Shopee 12.12 Birthday Campaign

Shopee refund system is not reliable. My refund was approved, but due to Shopee’s internal error, the amount was wrong and the process was delayed. I have waited over one month already, and they are asking me to wait again for another 15–20 business days. This caused a lot of inconvenience and wasted my time. Very disappointing customer experience.

Good prices, but very strict return policy. My advise, for small items that you definitely won't return, Shopee is good. But for more expensive items, if there's even a chance that you may need to return it, buy on Lazada. Their return policy is much more fair.

Most ANNOYING app ever!!!!Opens in a video advert. So annoying that I immediately close tha app and open Lazada. Coupons that don't work. Prices different at final checkout. Many counterfeit products. Often items arrive broken or of poor quality not matching description. Not worth the time and difficult to return broken or counterfeit items. I report counterfeit items but Shopee still continues to sell very obvious counterfeit items.

I really hate to see videos playing when I open the app. it's really annoying. anybody can not see it?! please let me know how to start with home page instead of those annoying videos. And when I try to open a link that annoying video's sound keep on coming from backwards.

Too difficult to retrieve refund. After trying multiple ways, the system blocks me from accessing or using my own money. Also requests for so much information like biometrics data shouldn't be normalised for e-commerce, this is not a military base or HQ.

Got scammed by JWN Studio. The seller used A1 pictures of his products. But very low quality in reality. I wasn't there to witness when he unpacked the return items. He Damaged and took pictures, so he didn't have to Return my money 💰. 35,900 Baht. At least Shoppee order him to return. He wasn't going too return. SCAM ALERT!!! JWN STUDIO ⚠️ 📢.

When open App, always open "Live" tab, very annoying, and cannot change this in setting. Lazada don't have this issue.

Amazing platform for shopping without any fear. It makes my life easy and comfortable because i'm saving my time instead of wasting my time to visit physical stores.

Shopee’s quality control and dispute handling are deeply flawed. Many items are poor quality or not fit for purpose, yet buyers are penalised when attempting returns. In my case, Shopee retained funds without consent and closed the dispute while it remained unresolved, blocking recovery. This reflects a systemic issue where cases are terminated procedurally rather than resolved fairly. Document everything and be prepared to escalate externally.

I like the ease of use. I hate the pop up windows that block the view. I hate the live video and sound that blares as soon as you open the app which disturbs anyone sitting around you. I don't really care about the coins and I wish it would go away.

Worst advertisement ever, Even if you press the close button perfectly, it still takes you to the playstore, THE CLOSE BUTTON IS supposed to be a Close button, Not a "Take you to the playstore no matter what" button

This app is obscene, not only do the prices change when you log out, it's full of bugs, scams (1 baht items for with a 'new user voucher' but you can't buy anything else with that item; or although you filter by 'free shipping' you end up having to pay for it), customer service is in Thai and unhelpful. I spent way too much time trying to place my first order and at the end some bug in the app wouldn't let me check out. This is genuinely my worst experience with an app ever.

Uninstalled due to useless support. Kept getting orders cancelled due to 'Abnormalities Detected' with no solutions despite multiple attempts to file support tickets. They also don't have any direct helpline phone number, seems scummy.

Free shipping never work sometime. Thanks for the automatic apply code to my purchase. I have got upto 20% cheaper.

I have been using this shopping app so long time. Variety of goods, shops, quality and prices. Easy and friendly app to use. Excellent after sales services, also pushing shops to improve their services. i.e. packing, packaging, delivering. Excellent to be in the middle position for shop and customer when there have any issues. Summary; Trustable Shopping Application.

Shopee is an excellent platform with good customer service. Transactions are very easy and customers are protected. Tracking and Delivery of Shopee items has been excellent. . It's much better then Lazarda. Lazada has poor customer service by comparison and their software erroneously flags unusual behaviour by error, causing customers unwanted problems. . Shopee needs to increase Font Size of the App. Right now the Shopee App font is way too small which would make it difficult for customers.

Worst shopping app ever. I got an used product, sent it back and the seller opened a dispute and claimed everything is fine. Shopee agrees with the seller and I am the one who got scammed. Never ever shopee again. I will go back to Lazada, much better customer service there!

Terrible! Still need 2 hands to use because Android Back button not work. Back button is in TOP LEFT corner! Loud videos with no mute option! Search show price from cheap unrelated product that sellers place on same page making search useless if looking for cheap price. Star system scam: You cannot add stars for returned items, so the worst quality is never getting 1 star as deserved unless you decide to just keep it. CHAT-support in app only, with only Thai, even when choosing English.

Please improve the following: 1. The product and price display should be more accurate, as some shops use images of products with different prices but display a lower-priced alternative. 2. For product searches, please add personal information such as foot size, shirt size, and pants size. Sometimes, searching for these items results in incorrect results on Shopee, such as mismatched straps or shoe sizes. 3. Please help control counterfeit products. This is a serious issue;
