Great variety of difficulty, exercises, and routines. I especially like the detailed comments during an exercise about proper posture, variations, and time left on long routines. I like that the "coach" counts the repetitions but don't like a count of 20 for 10 reps to the right and left. If counting to 20, then the starting pose should show that number perhaps along with "10 reps" in the description.
There is a glitch in the system where there's an exercise in which I had to do 18 leg ups but it stopped at 15 which was strange. Nevertheless, I've gotten some progress on my upper abs within 30 days, although it's not too much of a difference. before using this app, I was already quite fit so it was easier to get abs quicker. Nonetheless, I'll continue to use it, but explore other apps and I adviseyou to do the same. [♡Jesus is God, Period.]
Not bad app, but with lots of glitches here and there. It's possible to adjust speed, but only during workout and for one specific rep. Not very convenient during workout. It pronounce "half of the time", but doesn't for "half reps". If it's too easy you have to adjust every next workout. After workout there is a question about difficulty, but answer doesn't affect any further workouts.
I ve been using this app for 2 years now, went through many updates and improvements during the years. I found the app real good on keeping me motivated, tracking my results, and pushing me to do a bit more every week with number of repetitions increases or extended time per exercise. I use it as a routine after 2 years and it's a staple part of my workout. For beginner may feel a bit too much the number of exercise, but that's how you do it, to get that 6pack
If I be straight to the point.. 1) Should be better coach , when workouting. I mean it should speak about the form correction too.. 2) There should be a "Done" option too , when we need to skip exercises which we measure in to seconds. Overall , one of the most underrated app so far.
It is the best abs workout app that I've ever downloaded. It keeps track of your calories and time of workouts along with you having to reach your weight goal. It also gives you your recommended workout by your body percentage. And lastly, if you want morentime ornless time between breaks or even change the tone of the tts guide, you can do that as well. So, basically I recommend this app if you are having trouble working out based on your body type.
I give 4 stars because the app name is lying. You won't have six pack in 30 days. Anyway...this app is cool and useful. I use it daily. At the beginning was great, various excersices but after a while it gets boring since the lack of diversity...only the counter increases. After the workout I give feedback if it was too hard but nothing happens.
Would definitely recommend this. The app makes everything very easy to understand, and utilizes good workout methods without equipment needed. I started seeing results sooner than I expected, and was happy to keep up with a predetermined workout assigned for each day. Very well made, definitely give this a try.
Good app, the exercises are gradually planned and moderate. Some recommendations from my side (sorry for my English): 1. Make a special section where all the exercises will be explained in detail and the goal also. 2. The preview picture is too small (during the rest period) 3. Instead of "take your time" during longer an difficult exercises change it with a stronger motivation 4. If the user will set up a time-frame for exercises and the time-frame is not respected, send some motivation message
Wanted an ab workout app with more variety than the last app I tried. It has good exercises. My problem is when it's time to start a new exercise the app is already on number 4 while you are starting at 1. That's for the beginner stage (fat burning stage). You shouldn't have to adjust the speed for each exercise. Slows down workout. The other app you click 'Done' when you finish specific exercises. Going back to the other one & uninstalling this.
Excellent app for the one seeking results in reducing belly fat...needs commitment and dedication. Very easy to use at all the different stages...good for the starter and those already in the sixpack game.. Why spend so much on gadgets you probably will be starring at and which may only gather dust and will require regular maintenance and supervision. Your initial expense for this app is just the little amount required for download and you're good to go as well a yoga mat is required. Stay on
Great app! You set it up by comparing your belly to the pics and you choose the level. Your core gets stronger and I noticed a visible change in two weeks. Voice count, timed countdown and rest, demonstrates exercises. 3 levels. Later sessions have you use a dumbbell, but a gallon water jug works great! Your personal trainer on your phone!
The exercise routine have exercises to target all the abs muscle but can't say it's well planned or not as same set of exercises we do on alternating days, and some daily. Few niggles I have found : 1. App's counting reps is not good. Let the user do workout at their own pace. 2. If you do some changes in exercise's time or reps, it is getting sync. When I am re-login the preset values shows.
Great app! Especially allowing users to modify the rep/duration of various exercises. However, the app should allow those changes to apply to all of the same exercises. Going one by one exercise to adjust it again is time consuming!!
This is a great app but you cant arbitrarily select a day. I liked day 21 as it's more my skill level but to be able to actually start that exercise. You need to go through day 1, 2 and so on and watch all the ads until you get there. This is a flaw

Your response to my previous rating in June was very quick, but 4 months later, the problem remains the same, & as a result my rating dropped from 3* to 1*. The problem being that the legs raises exercise counts 2 reps less than the actual amount, eg. the exercise shows 10 reps, but it counts only 8 reps. Instead of responding so quickly to this rating, fix the problem first before responding.
The app is working but the images are not there. It's difficult to exercise without the images of exercises
Great app I'm at day 11 now you can do it if you have displine doing it every day makes it a hobby I'm 13 by the way so why can't call do it keep it up everyone you can do it make it a hobby it will not disappoint I already see the results
Different levels to chose from, great exercises without a lot of time. Examples, countdowns, timer during exercises, tips. It's like having a personal trainer for free. No weights needed.
Obviously it's not a miracle machine that gives you abs, but I'm towards the end of the 30 days and with a carb and protien full diet- you cannot not see results! Its best feature is just making sure your workout has variety so you are working out more muscles, it tells you about those muscles and provides tips for a generally more efficient excersise regime.
