does not let me take a full page screenshot, there are multiple use cases where the validity page needs to be produced and the app #1 should have an option to download/share the page or #2 show everything on single page or #3 atleast let a full page screenshot option to work. pretty inconvenient.

Andriod phones: the scam alert notice button to acknowledge the message is greyed out rendering the app useless. uninstalled and installing again doesnt solve the issue.

App will not go past the beware of scams window. I cannot close that window so the app is not usable. Please fix this.

I’m encountering the same issue that has been previously reported by other users. The app is unable to proceed to the main dashboard. A scam-related warning message appears, and the exit or confirmation option is greyed out, leaving no way to bypass the message. As a result, I’m unable to use the app to verify the validity of work passes. Kindly rectify this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

Restriction to screenshot the verification results, make this app absolutely useless

The scanning quality is terrible. I'm unable to scan any of the passes. When I type in the FIN number, it only shows their vaccination status. Nothing about the validity of the passes. There's no way I can go to every single tenant to ask for their physical pass to scan. It's ridiculous to ask us to check, when the app is unable to perform it's function.

I can not scan pass more than once. Everytime I took a scan, it shows good result but subsequent scan even with the same pass shows error of "Wrong QR Code". The work around I have clean apps storage (reset the apps), re-register, and then I could scan again. This is clearly a bug. Re-register Everytime, I need to do scanning?

I have update the latest version but still have problem. Those with Red "cannot go to work", the right side doesn't show the "more" for me to click in see the details. Whereas those with Green "can go to work", I can see and click on the "more".

What the f###? Before this have the save button to store the work permit scanned, and after update, it's gone. Yes, can take screenshot but it will become a 2 pictures rather than one. Please do not fix what is not broken! Also, in low light condition, no option to turn on flash to assist, please seriously really improve!!

I do not understand why 1. the expiry date not printed on the pass. 2. Need an app just to check expiry date. 3. need an app that user will not access often. May I know who will check the wp expiry date everyweek/month? Why need an app if it's not for frequent access? Besides, info shown are repeated on the card itself except the most important info, the expiry date. 4. I do not received the verification sent to my phone and was not able to proceed. Can you fix this? Not an improvement at all!

The app works great but I don't understand the value proposition. What would be useful would be useful would be to have a virtual copy of the physical pass in my phone that I could use like the physical card, and an alert when the pass is about to expire. With the current app I will miss the expiry date of my pass if I don't setup an alert somewhere else

The app before update had an option to save the Work pass as an image into the gallery ... But after update it doesn't hav that option anymore... We need to screenshot if we hav to send the softcopy of the pass for some reason. Otherwise the app is good.

Edit: Seems to work better recently although still not as good as the default qr scanner. -------- This app can't do the job that it's made for - scanning QR code on work permit. My default QR code scanner app can read the link, so it's not my camera problem, it must be bad optimization by the app developers.

Added feature of the QR code on the pass is good for further verification check and security. Why of all thing, remove the expiry date from the pass which is very important for quick verification. Puzzling! I star given for the added feature of QR code. Minus 4 stars for taking away the pass expiry date.

There is no way to take print out of the expiry date of visa from the app. MOM first removes visa validity days from the physical EP pass, and directs to use SG work pass app which is badly implemented. I cannot produce a document from the app for offical submisson have to rely on screenshots for an important document for visa. Please improve this.

Used to have no issues with the app however recently I have not been able to scan the QR codes. The app is not reading the code and when there is the 'ding' sound, nothing happens. Tried to key in the FIN number manually but nothing happens too. Please help fix.
