SketchPad - Doodle On The Go

The app works fine for me, I am able to doodle things that I've got stuck in my head with relative ease. The reason why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is it could use a couple of extra textures to draw with. Sure, we've got the paintbrush, but what about Pencil, Crayon, jagged brushes, or even just like a line drawing or zoom function. Not trying to nit pick, I know drawing applications are difficult, just a bit of room to grow.

Good app. If you're looking for an app for professional digital art, look somewhere else. However, this app serves its function of being a doodle app greatly! It can be a little wonky at times, but I've gotten used to it. 4/5 stars, I recommend if you just wanna have a space to doodle. (Also, if you want to export your doodles, you have to go into settings and allow it to access your data.)

It's simple, useful, and havent run into any ads (yet). I use this as a scratch sheet like the old days w/o the need of using a calculator along with a math app I downloaded to keep my mind sharp. I have it set up the way I wanted to sketch by using finger and erase by shaking my phone. Hence, it is simple, useful, and no interrupting during tasks. I will also use the app to practice my signature since my leases and contract are done on the phone nowadays to electronic signature.

it's hard to learn and sketch on if your on a phone and can you try to teach me the buttons that would be great. also it said to rate it right after my first save which I never meant to save plus I don't how to rate it when I just installed the app.

A simple/easy sketch app to doodle/scribe on the go - just what I was looking for (sometimes I want simple, not complicated bells/whistles). Shake-to-erase option is nice and works well. Having a save function is also nice, except that "Export" button displays "Saved!" but doesn't save anything (Android 13). I can still save by Share and Save As (or just take a screenshot), so there a workaround if I want to save anything. {Jan'26} I don't like the new UI (vs simple/previous). Uninstalling...

I accidentally clicked on one of the ads that are everywhere on the corners of your screen, and then I exited out of the app, thinking it was one of the ads. I click back on the app and all of my drawing progress got deleted. Terrible.

Do NOT use this app for these reasons: They claim the app has no ads or in-app purchases, but it clearly does and even shows under the app name. It even shares personal data And you cannot request to delete your personal data. Very bad practices and false advertising.

I needed a very very simple app to use as a visual aide when confused (ex: made a very shakey black square of my room then places poorly drawn furniture) This app will not create a masterpiece but it is a very functional sketch tool with no layers or tons of features. Very easy to just get what is in your brain mapped out.

Amazing app. Used many sketch apps. Shake to clear is brilliant. paid for the No Ads & it's much better. forget the naysayers, this app is what your looking for.

We used to use this every day but now its serving ads to my child and the interface is much more fiddly. Please revert back and we'll use it again. We would happily pay a small subscription rather than be served ads.

This has gotten way better since the update! It used to be too simple with just a draw and erase tool. Now, it's been completely redone and it's SO MUCH BETTER. it still keeps the easiness of before, just with better handling and simplicity.

Ads are hard to miss when doodling after last update. No longer interested Edit: developer says ads can be removed with payment- was not an option when reviewed. Use with caution

I liked it before the update. I wish I could disable the ads because they impact my art. I would even pay to block them. The update is confusing. Guess I will try other apps. This is sad because I used this daily.

ads? really? used to be ad free. don't bother with this app anymore. there's much better available out there.

new app sucks so many glitches and no space to draw on I like how u had a delete button right there fast quick now everything is a mess and no space in both portrait and landscape

I needed this app so I can sketch out mental graphs. Its pretty good.

Provides all the essential tools yet is simple to use

I like to write and draw on it. It's useful to write or draw anything.
