After 2 latest updates, the app is still playing in the background even if I close the app. I had to clean up my Ram to close the program completely.

I find your App. very entertaining. I wish you had instructions in English. I don't know how purchase points for the girls who I follow.

Incredibly fun streaming service with many ways to interact and express oneself. English UI available, but highly recommend to have some knowledge of Japanese for understanding and interaction (because all streams are directly live, it's not possible to have subtitles). Website has extensive help and FAQ sections, albeit only in Japanese. Everyone seems so friendly and welcoming. Hope you enjoy it too. :)

It's pretty good so far, but I wish you guys added a language translator, like for example. When there's a live you can translate the video title or comment into English or any languagesby just pressing a button. Just like what you can do in any website, by right clicking the website you can see the auto translate/translate this site.

The app is almost perfect, it's just that there's no translation for everything except the UI, i hope it will improve soon.. I love interacting with japanese people, though i can understand a little but it's not enough, we want translation features in this app. 😊

Great app, but it is shortsighted. If the web site were to harness the power of a bidirectional Japanese / English translator plug-in incorporated into their server software, Showroom Live and Japan would explode upon the USA and the rest of the Western English speaking world in popularity, and there would be a lot of money to be made.

I used to watch Showroom nearly every day, it was an essential part of my routine. Now they are intentionally blocking playback from ‘certain countries’ (unespecified which), as a support agent specifically confirmed to me. Not acceptable. They will gladly take our money though…

The PC version of showroom performs everything properly except it won't let you purchase gold. The phone app lets you purchase gold, but it won't update comments or gifts live, you have to completely reload the stream to see what it being said and by that time it's too late.

The app is good, easy to use and good placement of UI and function. The only problem is not having a translatiom button for event, which is written in JP. Its really disheartening for most of Global users. Other than that minus, the app was perfect to support your favorite artists.

There are some new attack to 48G member especially to JKT48 aside from spamming and hate comment. The recent attacks is spamming random comment over and over again until making the comment section full of attacker's comment. And they cannot be reported if the comment scripts is not the same. I suggest you could add a feature where An Account could be time out/banned right away after being reported from 3 different account at the same time. This is the only way to combat this type of new attacks.

I'm in Australia and either the app or browser doesn't load the live stream video. Deleted the app straight away. Okay after reading some of the comments here, it seems like certain countries are blocked and Australia is one of them. You guys make it availble to download thru play store in Australia but blocking it from streaming? What a joke!

Hi, I've been using showroom for 1 months, but i have some issues such like the audio sometimes not appear, the video resolution is bad etc, but my biggest issue is i can't verify my phone number, even with my dekstop i still can't verify my number, it always " Failed to issues SMS verification code" Please help me.

Wow, really interesting and fun experience going on this app. I guess Japanese girls find me very interesting just because I'm American, and I get a lot of attention just from chatting in their video stream... It makes me feel good about myself, and they also get to practice their English, so it's like it's a win-win situation, lol Everyone on this app is so KAWAII!!!

Works fine and all. Latency is somewhat of a problem. Can't stand such a low video quality limit at 720p in this day and age. They are probably spending more money in partnerships with idol groups than improving the actual app

You guys announced that this website won't be available to some overseas country back in 2021 but keeping it on available on app store is pretty insane. What's the use for it if you live in those suspended country??? or will you plan to put them back at least in Australia???? BTW if you use VPN you can watch it in any country so....

At the moment getting nothing, no sound or visual, getting a little ticked off. When viewing a blank screen everybody body else are throwing stars. I have uninstalled and re-installed but still nothing.

More outside live video options would be nice. Ability to translate from Japanese to English and back again, in real time, would be nice. Thankyou!

Last update of the App has much higher prices for buying gold. Suddenly everything is rounded up, and quite much as well. buying 1000G for 1080Yen according to the button would actually cost me 1250yen (99SEK)

Sometims it lags, although you can choose to set low quality video, but i don't like the way to reduce lag by decreasing the video and even sound quality that much.

Great app! I do wish it had a translate feature though to help for those that only understand spoken Japanese and those who can not read English well. Thank you!
