I was prompted for a '3 months for 1 month' offer, went through the flow and subscribed. On my second month, I found it charging me normally as if the promotion was not applied. I contacted customer service and they told me they can't help, and that I somehow made a mistake and subscribed to the regular monthly plan instead of offer!! I subscribed through the offer page!! Lesson learned, the customer service is a waste of time, and will never trust this service again.

You can subscribe easily, but you have to dig deep into the options to find out how you can end your subscription. It plays a 3 minute ad before you start watching something, and we're talking about a 3 minute ad to a supposedly "premium" service. I mean people don't get excited to watch more of your stupid stuff when you forcibly add an ad to the beginning of videos, they get annoyed. TV shows and movies are heavily censored! You should stay away unless you're interested in their exclusives.

It took me forever to create an account for some reason, the ads are endless its so annoying to the point where i got bored of watching, and you can't find all the series that stream on " MBC " channels even though " Shahid " is owned by " MBC Group " .. So yeah please include all the series Edit : again with the ads, i just clicked on an episode to continue watching and had 7 ads all at once. bad app

Sorry for the 1star but when I quite the app and return to it again the audio changes to Dubbing in some movies,eps, I wish I won't see yassir ad again its too long(you can give the spectators the right to block and choose which ad they want to see, and I cant pay to remove ads and that doesn't mean we are obligated to watch to many ads. Thanks

I'm not an old subscriber, I've paid a yearly subsciption already 3 months ago. By mistake I logged out of my account on my phone and I don't remember my password (I have a bad memory). To reset my password I'm told to reset the password we have sent you an email. Now I'm receiving emails but only from Shahid I'm not (even in spam. Contacted agent support (waited at least 2 hours to get a message from them on WhatsApp). Talked for at least an hour and guess what? I got zero help!!!

Unfortunately, the account always gets an error message, and somehow I always see new devices connected to my account. 😵‍💫📱 On the other hand, the shows in the app are very unique. 🤩📺

I’m extremely disappointed. The app was working perfectly before Ramadan, but it went down during Ramadan — which is the most important time for many users. Customer support has been very poor, with slow or no proper response. This feels misleading and unreliable.

terrible app, it keeps on loading endlessly and it never plays the episode and no it's not a connection issue as I'm able to stream on other apps just fine. I uninstalled and installed multiple times with no use

Very bad application and extremely frustrating experience! I have two TVs connected to the same home network, and every time I use both at the same time, I receive a message saying that someone else is using my account from outside my home. This makes absolutely no sense since both devices are in the same house and on the same network. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but my problem has still not been resolved. There seems to be no real effort to help users or fix ongoing issu

The app quits unexpectedly in the middle of an episode....no matter how fast the internet is, no matter how many updates you install , it's becoming worse after each update, unbearable ! Please are you going to fix this ?

this app will often times load and not show the resume section for the shows that I'm currently watching. then I have to close it and reopen and the resume section will be back. sometimes, it will resume in a completely different spot of the show. additionally, it will auto advance to the next episode before the show is finished. leslie, it doesn't work well on foldable devices because it doesn't allow you to watch in portrait mode.

I love the app and its varied shows. The one thing that TRULY bugs me about it is the censorship. I pay money every month to choose what I watch, how and when to watch it. MBC censors all shows and movies it airs on TV and it's fine because it is TV, but an App that I pay for on my own phone? Come on. As a 33 year-old ADULT, I have every right to watch things as they were made to be seen. You can censor kids all you want, but don't dictate to me the parts of a show that are appropriate.

keeps disconnecting and asking to check connection when my internet connection is strong and other apps like Netflix work more than fine, in 15 minutes disconnected 4 times, very slow to load and picture can get foggy! and this is not just today, it's been like this every time i use it since i reinstated my subscription. please fix, never had this problem before

I tried the app years ago, and noticed that its data consumption is very high, thought they would've fixed it by now, but no, still consuming too much data, even when changing the quality. The only reason I started using it again is my Mum

using it on Android tv is nightmare, just to close the app you have to go through 3 steps for no reason video quality isn't stable even with fast internet

i give this app a 1 because i pay to watch but everytime it comes to end of the movie or a series the screen loads and returns me all the way back to the start of what i was watching is this a scam or i just payed to watch nothing, i don't like this thing to happen and this app is deleted from my device

it used to be fine but now I'm being asked to subscribe while I already have a subscription, the app doesn't work, I didn't pay money to be treated as a guest, fix this issue or I'll terminate my useless subscription.

shahid is one of the best platforms i use for watching my favorite shows, however as a blind user, i believe it wants it to receive some care so it becomes more flexible with screen readers.
