If you want to buy something from Samsung, this is by far the best way. You're usually going to get it cheapest here and have the most options for delivery. After tax I got my vented washer/dryer combo delivered, old appliance hauled away, and 3 years of extended warranty for less than the sale price at a big box store with nothing else included. Also, if you're military/a veteran, they have a very generous discount. Better than Lowe's/Home Depot since it applies to sale items too.

Products are nothing without support. Samsung features bait and switch online sales. The Shop app supports this. Algorithms during the Black Friday sales eliminated the fourth ‘bundle’ item. My purchase then switched to pick up instead of delivery. A new order (the only option offered/switch) will raise the price you paid. DO NOT TRUST any offer to adjust this price. Same thing if any of your appliances arrive damaged!

It does what it's suppose to really well. My only critic would be much more of a nitpick, I think you could have accessory tab after selecting a product you wish to buy and add everything you want to accompany the product at checkout. As an example if I want to buy a phone could present an accessory tab suggestion phone case wireless chargers so on and so forth.

1.) I am not the only one who comes across an error saying advocate can't use a referral code. There is no code being applied. I have to fix this by deleting memory with the app, works briefly. This is highly annoying 2.) Prices are never updated according to your banners. For example, if your running a new promo, like currently, It's $350 off. The trade ins only go up to $250. Whoever runs the website, needs to a better job. Always reported it 3.) Sometimes my credits I earn don't post.

Super buggy gives lots of error messages. Spent over an hour trying to make one simple purchase. Unbelieveable that such a large tech company can have such a terrible purchasing interface. Update: Then when I finally made a purchase the ap. wouldn't update my location, and wouldn't take any form of payment other than Amazon pay. It also said it won't be shipped for a whole month, and gave no options to pick up anywhere except NYC 250 miles away! So I cancelled!

App is great BUT If you window shop, the price will increase and/or the promo items or credit will decrease. The price of the device you select will increase every time you place it in your cart. I suggest that you select your items and purchase them right away. If you try it a few days later, you will notice a significant $$ increase. Also, not sure why the price changes when you go to checkout, so keep an eye on it.

App is fairly easy to use, but pricing is misleading and, in some cases, incorrect. Prices for most items reflect the cost after maximum trade-in, but few customers qualify. Also, in my experience, you cannot even trust the prices in the app until you have gotten to the final payment page. I ordered 2 items today, and it wasn't until I got to the absolute final screen that the prices on both items increased by a combined total of $30. Very misleading.

I love Samsung products but ordering through them has been a nightmare. When I go to checkout, it will get rid of any of the offers they have displayed. The "live chat" and phone service was not helpful at all. I talked to literally 10 different people and did not receive any help. I have tried placing an order twice now, and both times keeps getting cancelled! Extremely disappointing

I was pleased to learn that there is a Trade-In policy. My S4 phone & Galaxy Note 8 tablet are ready to be replaced. I downloaded the Shop app onto the tablet to find out the trade-in values. However, the app isn't working. When I select a phone, the tablet freezes on a blank screen and that's the end of it. So far, the app has done nothing. I would love to rate it higher if it would work as it should.

If you're not ready to buy something immediately, don't bother. If you switch off the app and return, everything in your cart will be reset to full price. Can't even get the $250 off you're supposed to have with your first purchase through the app to reappear, it's just gone forever. And that doesn't include the fact that there is a deal on all of their offer pages that says it expires on the 12th, but is full price if you click on it. Support will only try to upsell you if you contact them.

On the website I had a banner that said $50 off first order over $500 from app. So I did it. Did not get the $50 off. Also if you leave the app to do anything else, your cart and everything is wiped out within seconds and you need to start over. That being said, ordering wasn't a problem but it's basically no different than using the website. Also, it says double the points from the app and it doesn't do that either. I'll probably just use the website and delete the app. It's misleading.

The app itself looks nice and all, but trying to make an order was literally impossible. The cart goes blank if you have to back out for any reason, the order will never process and actually go through, and the only way to clear your cart to try again is to uninstall and reinstall the app. I'd be glad I could get a bonus 35% off on the app, if I could purchase anything...

I got an amazing deal on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus. No one else could beat the deal! Plus another $50 off for using the app. I received interest free financing, too. My order was supposed to ship within 3 weeks, but showed up within 5 days. The customer support was unparalleled. Due to the holidays, I couldn’t send my trade in back in time and was given 2 extensions. They also helped me remotely with my new tablet. I've had nothing but good experiences with Samsung.

The return process is a nightmare. If you need to talk to customer service it takes 20+ minutes, I've even waited as long an an hour and a half. You can't use 2 promo codes on 1 transaction. Finally, i don't suggest buying any large items like a tv through here. They ship it through a company that doesn't honor shipping dates. Mine was almost 2 weeks late. I had to go pick it up at the shipping warehouse where it was sitting on a pallet in a puddle of water and open door getting moisture damage.

One of the worst shopping app I've ever seen. Promotions and discounts never work properly and customer service can't do anything about it. Example, discounted phone is $1568, when you add trade in for $1000 off, final price becomes $768. They also charge you tax based on full price, but gives discount based on all subtraction including trade in. Their math seems to always change in their favor and not in the logical or mathematical way. This has been going on for years! Very disappointing

It took me three days to place a pre-order. I was very disappointed with the fact that my app kept freezing up and I also received multiple error messages! In order for the app to unfreeze, I would have to completely exit out of the app and close it. I would then have to re-open the app, login again, and re-create my order once more. The chat / help features are useless. It never gives you a real person that can assist you with any issues.

Samsung customer service is the worst at all levels. It's so bad that even the chat bots take forever to respond. Their store fronts are even worse. I've tried calling the store and have been on hold up to 2hrs before hanging up. Their shipping is a joke. It's best to always do pick-up when the option is available. I've already had to cancel orders numerous times to repurchase for pick-up because shipping is always getting delayed. The app is easy to use and awesome app exclusive deals.

user friendly but unfortunately I have bad experience while placing the order. during pre order z flip 7 period, I see a very good deal for trade in program. but when i placed the order, the price was different. I file complaint and ask or price match, but i got denied because the customer service said my order not placed from shop app. it was very confusing. I only place my order from shop app. it was frustrating. it's not the first time I'm having the same issue.

This app is an absolute mess for the past few months, at least. Every single time I'm browsing it, I'm met with the "it's not you, it's us" errors message while trying to view certain products. I thought updates would have addressed this issue long ago but they haven't. It's extremely frustrating and I hope Samsung gets it together soon!

Edit: because there is a problem with every purchase. Sent phone in for trade in value. They kept it so long the battery had completely died and they marked it as ineligible for trade for not turning on. I made sure it met the 3 requirements before sending in. Got sent back and I got charged. I tested it when it got back to me. All I had to do was charge it a little and o look at that it turns on and works. Samsung is becoming the biggest JOKE of a phone company.
