App Faults, Lags and just doesn't work. The wish lists just jumps about all the time, I seem unable to delete anything from the wishlist, every time I do it's back the next time I open it. The app itself crashes constantly, you can scroll Infinity and it just shows the same products on repeat. Why they can't make your wishlist linked to your account like everywhere I dont know, so even if you still want to use the store and try just the website, you have to find everything again.

it's a very good place to get, at one point we had no free gift for our deal and some of the stuff can be INSANELY EXPENSIVE but honestly apart from that they do have some very good stuff and some very good stuff hidden away in the distance unless you search a lot more just like me of course, apart from that...it's very good I would recommend it to other people who like high quality stuff just be careful if you don't wanna spend so much 🆗

The app is not working from Monday. It's totally blank when I open the app. I saw that I'm not the only one. Please do something !

Just intermittently stops working mid way thru searching for products then asks if you wish to wait or close app. Eventually you have to close.Really annoying.

app doesn't work, keeps saying " this product with I'd ****** cannot be found" very frustrating, have tried deleting it and adding it again, same thing happens.

My wishlist just jumps about all the time, so I can never edit it. The app in general just feels of poor quality for such a big company.

app glitches constantly, and same as others, I cannot scroll through my wishlist without it glitching and scrolling and repeating on its own. it's infuriating

absolutely rubbish pages don't load I just want to buy a gift card. constant death loading page it's quicker to walk to the store

When I downloaded this app I was going to go put some things I'm my basket if I found them but when it finished downloading I tried going on it but can't do anything and then it like kicks me off the app after a few seconds I tried again and had to close the app fully so I tried again but didn't work so I deleted and re downloaded it but it still done the same so there's no point having an app on your phone that don't even work

Very poor. Why does my wishlist/favourites disappear? Surely in 2023 it shouldn't be difficult to create an app that lets you save products and doesn't forget your log in constantly? Edit: login issue fixed but my wishlist has disappeared AGAIN!!!! It can't be hard to get a wishlist to stick surely

This app has got to be the worst! I downloaded it, managed to log in, only to be logged out and unable to log back in. If sephora are putting on special offers and announcements on the App for customers, it is pretty pointless when customers can't even use the app! Very disappointed. Expected much more good stuff from Sephora.

Trying to reset my password (although I'm sure I entered the correct one) I get sent to a black screen with an error message. I tried to use the online report facility, but that also sent me to a black screen with an error message. Very frustrating. I am trying to join the Community as advertised on the Latest Free Stuff website Update: Nothing worked so am uninstalling. Say "bye" to a potential customer

It's just almost impossible for me to use both Sephora website and app. The website is super glitchy and I can't even finish payment as it freezes every time I try so I usually end up ordering somewhere else. I thought the app will be better, but I simply can't find the products there. Also it has very limited functional for browsing - you need to know exactly what you want.

I think the app itself is functional, and fairly easy to use, in theory. I also really appreciate having an app vs shopping directly from website. With that said, it's actually not very usable. There are tons of brands missing from app vs the UK website, impossible to check out as every time I try it just gives an error. So found myself shopping through the website anyway, which defeats the point of having an app. I think Sephora should take it down until its functional.

Never wrote an app review but this app honestly has given me so much frustration. Get emails with promotions but they never work on the app, error after error after glitch after glitch. Categories search? Empty. Brands search? Empty. How am i supposed to find anything?!! ok, I'll just uninstall and install again... well, now cant sign in and can't even reset password because guess what? another error/glitch/404.... whoever coded this app needs firing. smh

Spent over a hundred pounds on makeup and skincare, I have not received a single item, I have been waiting more than 30 days and this is the second dispatch they have lost. Safari has done nothing to make sure I receive my packages even though I have contacted their customer service lines and done a inquiry, Several times. If you actually want to receive your parcels I do not recommend buying anything from sephora.

I have this bug with it, and I rated it so low because I CAN'T EVEN USE THE APP! I tap on the icon it loads and then kicks me out and says that there has been a technical issue. This is very sad, and I love ur products and I buy from u regularly, but because my app doesn't even open, I find it very frustrating. I hope u fix this ty Edit: it's been fixed. Thank u

Loads of options available, but won't let me order. It logs me out each time I go on the app and when I go to log in it says there was an issue and to try again. It does this every time and when I eventually get back in, I go to check out, have to do my email and password again and again still says there was an issue and won't let me proceed to checkout. Then it logs me out together!

I was purchasing a gift for my neice. I wanted to take advantage of the 15% offer that drew me in. I was sent round in circles, had to download the app, and give my d.o.b. details. When the app finally lead me to the checkout after sending me around in a loop, the 15% was not valid. VERY misleading. Also advertises free delivery over £20. But appears to want to charge. Therefore, I have deleted the app.....too stressful

One of the worst apps I've used! Account issues, tells me my password is wrong every time I try log in (it isnt) so I have to keep resetting. Ridiculously slow, flicks to top of page all the time when browsing, freezes when trying to checkout to the point I have to close the app down several times to start again!
