This app is so garbage, it's basically useless. It stops and starts and stops and starts when trying to watch live. Playback is just as bad. It's honestly so bad it's infuriating. Sky has been around for years and it's still useless.
Sometimes forgets I have a subscription. If I'm watching the Sky app, then switch to another app like YouTube, then the Sky app hangs and can only be reset by rebooting the Chromecast. Worst app on my TV.
Terrible App and Service. No real time customer service - hours to get replies to problems. App often lags. Streaming often laggy. Considering the cost of over $500 for a year - incredibly bad package. Avoid. Oh - and SkyTV are of no help either - they wash their hands of all responsibility for Sky Sport Now. If I could get a refund I would - but they dont do that either. Beware auto resubscription without any warnings too. I say again - avoid this service/App like the plague.
Super slow navigation, Jerky/slow stream, App Crashes in the middle of a Stream, Sometimes the screen will just go black and I will need to restart the TV. I nearly bought a New TV thinking it was my TV but then switched to Sky Sport Now App on my Playstation 5 and it works so much better.

Update includes some improvements, but: TV Guide is still an utter pig to use and make sense of. Trying to find an event from the past 24 hours is ridiculously difficult to manage. No reason why a tv guide can't pop up over playing content. The content/details of Channels On Now does not refresh in the background, meaning you have to refresh the Home page to make this happen. At least the app starts first time now. 2 stars for that :)
Super slow, app keeps crashing,support is a waste of time and space.Comes down to fact of having no competition. Cancelling this month as they have increased the price
I've had enough. Have excellent wifi and still have connection problem. There is to much useless junk, eg. fancy graphics, double up on some features, it's overloaded, hence slowing down the connection process. Not worth the $'s or the frustration. cancelling subscription.
Would give zero if I could. Like others I'm getting content not available error. I'm told it's because my TV is 2016 and needs to be 2018 or later. Every other streaming service works perfectly on my "ancient" 8 year old 65" top of the line Sony TV. Just not this one.
Almost as soon as I started watching a channel the video degenerated from smooth to an annoying, unwatchable slide show. No other video app does that on my TV. I ended up casting the four days of the Bathurst weekend from my mobile phone to my TV.
when using the app on the TV it crashes all the time and just shows a black screen and says no content available. I have had to uninstall the app five times in the last 2 weeks to get it to work but it still crashes. it does work well on my though
App is terrible.Constantly crashes and have to restart everything. The guide freezes all the time. Really frustrating, considering I pay for this app. No issues with any other app
same issue as everyone else, no content available. Also, navigation using the back button is unintuitive.
A waste of money. Brought the Olympic pack half the channels have nothing on. Replay doesn't work. Full of ads. Not in HD and the app keeps closing.
app poor slow, stuttering, expensive.also tried to login on my TV kept saying my password is incorrect but I went on my laptop and it logged in no problem.

app is extremely slow to respond to inputs, makes even navigating the TV guide very frustrating.

terrible app on TLC TV. The lag and stuttering makes it unwatchable. Chromecasting it is the same.
