Really easy to use. Highly recommend. Only wish they had revealed they make you purchase a subscription to use it because I only needed it for a one time personal use and went through all the hassle of downloading and filling out the form to them find out I can't share it. So boo. Maybe you could allow use personal use people who will use it once a year a free one or two uses a year.

Deceptive Business Practices - Hidden Pricing Structure. Hidden way at the bottom of the page under the last FAQ that you have to click into, it tells you that the monthly fee does not permit you to sent as many documents as you need. After 100 it switches to "Pay As You Go" model. What is that? It doesn't even describe that anywhere else on their website. I had to contact the company to find out. Basically, after 100 they will bill you the annual rate for every 100 that you send. Shady.

A complete sham! Initially this program was free of use. Now, you have to be subscribed to even delete forms! Definitely a privacy issue there. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this program while knowing that the company have previously provided an useful app at no cost. Why the change? All I know is that one shouldn't harbor another's document without allowing them to delete their data if wanted for no cost. Now that's suspicious!

Great stuff just wish it wasn't only 3 free docs. I would much rather have ads and keep it free.. And if you don't want ads then pay the monthly. Think about it creators? Like about how much money your missing out on from all the uses that are done with your app after the free trial or they just create a new email everytime and get around your monthly thing.. So.. Yeah! AD's and keep it free for the people!

Useless. I completed the form 3 times (yes, all fields), and it will NOT recognize the doc as complete. Eventually I emailed the form to myself and printed a hard copy. Whether I tapped "Done" or "Complete," I got the same menu. I selected "Finished signing" or whatever and it just erases my form input. Also, typing in a date (eg. date of birth) that is too far past to be practical to select on the calendar was painful but I figured out how to get around glitches.

well I won't say this apps is bad but I lost 104 € after cancelling my subscription and received an email confirmation that no further payment will be taken I used this app 1 day to see how it work and I regret for testing so frustrating 104 € is not a lot for them but for people who is in tight situations be careful and sure about the app very disappointed I have every detail ticket etc you both told me it not possible for a refund what should I do?

This app is a complete rip-off. My lawyer sent it to me to Sign a document and I was forced to sign up and then they charged me for a whole year of service for something I only used 1 time due to the fact that it was sent to me in this app!! im hoping customer service fixes it and it's not a scam because my bank account is now in overdraft!! DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO LOSE! AND THEY DIDN'T LEAVE ANYTHING AS FAR AS TO HOW TO CANCEL ! EXTREMELY MISLEADING APP

I was told I had to download this app to complete a lease, and after signing, it left no way to unsubscribe. I do not want to pay for a subscription to an app I didn't want. *edit: you have to cancel the subscription in the Google play store. app operated as intended.

I use this app for work and have done for several years. It seems to get worse with every update. From no spell check/ predictive text support on IOS to sheets not saving correctly after inputting all your data. It is a nightmare to work on.

The advertising is so misleading, yes it said it was a free download but the minute you sign up you're forced to pay. Not free at all! When somebody asked in the comments is it free the answer came back yes - it's not!

be ready for them to charge you out of the blue just a couple days after you get the app going for the whole year and then to not want to reimburse you even though they didn't wait a month to charge you and then to make it hell for you to try to in your user agreement

So, forgot to cancel after use didn't even do what I needed in the end.. I was ok with it charging me 1 month but ended up with a full year. reporting for deception when signing. up to bbb and looking into ic3 form

Fake app – hidden charges. This is a fake and misleading app. They hide the payment details and do not clearly inform users about the charges. Without my knowledge or consent, they deducted £85.00 from my account. This is dishonest and unacceptable behavior. I did not agree to this payment. Please return my money immediately. I strongly advise others to stay away from this app.

I have never used this app before and it took $150 from my bank account with out my knowledge or permission, i have no idea why nothing was explained to why i was charged such a huge amount! which means this app has literally taken food from my kids mouths untill they refund me. I do not advise anyone to download this app unless your rich and can afford such a ridiculous amount for no reason. very disapointed. this app has made my family home stressed. I have never used this app at all.

used the free trial, but not for me so decided to cancel. took a lot of searching to learn how to do this. now I can't sign in to cancel. absolute joke. do not recommend

i can't believe myself that i have 136.79/year when all i need is download after sign. this app is a scam because i can't even use the document after sign, i can't download, i can't sent it, i can't upload on cloud, i can't email a copy. Then what is the whole point of have this app when then the app won't allow me to do anything with the document after i sign.

app acts up when you don't enter text when asked a yes or no question on Android. won't let you move on to next page till I added a period.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Don't waste your time, I spent an hour filling out a form, saved it and it was blank. Very frustrating.

iv used this sign now on a few occasions and it's quick, simple and effective for documents and PDF files

very hard to use, tries to force subscription for one signature. ridiculous
