Shot FX: After Effects Video

This is a good app, everything is good about it. The effects are quite realistic, the video quality is amazing. The only thing I would say is for less adds. Every time I'm scrolling through the many effects, it's just like... BOOM, add every 30 seconds. Just let me travel across the multiverse and summon my spirit dragons and flaming swords in peace. Other than the adds, it's great! I would recommend downloading it

Devs. No one is going to keep an app with an influx of ads like this one. I dont understand why you wouldn't have the ads at more sporadic intervals. Thus interest in keeping the app and gaining more ad revenue from each download for a longer period of time. Makes no sense, don't come with it supports the team, such ad infestations as these are what's making me uninstall the app after 5 minutes, shame, it seems fun. But overpriced. £20 PA x a million is more than £40 x a thousand.

It's great. For free u can have ready made effects and it only takes a few seconds. I do digital production and the stuff this app does would take me hours to 3d model and add an animation and then I'd have to green screen myself, edit the green out in after effects and then edit the model in which is a good week of work that would cost someone about 50 to 100 pounds. THIS APP DOES ALL OF THAT FOR FREE. Very good app. Rated by a creative digital arts student.

Such a bad app the day I got it, it wouldn't let me use the effects, it only let me shoot one video and the fact you have to pay for the app after a 3 DAY TRIAL is outrageous, especially for an app that is a constant stream of ads every second. And it is completely different to what they offer, nowhere near the same.

Don't even thing about downloading this app just to try it out for they will immediately charge 40$ and will not give you a refund. These people just want to rip you off. Not cool at. I tried several apps the give you a free trial and tell you when and how much you will be charge. This app did not tell me I was being charged an if so it wasn't made clear I was being charge 40$. B.S. I used it for maybe 5 mins and deleted it within an hour or 2 along with many other apps I tried. I got jipped...

I saw the ad and I said it was too good to be true, I was right. The app doesn't even work, ads thrown at you even 10 seconds, the game lags really bad, and there is a gift box that you have to watch an ad for just to open(whats inside probably isn't good). THE GAME IS DODO WATER, INSTANT DELETE

TERRIBLE. As soon as I opened it for the first time, I got a 10 second ad for Facebook. Not such a nice welcome 😕 I then right after select an effect, and then I get an ad for messenger 30 seconds after I have opened up the app. I then use the flame effect, and it looks like something from a bootleg Avengers movie. Overall, I'd give this app a negative 1 star.

You deleted my review!! Here again.... I have to agree with Test 77 and Viyan V. Even when trying for second time i have to watch an ad and with an ad blocker the app doesn't even start up!! It was a little like playing *where's Wally*...I spent more time searching for arrows to skip and crosses to exit ads that by the time I'd got all of the annoying Wallys I'd forgotten where the app forced me to stand and i had to start over. And save your "we apologise and will try to improve..." nonsense.

Incredible app!! There may be others trying to copy your work but they don't have what it takes to be #1 like you guys!! I don't know what everyone else is complaining about. It just takes some time and imagination and the effects become VERY CONVINCING.... I've been able to make ALL OF THEM WORK. Doing it by yourself? Easy! Just buy yourself a Selfie adjustable arm, attach it to something and set the timer...VIOLA! Piece of Cake!! Keep it coming....

Should be called Special Effects AD PLAYER...seldom have I seen so many ads that just keep coming and coming, thus spoiling your workflow! You can go Pro...for £39.99 per YEAR! Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS price to pay per year. I have purchased equally good/better apps for a one-off lifetime payment for less than £29...never pay again! The greed of this developer is beyond belief, as the Effects/Results of the app aren't even worth it. Go figure! Uninstalled.

Holy moly. Downloaded for 5 minutes and uninstalled. I can't even swipe through to see different styles wo several ads hitting me. Got forced 30 second ads on first tap. I can't even see choices or even tap to see how to apply wo ads. If you want to spend a ton of time watching ads then dl this. I can't even preview the app to see whether I want to purchase or not unless I want to watch a buttload of ads.

An ad with every click EDIT: this is a response to the developers. I'm well aware of the use of ads and ads don't bother me but when I see an ad with every click, I say no thanks. I have used many free apps that have ads and none of them show ads nearly as frequently as this does. I have seen your responses to this criticism and you seem to ignore that our complaints are about the FREQUENCY OF THE ADS and not the ads themselves.

Its def different ...and has some neat graphics to add to a film .. looking forward to seeing down the road (if the continue to work on it ) ..it's worth some time checking it out especially if your not trying to spend 90$ on a computer program . This has a few to continue using wich for me is a lil high being that it needs a lot of work but hey to each is own right? It also has a free trial that if not satisfied you can cancel so it's up to the user anyway it's a cool concept A.K jersey savage

I love it so far. I'm too slow it takes time get in the right spot . I will keep working with it. Until I get this down. Excellent app. Cool effects. I have to find the right places and the right lighting to shoot them I'm getting there. It's a must have app for me. I'm creating a movie short and a music video. I'm just getting use to using this. You all even mark the position where to, where to move around. I love it.

ive used the app. it has awesome effects but it just gets hard to use and a little bit laggy. but I love the option to get a random free animation to use for just watching a video but thats the only video you have to watch, but if you want to animate using it you have to watch a add also which kind of dissappoints me because im trying to find the best possible. but other than that it is pretty much the best one you can get😀

WARNING, DONT GET!!!! When you first get the app you are greeted with an ad. Whenever you try to do a special effect, you HAVE to watch an ad, and if you don't, you can't even film an effect. Also, the effects are absolutely trash. Don't bother getting this app, it is just a disappointment. Developers, please for our sake, make this app better, and without ads.

Soooo many ads. After the reply from the developer, I do understand that's how they keep things free but there's also a subscription service offered. And everything I tried to click on had an ad which when I tried to close opened my browser or playstore. The app was almost unusable. I bumped it up to 3 stars because it is a decent app but it became too much with the constant ads

Like 5 extremely similar categories with a couple animations each, but none that you will ever need. If you are looking for simple realistic effects, that you can use more than one effect, check out vimage. Broad selection. Much more for your projects. This is basically a bunch of lights or fire or gif-style add-ons that you can do way more on, with other free apps like vimage.

The app seemed to have some cool stuff, but the onslaught of ads made it best impossible to use, so i uninstalled it. There's a pay version of this: i might have been tempted to sign up if i could trial even just a fraction of the features here. Ad revenue supports the app, but not if it compromises subscriptions.

An add induced nightmare. Before I even got a chance to try my first effect (fire hands) I had to watch seven adverts... then I got to try it, and the effect was awful, yes the flames looked good, but it didn't follow my fingers like the advert for this app and the outline for the hands was still visible. Very disappointed.
