The app keeps logging me out. It's giving me the French version instead of the local I've always used. It's showing me multiple errors, hashtags, broken links & prompting me that my password has changed when it has not. Horrible experience!
I love Sephora and the app but I would love an English option. I had to download the Europe version bc I live in Germany but I don't speak German. We're here bc of the military. I hate having to take pictures and then Google translate everything just to sign in. Please offer a language option.
Became absolutely useless and annoying to use, keeps logging me out and an overall buggy UI. Works briefly after a complete reset/reinstall, but it shouldn't take this much effort each couple of days!
The app keeps me logged out saying my password had changed. It doesn't accept my password but I can log in with that exact password to the website.
has many bugs. keeps showing errors, not finding nearest stores, changes language and setup of the front Page. been like this for years now, no improvement so far
The worst application of the online store I've ever seen! It just doesn’t let me buy anything, because the “wrong delivery address”. The address is correct, but even if I choose the option "pick up in the store", it still does not allow me to make a purchase!
I live in Sweden and installed the app, it gave me my country and automatically generated Swedish language. however No language preference to choose from like English, not everyone who lives in Sweden speaks the language.
The app keeps closing, and it's impossible to use in this version. I even reinstalled it, and it still closes as soon as I open it. Still have the same problem(multiple tries in a large time span) after your response.
It says you have a 15% discount for your first purchase in the new app. Good luck to place the order! I've been trying to place an order multiple times, either with the delivery or getting it at the easy box, it doesn't work. I wanna pay by card - doesn't work. And when I tried to place the order again it said I already used the code...Good job with the new app guys!
The most horrible shopping app I've ever seen. It makes so difficult for me to make any orders. It gives me an error when i try to add my card information. One time i finally managed to do it and saved the information in the app. Today when i tried to make another order my card information is not saved on my profile so i have to add it again but if i try to add it, it gives me an error.
I haven't tried to make a purchase with the new updated app, so my feedback will be about the language. It's great that you can change country directly from the app but please have an English version. For instance, I live in Greece but don't speak the language, every time I ordered something in the past was with a lot of translations, so it would be so less time consuming if we could have a setting to change only the language to English :)
I love this app because if I'm to lazy to walk 49 minutes then I go on my phone and the stuff that I want to use and the stuff on the app is cheaper than the store
if you have a coupon, forget about it! You will never find it after returning a product you paid with the coupon. I returned the perfume I bought with the coupon because the perfume was broken in the box! They told me I can use the coupon on my next purchase again and it will be automatically applied in checkout, but I don't see my coupon, I can't find it!!!! who designs your app? I will never buy anything from Sephora! look at Zalando and learn to design for coupons!!!
app is very glitchy. i have been trying to place an order for months. i managed to get one in and it got canceled after3 days without reason. very, very bad
I installed the new update and still no possibility to put the app in english. I live in poland but I don't speak polish so.. this should be an easy thing to upgrade.
In the year of 2025, global corporations are still unable to make an English localization available independent from the country selection in their apps... No excuses!
I wanted to buy something because the discount was only online and there were some benefits if I buy via app. I selected everything and there is no button to pay. Then I wanted to contact them via form and send a screen recording so they could see, but the upload option didn't work. Then I wanted to submit it anyways, but submit button got stuck....
This is probably worst store app I've even seen makes my inner QA dev cry. When I search for shampoo, it finds me correctors and makeup. Sometimes finds nothing when I definitely saw the product before. Lots of "undefined" keywords when making new account. When I add a product into cart, it automatically prompts me to checkout - stop, I just want to add more products. Adding promo code doesn't update the price unless you forcereset. Hire better IT department please
I cannot choose the delivery in a store, since I get an empty list in the store finder (I tried both using my current location, as well as typing in the name of my city - we have 2 stores here) during the ordering process. Because of this I cannot benefit of the promotional discount in the app. Not sure how you think you improved the UX but for me, personally, the app is unusable if I want to order something.
Worst!!! Trying to use this app is such a waste of time. Cant belive sephora has the worst shopping app... cant see products, cant search because i get no results... if i finally manage to add something to cart, guess what, cant pay! This is just ridiculous at this point. Paying so much for the products and cant have decent working app
