I have found favorite channels with content I didn't know I would love! Now I can't imagine not listening to these. And I really like the reminder feature I set for a recurring showtime tell me about an upcoming episode. Tech issue: I just cant seem to move or save the data to the sd card external storage. (I thought this was an option/setting for the app or at least the downloads.)

Re: Boy Band Channel. It needs to be updated with a greater variety of songs. The same songs circle around continuously on repeat. Even in less than a day's time you can sometimes hear the same cycle start again! There are new boy bands that could be added to the channel and additional songs. Midnight til Morning would be a great brand new edition. I only listen to two main stations, and this is one of them, and it's getting frustrating to where I'm switching over to other services

not bad, definit notgreat. when you listen to this on a mobile device, then there are issues. after about an hour of listening, things start going bad. you jam to a song then the next song starts, after about 1 or 2 seconds the music stops and goes back to the last 10 or 15 seconds of the previous song. this happens about every 5 songs. annoying as hell! they say it's your network. this is the ONLY app that has issues. their servers lag and you have to deal with it.I deal with because it's cheap

Your latest update messed everything up. Now, every time I'm in the car, I can change the channel twice or maybe three times. The next time I change the channel, the app freezes and locks out my control of Android Auto. The only way I can fix it is by turning the whole freaking car off and on again. So not cool. Fix your damn app! UPDATE - I now have a brand new phone and the same damn problem. If I change the channel more than a couple times, the whole thing locks up. FIX IT!

The app is always closing, randomly throughout the day. Sometimes 10 to 15 times a day. It's getting hard to pay for a service that randomly quits working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times. I have made sure to have a strong internet connection, and that nothing else would interfere with it, but it does not matter. I have tried on multiple devices but have the same results on all them. It's sad that we would rather listen to hours of commercials. still not working right!

Getting better but still lagging other straming music apps. I'm liking the additional content provided on the "Extras" app-exclusive channels and it's a move in the right direction. Just still got some steps to take. My biggest point of contention would be the app UI. It's not pretty. It's not very intuitive. Like I said, though, things do seem to be moving in the right direction. I would have rated this 2 stars 6 mos ago. 2025 edit: 2 stars. Android Auto experience is awful.

This is the only app that I can honestly say is junk. First problem I had was it would start playing at random times for no reason. Night, day, any hour, it didn't matter, it would just start playing. Uninstalled it, cleared cache and reinstalled it. Now it won't play a song for maybe 5 or 10 seconds and just shuts off. You will be disappointed if you get this app.

If you're looking to purchase constant frustration, this app is for you. Apparently, there are satellites up there that relay broadcasts of programming like old timey radio still does. But unlike old timey radio, when you turn it on, it doesn't work. Old timey radio is free. This is not. When the app works, it's great. The constant "we're having trouble playing this" is not worth my membership, which began in April 2007.

This has been ridiculous. It would not let me log in with my old login that I've used for years. It put me through a circle of logging in and then relogging in. Finally, I created a new account with a new email and signed up for the year. Now it says I only have the subscription on the app, and I can't add my vehicle, which is where I wanted it in the first place. I'm frustrated that I've wasted almost an hour on it now, and now I have to try to get a refund.

Update: downgrade to single star due to continuous issues with speed, still constantly get the "we're having trouble playing this" message. Worst app on my phone. App is so terribly bad in terms of being able to playback stations. I constantly receive the "We're having trouble playing this" message. I switch over to Spotify and no problem. This is my only media app that struggles to play content. Also they could much better in making Favorites easier to get to - refer to Spotify again.

I've been using this app for several years, over the last six months or so the app randomly closes. gets annoying when your in the middle of a run and the music quits. in addition, there seems to be a significant increase in the amount of talking from DJ's and random product placement. I pay for XM so I don't have to hear people talk, I just want music.

**edit** 10-8-2025 the skip feature has been restored. thank you ...... ...I dont know what you people did to this app, but if there was an update, you should fire everyone involved because i cannot skip forward or back when i listen to the news through the commercials. i pay for this and i cant stand using the app anymore and i dont have any other options!!!!!!

This used to be a good app. Used to be able to binge a show, and the app would play all episodes in succession. Now, it just repeats the same episode over and over. 5 minutes after I start listening, the app stops playback and gives a "something went wrong" message. I have to close the app, reopen, and restart what I'm listening to. Normally, that wouldn't be an issue, but I am a truck driver,and I listen while I'm at work. Having to pull over every time this happens is inconvenient.

Update: much better! I can now pick and choose the channels I want. The only thing I would change is that the app is sensitive when you scroll through your channels, and it REALLY wants to delete a channel you've picked if you swipe a little too hard. If there was a way to lock them so they don't get deleted so easily, that would be perfect. I also wish the special channels would show what was playing (instead of just like, "Happy Oldies"), but its a small thing.

Updated 12/22/25 Ive gotten the app and its just ok. Podcast episodes won't play to the end, just skips to the next episode. Some episodes glitch, playing a segment over. I love radio stations but I also want the ability to listen to all the podcasts Ive favorited. Your podcast function is basic . I add new episodes to the My Episodes list but it doesnt function as a true list. I cant organize it; Im constantly having to be hands-on with my phone at work to play what I want.

This long-time and long-known service was pathetic. I subscribed to use the service for low service areas, but it also did not work in low service areas. Further, it must be set up for a particular car. Well, I travel. Ultimately I did set it up on my phone, and could connect by Bluetooth, but I have lots of time wasted trying to get connectivity. In total, a super underperforming service. Also, the content was not impressive. A bunch of "B" level talent. and a lot of it was outdated.

Takes up the whole notifications bar. But if you block notifications. It doesn't work anymore. At least connected to car. I shouldn't have to periodically swipe down on my phone while driving to make sure I haven't missed a text or something. I should still be able to see my other 4 or 5 recent notifications. You can't control app from notification bar anyway so no reason to take up the entire notifications bar.

Too many bugs, mostly with Xtra channels - which is the only reason to use this app. Everything else you can get from their website. You usually can't listen for more than 15 minutes without some interruption. Even more frustrating is that they, Siriusxm, must know about these problems, since the bugs have been around for a long time. And I am sure other people have complained. Added: all you or your developers need do is (try) listen to any "Just Music" channel for several hours.

Like several others have commented, the app starts on its own. Power my phone up, the music starts with it without fail. Clearing the cache & data works only until I use the app again, at which point it starts running on startup once again. I rolled back to v6.7 for the time being, which stopped this from happening. I'm seriously considering cancelling my subscription. Also, I sent feedback through the app, so don't bother telling me to do so again.

Easy to use, almost always works unless I switch from wifi to cellular. No ads is great. Update: Hate the new app. I want the tiles back, and to be able to sort my library. They tried to fix this, but only 3 options, no way for me to order my stations. And the list is way too small for me to see and manipulate when running. Not user friendly at all, and might be the final straw for me keeping sirius.
