SimplyPayMe: Card Payments POS

I have been using this app for some time now but suddenly the app stopped taking payments and I couldn't login into my dashboard on my laptop. Everytime I try to login it gives me error or takes me to the European site when all I just want, is to stay on the USA site. I think they are pretty bad at keeping up their USA site up

support in app is a fake page that doesn't load and all links are dead, all payments have recently seized saying low signal despite that literally not being true, full bars on wifi6 and I have dual Sim with 4 bars spectrum and 3 bars T-Mobile, couldn't have a better connection unless I ran ethernet from a cell tower. support won't respond to email either.

They haven't been able to activate my account. I have signed up for week not and my account is still saying under review. When I contact the support team, they are say that they are upgrading the system and will let me know when its completed. Poor service.

I am currently locked out of my account for no reason. Did a transaction, 5 minutes later went to do another and sent me back to login page where it said email and password are incorrect. Horrible app!

Dont bother trying to use this if your business is like a food truck vendor. I used it 1 time to charge a customer for 2 bags of boiled peanuts and they refunded my customer without any explanation to me. And good luck trying to speak with a human because I couldnt even find out why they did that and so Im out my money and my customer ended up with free peanuts..Unacceptable way of doing business..SO PLEASE BEWARE AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! USE SQUARE INSTEAD.

App is great but not completely setup I've tried to subscribe won't subscribe go to support center NOT FOUND HELP CENTER NOT FOUND EITHER HOW CAN YOU RUN A APP AND KEEP PEOPLE INFO SAFE IF ITS NOT SETUP.

1-FAKE SUPPORT: Support links in app take you to a page saying “NULL” Support link in desktop is a dead link. 2-SET UP TO FAIL: Customer address button in app takes you to wrong location. Correct text appears but app sends wrong coordinates to map application(Google maps) miles off but close enough to fool you. 3-Clicking JOBS in desktop freezes application. 4-Customers name link desktop doesn’t work. 5-Tried upgrade 3 times, next day account is back on free. 6-Can’t upload logo after upgrade.

As independent logistic contractor, time is of the essence and some invoice can't be rendered in full detail. SimplyPayMe allows me to receive payment on invoices that I can later send to clients with complete details.

The SPM team has been amazing at teaching me how to use this system and assist me with any questions and have been kind,helpful and professional. I would recommend them time and time again to anyone. Thank you SPM Team

I can't ever get in to the app.texted support they told me to reinstall the app, but after doing that nothing. They should work the kinks out before they sick there app on the public.

It's reads that you get one month free trial but that is not correct. Money was taken from my account right away.

This service sucks completely. Once they release my funds to me and I can access them I'll never use this app again.

I have not recieved any deposits for the payments i accepted. There is no way to talk to customer service. There is no options for refunds either. I am looking to sue if my funds arent released

I have signed up for this service almost a month now and they are still unable to get me ready to process and payment

I don't quite understand what the holdup is in reviewing my account but it is what it is and apparently there's not very much rush to having business done with simply pay me

Been waiting for 3 days since signing up for them to " review" they got till morning and I am dumping this app

So far I like it...and im in the US and would like to have a chance to get be a part of the project as it blows up and gets even better

The app does not work, It has been 5 days and the app steel have not approve me.

Good service and personal response. Payment saved on time.
