Shift Calendar (since 2013)

This App is great. What I like most about it is my ability to customize the shift name. I can use any tag or label to denote the shift. For instance, I can use "2/3" or "3pm-11.30pm" for 2nd and 3rd shift, etc.. and select it while setting up my schedule. Best of all, I can easily share the schedule screenshot or send it out "to whom it may concern". I wish to be able to sync the App with my default calendar. That notwithstanding, I hail your great work, please keep it up.

Love this app...I have a complicated schedule, makes it sooo easy to look ahead to plan events. The pattern feature lets you set your schedule as far in advance as you want it to go. Mine goes for two years at a time, it only took me a couple of minutes to set it. Having my schedule at hand on my phone is awesome...beats the tiny printed out schedules I carried in my wallet. Download it. Use it. Love it!

The best so far for my needs. suggestion: add feature for multiple shifts in one day. I could have a holiday in one job the same day but working on another job. best features: - you can add custom shifts' names - add pay for the day - Colour code them - you get a summary of hours worked or pay once shifts are added for the months.

I like the simplicity of use, easy to set up but recently I have changed my shift pattern and I'm unable to create a new shift pattern. It doesn't transfer to another months or it doesn't transfer it correctly. All my colleage using the same app has the same problem. So the way I can now use it is insert all months manually

good app to schedule shift workers. but repeat menu is limited by number, better make it fully cover until end years date

Had this app for years it's easy to use and never fails. Let's you do loads of stuff to keep you reminded of shift changes and events. Love it.

I love this app. But automatic backup to google periodically would be fab, and no ads premium option and a new app icon ! 🙂

Me and most of my mine site use this app. It's not as intuitive as it could be simply because of the depth you can work with it at. So you have to show the drillers how to use it. But...they're drillers. Different breed them ones. Good app. Very handy. cheers 8yrs later, still going strong.

Excellent app, easy to use and manage your work roster , days off , appointment's , public holidays, everything you need. Pop up ads can get annoying but the be app is worth it. (You can pay to take ads out) Great free app. I recommend to all my co-workers.

Love it, just what I needed , easy to use , I use it for all the blokes on different shifts , easy to change calendar start days and easy to edit, must be easy if I can work it out , planed out a whole year with a few clicks, I have tried so many and this one is the best ..👍

Very good app. for myself. I work a 28-day rotating schedule. Just select each day of your schedule and mark as either day, night, or late shift. Then, go to Menu and select Shift Pattern and enter the date range. Auto repeat will fill in future shifts. Mark pay days if you like.

I have a 49 day, rotating day off (RDO) schedule for work. This app allowed me to input my information and program the calendar to repeat the schedule. I can look up my days off 5 years from now if I wanted. Only complaint is it won't display "notes" on the calendar. You must go to the day to see it. That makes it hard to share my calendar with others. Especially when they need to know if I'm working 8hrs or 16hrs that day.

Finally! One that works for what I need! Once you get the hang of this (which may take a little bit of time bc it's probably been updated from an old app?), it's great! Sometimes the older ones are best, before Google started giving templates, controlling everything to the nth degree so creators can't make apps the way they wish or the way users want! Simple, straightforward, flexible, customizable, and an excellent useful widget! (How can I donate or buy pro? Has this been bought/abandoned?)

Used this app for 5 years, works brilliant for my rare and unusual but repeating shift pattern. Helps me keep track of normal shifts, overtime shifts, holidays and important events easily. The best part for me is instantly being able to know if I will be free or not on that saturday next month/year when something is getting planned.

have been using the app for about 2 years now. It is perfect for me. I work alternating night/days with overtime, swaps etc. I can keep track of everything easily, hours, wages, holidays no problem. huge amount of customizations options also. sorry I didn't give 5 stars sooner!

App is super easy and works great. It does exactly what I need it to do! My only complaint would be when sharing the calendar using a picture, I wish you could select more than just one month to send instead of doing each month individually. That's purely for my own convenience and doesn't take away from this app being the best shift calendar out there.

So far it has been the easiest Shift schedule program for keeping track of a 3 week roster. It could use a bit of tweaking for managing the odd shifts, but they can be manually added. The interface is nice too. It's easy to see what day it is and when the next schedule is due to begin. Might be nice to be able to share the roster with family and friends, not sure if it possible here yet?

Have used this app for many years, works great, many great features, well thought out, & very user friendly. Pretty much everything is custamizable, colours, calendar settings, can set up all your own shifts, repeat rotation available, plenty of options, add as much or as little detail as you need (ie even shift start/end times to figure out pay). Just got a new phone & downloaded again, all new updates a great! (New holiday icon is my fav😉) Keep up the great work!!

I've been using this app since around 2014. The widget makes it one of the best for us rotating shift workers. --------------------- If you work a rotating pattern, you can program out your schedule for years ahead. Select all the days in your pattern, including off days. Then choose REPEAT, and select 30 TIMES. Nice. ---------------------------- Under Calendar Options, select the box to turn off days "Off" text. This will give your calendar a cleaner appearance. ***** 5 Stars! *****
