This app has so much potential, but it fails to deliver. Things I liked: 1. Sleep window 2. Information (though I often question how accurate it is) 3. Relaxing sounds to fall asleep 4. Great alarms Things I didn't like: 1. App would break in the night destroying data 2. Alarm would go off at random times in the night (seriously, why?!) 3. Very little offered for free 4. Data seemed random rather than accurate. 5. Too few sleep sounds and no way to mix them

It uses a sonar system sending out noises imperceptible to humans to listen for it coming back, but by sister could hear it and had to sleep in the other room, so I can't use this app. It has a few options for the wakeup window (15 min, 30, etc) but doesn't have a 20 or 25 min range which is what I want. It has few songs and customization options that don't require a subscription, along with the analytics and data. I didn't get a chance to see it work tho bc I woke up 10 mins before my alarm.

I've liked it so far, but the way 3 for free was presented was that we would have access to all features three days a week and free mode all other days, to boost accessibility, and I thought that was really great. Now the update is here and it turns out that in three months all users will be thrown away if they don't pay and will only get three days a week on the app at all. I don't know how barring a majority of your users is being 'more accessible.' Disappointed. This app is nice.

This was my favorite alarm app for quite a while. Free, effective, and easy to use. There was an upgraded version you could for a monthly fee that gave you access to different sound profiles and sleep tracking, but I didn't need that. However recently they implemented a pay wall. You can use the basic alarm function (the whole reason you downloaded the app) 3 times per week for free, but if you want to use it any more you have to pay either $5/mo or $30/yr. Youre better off buying an alarm clock

The app seems really neat and useful, and I'd love to utilize it, but when I click the "sleep" button to start tracking my sleep, a really high pitched frequency played that caused me a lot of distress/anxiety and made my ears ring after shutting it off. Not the most conducive thing for trying to sleep, and I worried that the other people in the house might be able to hear it too. Some of the sleep sounds and alarms sounded really nice though, even if I feel it could use more variety.

This app seems very intuitive. However, it messes with my music app. I've been listening to music to get to sleep for over six years, and I have a Bluetooth sleep mask that plays the song right into my ears during the entire night. The reason for my low rating is because Sleepwave causes my phone to sporadically disconnect from my headset, waking me up at all hours to try to fix it. I'm losing sleep because of it. I'm faced with a decision and, sorry Sleepwave, but I'll always choose my music

The wake up window is nice, albeit limited. However, nearly everything else is locked behind a subscription(!!!) Extremely basic features included!! And the app annoys you constantly about it. Every night you set your alarm, it will ask you to pay, even if you tap don't show again. I would rate this 1 star if there were any good alternatives. If any good alternative does show up, I'll retract the 2nd star. Edit: The app frequently breaks, forcing me to reinstall, so I've removed a star anyway.

I do really like this app over most others. The color schemes are nice and it it gives me the ability to see breakdowns of my sleep data that most other apps don't. I have a sleep disorder so this information is important to me. However, it relies on you starting the clock on it, where other have watch integration that includes Samsung or the ability to sync with other apps(Google Fit). My other complaint is the alarms are too gentle and there are no options to utilize your own sounds.

Paywall, arbitrary 3 night demo. I needed a way to wake up early and avoid disturbing my partner. Specifically to adjust my schedule for a special event. Good apps deserve to be paid for, but 3 days isn't even enough time for my body to adjust to a new wake up time. So paying for something before I can figure out if it works is not how I spend my money. Maybe it's a great app with great features, as a stay at home parent I can't do much in just 3 days. Give people 7 days to get used to it.

Honestly, it's the best app I have. Way more accurate than Samsng Health or Fitbiit. For some reason, when I turn it on after climbing into bed, I fall asleep within minutes instead of the usual hours. I suspect it has something to do with the sonar helping my mind quiet down. The $30 fee for a 12-month calendar year subscription is way worth it. Before this app, I would pay double and triple that $30 cost for just a month of sleep aid pills and stress meds due to the chronic lack of sleep.

I started using this app b/c of the tracker and I liked the slow wakeup. Now, besides the requiring payment to use more than 3 days a week, I'm doubting that it even tracks my sleep cycle. Had a long day at work and a very early flight the next day, was going to get like 2 hours of sleep. Never managed to fall asleep, was wide awake, yet when I stopped the app, it said I slept for 1 hour, and even made it to the deep sleep phase. I even walked away at one point - no spikes in the graph

I really love Sleepwave and I did use it for a long while, but so much of it has been paywalled at this point that I basically can't use any of the good, core features without a subscription (like, even the gradual wakeup music). Really sucks since this is a great app without many alternatives, but it seems they know it and are willing to get a few more bucks than make it more accessible to people.

It is an overall good app, but I noticed that whenever I would have it start tracking my sleep, or when I would try and use other features, it would play I really high pitched ringing noise. I'm not sure if it was supposed help call me, but I found it really annoying and disturbing. I also had a few instances where it didn't track through the whole night.

Was great beside the "wake up window" being a whole half hour sooner or much later than when I said to go off based on when it determined I'll actually want to be up. (Which was rarely correct) But hey, it got me up unlike other alarms, except NO! Not anymore! I am currently looking at a screen that says it will wake me up, that latest by 7:22 it is currently 7;42 and the alarm is not going off at all. Garbage

Very upset that a paywall has been added. Having used the app for the last couple months, i felt forced to purchase the yearly subscription to keep this nightly feature and habit going. It's really a great app, and i love looking at the sleep graph after i wake up. But man, i knew it was too good to be true. It's worth it though, i think

This app is great and in depth. I feel you should have a wider span of alarms however. Only problem I have with this app is this high pitched noise that I drown out after a while. Witch makes my ears feel like they are bleeding. Not sure if my phone can't handle it being quiet. It still works however. Amazing app, give it more than 5 stars if I could.

This app was not advertised correctly. I was watching YouTube, when an ad came up about this app. It didn't say that you had to pay for the app. So I downloaded it, I read all the steps. And I saw that you have to pay for it. It's a 3 for free. I just want to have a nice alarm app and not have to pay for EVERY single week 😒. Now I don't know if is just me and other people are fine to pay but I am not . So in the mean time I will find other sleep apps.

I love this app, but I've recently upgraded my device and I have lost everything from the app and it is treating me as a new user. Is there a way of restoring my progress and everything I had saved? There is no way of contacting you apart from this way unfortunately.

it's really helped me Wake up better and feel more rested. The only thing that sucks is if you sleep with music playing it struggles to tell if you're snoring / other noises in your sleep.

I love the app and have used it for a few years. It wakes you up at a very gentle pace and I like the alarm sounds. It's nice to start the day peacefully. However I'm giving 2 stars because the app regularly crashes over night (more than 5 times a year) - and when the product is literally a wake up alarm I don't think that's acceptable - I rely on the app to wake me up on time I still want to use it - but I'm finding myself setting my phone alarm 5 mins after I set this to be sure I wake up
