So many good series, but please make in-app Auto-translator. or allow the text to be copy easier. so i can put it on MTL program like DeepL or google translated. the current system so far wouldn't stop pirating issue consider how it didn't stop people form copy text, just make it harder for reader to translated it. otherwise it 5/5. Ridi and Kakao didn't even force you to use app, so i can just google translated on web. It a misery copy word by word to put it in translater

Love all Navers apps, wish it would be available in english or its incorporate in webtoon app 'cause of the payment. Tons of great stories. No offense to koreans, we're actually envious. I think it would lessen the number of plagiarism if it would be translated. I don't mind paying if i can read those good novels😍. I wish i have the time to learn a new language; english alone is hard. Don't be harsh to the international readers:we're just shouting "oppa!" until it's available or we learn hangul

Please add even an auto translate option for other languages for the novels. Even when I pay for episodes, I can't read them on the web since the website only shows the free episodes and the paid episodes are locked in Korean on the app. Other than that, the app is fluid, fast responding, easy to use and move around in even though I'm not good with Korean. An abundance of amazing content!

Unable to make purchases unless you go through self-verification which is impossible for someone like me who lives outside of Korea. If you're okay with being able to read certain novels for free bit by bit each day I guess this app is fine, but to actually start reading a novel I would recommend Ridibooks. Also the interface is a bit clunky for reading.

Can't receive a code overseas. How are you supposed to promote your manhwas widely if you're restricting access from other countries.

Was super excited this app was available in my country. Was not hyped at the idea of them wanting all my DL# and other sensitive information to be able to purchase stuff, no matter how much I like a story it's not worth the risk of identity theft. Credit cards can be cancelled, that info can't be. Should partner with international companies for vetting such as PayPal/Google/etc. Even those don't request ID numbers and whatnot.

This app is great because you can purchase/rent novels AND webtoons. You don't need Korean number like the other review said, but you'll need to research the process since it's not obvious. You'll be able to pay through Play Store. Of course you should be able to read Korean to use this app, but fortunately Korean isn't hard to learn if you're obsessed with novels and webtoons ;)

Very bad. When I open one of the chapters anywhere, it just tells me that it is for security reasons and to prevent theft. The chapters no longer work and I can read anymore, even after I create several accounts, the same problem remains. The reason for all this is that I gave the account to my friend and I cannot contact technical support.I hope you care For foreigners to benefit

It's a great application, however it doesn't allow you to take any screenshot/copy nor it has a translation features. You can only read it in Korean. I can't read Korean, it's so frustrating. I can only buy it without being able to read those novels.

Dear Naver, I've been trying to sign up with new acc or sign in either by facebook and line account but neither works. When i try to sign up with a new account, the page says " sign up is limited temporarily. Please contact customer service" So, what should i do? Please, please, please kindly fix this issue. I've read a few comments with the same issue at the google play store. I didn't expect that It turns out to be true. Thank you

It's a good app, if you can't read Korean I'd suggest not expecting anything though. The app doesn't support English, but hopefully it could in the future? I think the app would get a lot of new users if it was like Webtoon where fansubs are made into official subs after proofreading, and editing.

This app has so many good novels which I couldn't find in other apps. That's why I tried so hard to be able to purchase the cookies, to support the authors but.. is it possible to use the Papago while we use the Naver Series App? so I can translate from Korean to English manually and read it with happiness 😊

Before you buy in app purchases from this app and Naver itself, please know that Naver website will redirect you to the app which only read korean. You cannot use Google translate on it and it'll just be a waste of money. Even Ridibooks and bomtoon allow reading of webnovels on Chrome so that foreign readers can read using Google translate.Just stop redirecting us here. Dont be like me. Also, the application log in security is buggy it just kept looping every time I tried to log in.

I honestly don't get why people rage about the app not providing English services. Like the pictures of the app is in Korean and you are looking at a Korean app with novels in Korean??? If you can't understand it, why did you download it in the first place??? Learning Korean would be a good idea instead of complaining about the app not being in English:) 당연한듯 뻔뻔하게 요구하지말고 배울 생각들을 하세요^^

I hate this app for not having any other language option. Furthermore it don't allow you to translate in any ways possible while i got an ads in my browser and it translated. I clicked it and signed up using browser, in english. Then when i wanted to read one, it linked to this app. I patiently installed this, and surprise!!! WE DON'T HAVE ANY OTHER LANGUAGES OPTION.

app is good but...really bad help center. can't log in, can't create a new account either. It won't send notifications to number. even the website needs a account to use now. how can we use the app if we can't even sign up? It's not useful

I made a account,and because I didn't understand Korean I had to use another phone to translate what it said, 2 days later my account got ban some how, It said something about suspicious network or something, I am not making another account, It feels like a burden, You should keep a English translation option in this app, Accessing from the website at least allow you to translate, but you can't read more then few handful, Just wanted to know what can I do

It is a great app for someone like me, a novel lover. However, the verification process to purchase items for people in outside of Korea are almost impossible. So frustrated.

It would be appreciable if you could add English as other language, because there are phrases which are hard to understand. Moreover, it's English version app ‘Webtoon’, doesn't have many series as that compared to the Korean app.

Hi naver, I know your apps is very nice. but, as Indonesian, I'm having a bit of trouble registering a Naver account. How do I do it? I've asked for a code, but there's no notification at all, and I've checked my email and SMS. Please help me.
