Slim Chickens

Good food! Experience is always great. My app no longer works, and I've tried every which way to earn my reward points from my order since it's become easier to just walk in to the store. I wish they would do something for my Android phone, or at the very least (which would mean the very most) have an easily linkable "Earn points" within the website, once logged in, instead of trying to direct me to an app that doesn't work for me. Yes, it was updated, deleted and reinstalled with no change.

App is mostly great, but the payment process is broken. Not sure how this has so many great reviews. Every time I go to pay it says my saved card has been declined. Then when I try to delete it, it gives me an error message. So every time I order I have to manually re-enter my credit card (it doesn't allow auto fill). Fix the payment process and it goes to 5 star.

I've been ordering from Slim Chickens for a long time. They have begun adding service fee charges to orders. Why would anyone use the app if they're going to charge service fees? It's not a normal credit card percentage fee either. It seems to be based on how many items you ordered. Also, the rewards expiring nonsense is annoying. If you don't visit them frequently enough, your built up points expire. Since it takes several visits to earn 50 points for a $4 discount, that's very annoying.

The app was much better than expected. Lots of choices of main dishes, sides, spices, sauces & drinks. Easy to navigate, easy to make changes, choose to pick-up, curbside or delivery. I chose pick-up for the following day. It was put on the pick-up shelf as I walked in the door. Very nice & easy experience. It's now my favorite chicken place.

I was sent a $5 coupon upon signing up for the app but was unable to use it due to app error. I tried different payment methods and deleting my order, starting over but still got the error. I still ordered the food and it was good but I'm disappointed in the app because this seems to be a common theme with several of the food apps I use.

The Slim Chicken app has trouble scanning receipts, and manual entry doesn’t work. After a large purchase, support quickly helped me get my rewards, but they ignored my follow-up about the ongoing issue. Now, I get a notification that my rewards soon expires. This app is too much of a hassle, with rewards expiring too quickly. I’m uninstalling it and returning to their main competitor as my go-to chicken restaurant!

The food is really good but the app needs some work. I want to be able to have the option to select only entrees as well as meals. Not every time I go out to eat do I want a drink included and I definitely don't want to be forced to get one. The menu needs bigger images so u can see what the item looks like before I click into it. Other than that, it was easy to order and the service was fast.

I don't know if it's the app or the printer at just my local location but the receipt scanner never works. I always have to enter the receipt number manually. I have a *really* hard time reading the small, weird font the app uses for manual entry. It makes me wonder if it's purposely designed to discourage earning and use of rewards without online ordering.

I'm a Golden ticket winner - slims for a year - I love slims but this app sucks. I've have to miss out on 4 weeks of my winnings because this app has decided to stop working. I've sent email for tech support request and nada. No response. Wish we didn't have to use this app to redeem. Wish someone would write back or just fix the issue. 👎 Zero stars for the app.

Always order from Location 3301 / Flemington NJ. App and website menu doesn't match paper copy (missing selection / items not listed). However, if I call local they can make item(s). Corporate or Olo, please fix. Also, i did a $28 order today and not able to add points (already scanned by another error message). Food is good though (4 to 5 stars for that)...just frustrating ordering process/ rewards system.

Went to slim chickens for the first time. Was suggested to get the app for points towards deals. The installation was slow but it installed. Went through the process of signing up. Was able to scan my receipt for points. Got the free sandwich deal. Everything looked ok. Until I went to check the app for making plans to come back. The app will not load. It stays in buffering limbo. Decided to uninstall until this is fixed. Will still go for good food. Just fix your app!!!

I have to re-enter my credit card every single time I order. I get an error message that my card has been declined... then I enter the exact same card again and it goes through. Only to have the card declined the next time I order. Doesn't matter which card I use either, I have tried several different ones.

This was my first visit to Slim Chickens and the food and service was excellent. For the price you can't beat the amount of food you get served. Definately my new go to place for chicken. The garlic toast was toasted on bite sides, unlike some other restaurants, the fries were lightly salted and not greasy, the chicken tenders were fresh and hot. Try Slim Chickens, you won't be disappointed!

why apps don't include go back buttons or home buttons on every page is beyond me. You have to close and re-open the app when they fail to put buttons that let you go back to the main page. for example click on the Account History page and then youtr just stuck. there is no way to get off that page.

It has been a while since I have been able to order through the app. I can choose the items. However, when I click on "make payment", an error message appears saying "cannot validate basket".

Upcharging to shake the patty in sauce, no free birthday jar (only with purchase of MEAL), and the app is glitchy. I'm so disappointed in how far Slim Chickens has fallen in quality. Greedy and lame.

Always a clean restaurant, employees are very nice and greet with smiles and the food us definitely worth it. Tried most of the menu and no complaints 👌. oh the dessert is very reasonable and love the Slim Chicken mason jars!

Love how easy and simple it is to add the points by scanning the barcode, wish other apps would do the same.

Slim Chickens is the new hotness. the chicken is flavorful and full of spices. It's juicy on the inside and crispy on the out. they have multiple flavor sauces and a plethora of sides a desserts to choose from. They will compete with Zaxby's, Raising Cane's, and Popeye's and they will win. Love this place. They also have great deals on certain days of the week and offers military discount. They are a 5 out of 5 in my book.

I don't appreciate being forced to pay for beverages. you have no regular sweet or unsweetened tea. I can't drink soda. the app will not let you add to cart until you select a beverage.
