I cannot contact the support about the broken item I received. I tried via the WhatsApp, submitted my issue but never received an answer about the progress despite the promise to contact me ASAP. the app doesn't have any functionality to describe an issue and request a refund without "send the item back and pay for the return yourself". but why should I pay to return completely broken item (plate). it doesn't make any sense. contact me and refund

Dont buy online, delivery is chatastrophy! I oredered some items i payed for these items online and after few days they cancelled the order in term they dont have in stock the items, im still waiting for refund. they keep my money hostage, 0 answer for my mails. If its possible i give this 0 star!!!!!!

Horrible experience. I ordered several products and they informed me that my order has been modified and they won't send me 2 products. Without any questions or a substitute solution. But when I checked, the product was still available in stock and possible to buy?! So why couldn't it be sent to me when I ordered it?! It was specifically this product that made me order. I want to cancel the order, but I can't do that, as there's no cancel button. Customer support doesn't exist, only robots.👎🏻

I ve send back a product and still waiting for my money to be returned,chat is not working every time I try to contact support it's simply impossible. The quality of the clothes is not good and after first wash logos are gone,size gets smaller and fuzz everywhere (kids clothing shirts/pants). I haven't had the same experience with any other cheap site. Totally unworthy, to save 3-5 euros you're wasting so much time and effort.

Terrible app and service. Most of their photos are AI, even tho they have the products?? You can imagine the products differ from the AI photo. Also the support is useless. I'm convinced that even though they say they're switching to a live agent, it's still a bot - no introduction and they still speak the same way.

The delivery/tracking horrendous! Customer service even worse! I never received my order, wasn’t informed it arrived, the agent i eventually talked to said my number was wrong but in my profile it was correct. The chat and Messenger support were useless, with the bot looping endlessly and no real agent responding, even during business hours. I had to call during my own work time, only to be met with a rude representative. Overall, a terrible experience for such cheap products. DON'T BUY!

When it's not available in favourites account, it should be visible in which Store is, or at least to be able to change shop to view if its available there

Comfortable and easy to use. Scroll feels something different, but I think that's cute. Add language selection please. So it can be different from your selected region.

The worst shopping app ever. You can't add items to your cart while viewing the product list, you have to go to the product card for each item. If you go back during the checkout process, the cart will lose all the items. The search is just wonderful!!! Looking for a backpack? Look at laundry baskets we have. Want a vest? Here is the bras we found as a result of the research.

Overall good app, pretty straightforward and easy to use. The returns, though, continue to be a massive pain. I haven't had 1 hassle free return in the past 4 years, which speaks really bad for the company. The customer support is not very helpful. I often get automated messages with useless information. You really need to look into your courier service for returns and improve your support.

While the app is decent, it has unupdated delivery points, at least for one of the delivery firms they are working with. Also, it is stated that the orders can be placed so they are delivered in stores free of charge, however 75% of the store do not process orders. While the app might not have it's fault in my experience, I'll take the service as a whole. In Romania, it seems unreliable. I have had orders from china that were delivered faster than this sinsay order. 😂

Very difficult to work with. If you search for "maxi dress" the app tells you "no results found" ... If you try to go through women-dresses and apply a filter for length "Maxi" you still see midi dresses. It's beyond frustrating! I'm not trying to go through 300 items I don't want to see the 10 I'm interested in. It's unfortunate because the store offers great products and great deals.

Finally the app is here!! Is more easier to navigate/search/shop and place an order than on the website. Works fine (04.01.23), no bugs, no errors and I managed to place an order. As a suggestion maybe would be less annoying and more easier if the "Mama/mommy" clothes category is in a separate area and not mixed up with the women's category.

The app is ok, pop-ups can get annoying tho. I've also NEVER received any order in time. I wouldn't mind waiting a month for the packages if they didn't promise ~2weeks delivery time.

Just as previously stated by someone else, I have had the same problem for a few months now: I cannot pay for orders placed via the app. Right at the end, after following all the necessary steps, without any difficulty, I should add, when I press pay, it gives me error. I have notified Sinsay about this. Now, let's see what they are going to do about it. And telling me to order via Google Chrome is not the solution, sorry.

can't see shipping details when ordering to store pick up, all I see is the state that my package has been sent - not enough | predicted delivery time is also not true, it's being postponed | annoying amount of notifications

The app doesn't work. It says that terms and conditions have been changed and has just one button: accept. Once accepted, it says that something has gone wrong and has just one button: refresh. Than it just loops between those two pages. No report error button, no back button, nothing. Complete rubbish! Uninstalled, they won't see me again anytime soon.

Some error in the app with the paying plantform and then with the app itself, had me loosing the biggest discont that was available on the app. Even though I did not use it, because the order wasn't paid and I had to go back to an empty shopping cart, search for desired items all over again, not only that discount wasn't available anymore, but no discount at all. So I did the process all over agqin, for the third time and finally got the discount for using the app for the first time.
