cart page empty even after adding items into it? It is not loading anything at all. I have tried it on 2 phones, attempted uninstall and reinstall, but problem not resolved. It is frustrating and support desk advises to go to nearest Senheng outlet to redeem S-coins. Reading some other reviews, it appears I am not the only one with the redemption issue.

Customer support team needs to know more than just suggesting user to clear cache, re-login and re-install the app. My case was passed around over a period of 24 hours only to get them to admit that there is technical issue with the app. When asked when can they have it resolved and this is what i get in reply "Not sure yet but you can still try time by time."

Renewed my membership today before buying a notebook. No hardcopy receipts were issued for renewal of membership, purchase of notebook and other items. Was advised to download the App to view and/or print the receipts (imagine the inconvinience to those without printer). Having downloaded the App, was dissappointed to find that it is running at a snail's pace and some of the advertised posts are outdated. Some functions are not running at all!! C'mon Administrator....buck-up..😦😦😬😬

If I can rate a negative rating, I will rate zero stars. Very pissed with this new app and customer service is not helpful at all!! My profile is not accurate as my points went missing. Previously I can login using my IC, and my profile is accurate, now this new update is only accepting email address, no IC or mobile number accepted and the my profile points are missing!! Contacted customer service thru call, whatsapp and email but they dont know how to fix it but only give lame excuses!!

I dont know what is wrong with this app. Want to pay but nothing happen. I have tried all 3 paynent method credit card, online, installment. All types does not redirect to the payment gateway. Very2 disappointed. Not to mention on the app performance that is quite slow. By the way, using samsung note 10. Maybe not compatible or something else

This app is next to useless. It can only tell you when your Plus One account expires and download receipts. Even that only works 50% of the time. App often freezes and account info doesn't connect to Online Shop even when launched from the app. No item search and you need to plow thru 100s of items to find what you want. Wouldn't be so bad if the physical shop isn't always out of stock.

I wish I can rate it no star. Item ordered more than a week, still show processing. I try to use quick chat function in the app to ask the progress, no ppl answer my question. I try to call the phone, no body is picking up the phone. Wonder is there anyone working in the company. I would advice ppl direct go to the retail store even easy.
