Meets my expectations for a grocery list. Allows me to add, delete and edit my list as needed, also allows me to cross off items when selected and physically placed inside my shopping cart. The only thing I would "love to see" from this type of app is allowing it to be linked to a particular business (major chain stores) such as Walmart, Kroger, etc and allow items to be scanned in, where the app would keep a running tally based on that stores prices in that stores local and figure total + taxes
it does what I want it to do and nothing else. if I enter groceries to buy on one list, as long as I have it synced to the other apps, it copies all the way across to all my devices. if I delete it on one device it deletes on the others. as soon as I saw what it did, I paid for it. as long as they don't " improve" it it will be one of my apps that I always keep. don't screw this up by trying to make it better. please. thank you for the app. Jesse.
it's easy to add items to a list and check them off as you go adding a strikethrough to the item. there's also the option to delete the strike throughs. The only negative is the pop-ups when you open the app, blocking the entire app. You have to close and reopen the app to use it. The developers need to find another way to accept advertisements... and then they get 5 stars!
I LOVE this app!! I can take old shopping lists, uncheck the items needed again for the week, and then check them off again as I need to. I get basically the same things every week, if I need to add anything I can and it will save! I have yet to forget anything that was on the list!! My mom has a senior center convenience store that she shops for! I downloaded the app on her phone and she loves it too!!
why does it no longer place items to bottom when clicked on them. it's a mess now. I already cleared the cache yesterday and it didn't help. I am starting all over. I lost my other phone. used to be when I wanted to buy certain items and clicked on them they would drop to the bottom. with a line thru it. now it takes me to a different page completely.. very strange this new download doesn't.
I have been using this app for about one month. So far, I'm happy with the ability to organize my categories. I created FROZEN, ISLES, FRESH, COLD. I also like that once I create an item, it stays there. I then click on it when I've purchased the item and it goes to the bottom of the list.
Easy to use I like how you can have multiple lists. Also like how it crosses things off so if you get something often (milk, bread, eggs, etc) it saves it crossed off in the list and uncross for later. I guess if I had to complain about something I wish you could delete everything instead of individually. Overall I really enjoy because if I don't have a list I always forget something :)
First time buying and first time reviewing an app. I'm not old, just most of the time don't care enough to. Sure the ads on this are annoying, but 3 bucks people. This makes just keeping notes for certain things and having them in categories and so on a breeze. It's so nice to finally have an app like this on my phone. Before I would just text myself stuff but that's not the most efficient and this just makes note taking so much easier. Even $20 to get rid of the ads would be a bargain.
This app is perfect for task management. So quick to add and sort items. I use it for work and home as to do lists and it's exactly what I've been looking for. Only thing I wish it had is a total number of items not completed and total items in list next to each list name, example Todo list (3/12). That way I know there's thing to do on that list instead of opening each list to check if there's anything there. Thanks!
Very nice & simple to use. I'd prefer that completed items move to a separate list, rather than to the bottom of the page. (But ONLY if they make it more difficult to accidentally mark an item "Completed" when you're just trying to edit it.) If the ads bother you, just pay the developer(s) directly by buying the paid edition; they deserve to make SOME money for their work. I forgot they ever even HAD ads!
This is just what I was looking for. I was tired of shopping lists on Post It pads. Sometimes I would forget to bring the list with me to the Store. My phone is always with me, so that I could just bring up the app and there was the list. A great and useful tool to have. I paid to remove the ads. I think that it was.99 cents for that ad removal.
I like this app a lot. Sure makes grocery shopping easier. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I couldn't find a way to alphabetize the list or break the list down into categories such as produce, bakery. meats, etc. If it was able to do those two things I could fly down the store ailes one by one without having to go back to get something I missed in the previous shopped ailes. Also, can this app be linked in to store rewards cards that have digital coupons? Thanks!
I enjoy this app very much. I almost always have my phone with me so as I think of things I need, I can quickly add them to my shopping list. No more hunting a pen or my paper list. No more coming from the bathroom to the kitchen to jot down shampoo. I simply pick up my phone and add the needed item, wherever I am. It's also easy to cross off as you go through the store. I love all this. The only thing I can't do that I wish I could, is drag and drop items in order of the way I shop in the store
This has the potential of being a really nice app. But, it falls short. Instead of it being a list which you can compile of the items you shop for, it only allows for a few items to be listed and then you need to delete those items and start again. A real waste of resource. I want So compile my grocery list and then choose which items I need from the list.
Unlike many "GOOGLE APPROVED" apps, this app doesn't seem to trap you in adds, you cannot escape from, or spew your information out to malicious entities...AND it actually works. It actually is simple to use to create grocery, shopping, needed hardware lists, to-do lists, whatever.... The only bugs I've found, so far, are: 1. Once you create a list, you't cannot easily remove that list name, short of uninstalling the app. 2. You can create more than one list with the same name.
I've used this app for quite a while. It's very simple and it saves you're list for later. Lately I've started to see random items in my list that I didn't add. I found out this is being caused by a suggestion banner above the list. If you touch the banner by mistake it adds the item to your cart with no warning. This is well worth removing stars. I can't give my list to anyone else for fear they buy extra items I don't want. This took my rating from a 5 star to a 2 star. Please remove this.
Originally I liked this app but hated the advertising, so my initial rating was just 1 star. I also emailed the developer with my complaint. Then something amazing happened. They wrote me back (promptly)! They told me they can't control the ads (placed by Google) but would look into it. And most importantly, they explained that the fee for AD-FREE use is a 1x FOREVER FEE. So for $2.99 (plus tax) I get a simple to use, exactly what I need app, FOREVER! Can't get much better. 5⭐
Have tried several shopping lists. I am usually disappointed. But I like this one. I can edit, alphabetize, or move items around within categories and even move categories around. I can mark an item complete and it crosses it out and moves it to the bottom of list, making it available to reuse later without retyping. I don't use it just for shopping. Its very versitile. I keep a list of medications, Christmas Gifts by person, necessary codes. . . Wish list: photos of items.
This is an excellent program but recently it has become crazy. It randomly moves previous items into my shopping list. For example, the last time I went shopping I had 6 items that were not yet checked off and 45 that are still down at the bottom. A week later when I open it I've got 35 items at the TOP EDIT I did a complete uninstall and removed all data and cache, then reinstalled. Now I don't have this problem anymore. If I create a shopping list and select items it works the way it should.
Why are there ads in an app that is dedigned for creating personalize shopping lists. It is very annoying having ads for games and other things pop up each time I open the app to view it, add to it, or modify it. Even more frustrating is having to wait for the ad to fully play out. The only other option I have is to "pay" to have the ads removed by upgrading. You can't be serious!
