Shopee PH: Shop on 11.11-12.12

Shopee is my go-to for online shopping and absolutely gets 5 stars! I'm constantly amazed by the incredible deals, vouchers, and free shipping offers they have. The sheer variety of products is fantastic – I can find pretty much anything I need, from gadgets to groceries. It's so convenient to shop anytime, anywhere, and the whole process from browsing to delivery is always smooth.

Buying on Shopee has been easy and hassle-free. The app is easy to use, featuring a broad selection of products at competitive rates. I value the thorough product descriptions and consumer feedback, which facilitated selecting the appropriate items. The checkout process was easy, and the payment methods were versatile. My order came on time, properly packaged and in excellent shape. In general, I had a great experience and would certainly purchase from Shopee again.

Honestly, the application is laggy on my device, so the experience is quite bad. But, the UI is really nice. It's very organized. Furthermore, I suggest to make a search feature on the cart, so when we're trying to buy something, we won't need to keep on scrolling just to find the products we added to cart, but easily find it by searching.

the customer service is AWFUL. I ordered 2 items last month and the app said it would arrive by May 2-5 but it has already been a week and my order still hasn't arrived. I tried to cancel but they won't allow it. I ordered a different product recently and they cancelled that order for some reason. Overall, this is a terrible app.

Some shops provide shipping discount that can not be applied without using shopee pay or other vouchers, what a total waste. I use to enjoy shopping with this app but not anymore. It's getting ridiculous. Your vouchers do not apply at check out and giving some error codes, why not update your checkout to remove products that the voucher does not apply to or gray out vouchers that are not applicable to the products found at checkout. Not giving that frustrating error codes.

The prices has become misleading. For example, I clicked on a product priced at 200 but it will become 300 on the check-out. The coins are useless. The shopee reel is so annoying when it's the first thing that appears when I open the app. Sellers do not ship immediately and then my orders will later on get cancelled. I don't even cancel them because I'm embarrassed even when It's already late and no longer need. And stop using the algorithm to show things I already bought, show me new products!

Battery consumption is ridiculously high! It consistently use up around 45% of my total battery consumption. Facebook comes in second at only 12%! And that is during bedtime when the phone is just on standby. Price also change after adding it to cart! These are enough reasons for me to leave the platform if it doesn't get fixed soon.

It's easy to navigate, and the price is super competitive. Plus, the refunds are incredibly quick! A friendly heads-up: Always check the seller's profile to see if they've successfully sold any of their listed products before. If they haven't sold anything yet, or if they ask to complete the sale outside the platform, it's best to stay away from that transaction. Maybe Shopee could do a stricter screen of new sellers' legitimacy!

The app is good, but whenever you order something. When they give you an estimated time of arrival. It often changes. Like you expect for it to arrive in a few days, then suddenly they'll expand the time of waiting for a week or two. it's quite infuriating. I'll change my rating once they fix this issue. and once they learn to stick with the time given.

so far so good. i had my orders in good condition. but some items are presented through photos though. i encourage that each item contain at least a video of each product so customers have a better visual and would not be misled when buying. but overall,.this app is excellent.

It's okay for busy people who don't have time to go to the store to buy. It's still better when you can try on the item, no hassle in returning. But what's good is Shopee refunds quickly when you request a return and refund. Some stores affiliated with Shopee are slow to deliver and unresponsive. But overall, the service is still okay. You can find cheap items but the quality isn't that great. It's passable since the price is cheap. Thank you, Shopee!

You will get banned by just using their credit system. My account is 7 yeard old and just this year 2026 started using their credit system. I got banned two weeks after paying the first month billing out of three months. You can imagine how hard it would be to not have easy access to their billing when they block your devices from accessing your banned account. And they're prominent to harass their customers when it comes to bill collection after due based on others that got past their dues.

the app is so slow compared to the other version. it makes me want to uninstall it. every time I check my parcels I'm automatically sent to the live selling/videos tab while the audio still plays even though I'm not in that tab anymore and there's so much pop-ups I find playing in shopee pay less convenient and more annoying.

Keep having an error inspite of tech support assurance that issue was resolved. Cant checkout an item on cod above 4k php. Whereas before, it was 25k limit for cod. recurrent errors claiming suspicious use of vouchers and multiple account whereas i only have one account. still recurring error.. takes much longer time to resolve. still havjng error at the time of this writing. the longest i have ever encountered. so dissappointing.

I love the Free Shipping at Shoppee. I also love the free coins given here as you check in and additional coins if you play some games. The accumulated coins can be used to purchase items. I also love the other exciting promos like the Shoppee Shake, etc. I enjoy most the discounted prices given during several accasions like when it's payday. One more thing i really like is the return and refund system of Shoppee which is simple, quick, and fair. Thank you Shoppee.

Cancellation of order is 99% not possible. You are not allowed to modify or cancel your order from the moment you placed it. Shopee customer service will state, "The sellers are already trying to ship your order" (lol). Yet it takes 3-5 days for sellers to confirm order cancellations, which is why cancellation is not guaranteed anymore and you need to pay items you don't received . They're abusing Shopee buyers.

as an stay at home mother with a 3 years old and 1 year old girls, it is really convenient that in just one click, you can do shopping. especially for the household, for the clothing, reading materials, and toys of my child. the shoppee app really helped me a lot. the free shipping even though im in an urban area. the discounts. and the shoppee pay. it is really an amazing app.

Lately, using this app has been stressful for me. Not being able to choose a courier has a negative effect on my shopping experience. Shopee Express is the worst courier in our area because they often fail to deliver my parcels or mark them as unsuccessful. Because of this inconvenience, I sometimes choose to order from a different app instead.

Love the app but I hate the way of compensating late deliveries. I couldn't even claim the compensation vouchers. Really useless. There wasn't even any indication of any claiming period, and even if there was, it would've been hidden really well. Can't request refund for top ups like data using spaylater when my top up did not arrive despite listing it as a successful transaction.
