constant glitches, like when answering the phone. Wouldn't connect, and lost the phone call, despite it being from the PA state office. it's hard to tell if it's just not connecting to my wifi (I currently have a Google Pixel 9a). Not having this issue with other communication apps. I'm at a loss of what to do. was good when I was traveling outside the US and the tech team has been responsive. Not sure if it's because of recent update?

great in concept but images don't show in txt. Wish it wasn't buggy. Messages that show in notifications don't show up in messages tab for 10mins sometimes. Fix your bugs please!

Terrible experience. 1) There was an error in processing payment 2) The app doesn't show my number 3) It doesn't allow adding the caller ID 4) It doesn't make calls. It just hangs up 5) It just doesn't work. Still waiting for the response from support team.

Unable to sign up for Zelle using the number that I chose. This was the main reason that I purchased this app!! Glad that I only paid the $10.00 for a starter plan!!! The message that I get from Zelle is "unable to connect" Android 15

Why not say it clearly that it's a paid app? You download the app and the downloads count increases -so convenient- but you can't even explore the app features before a subscription! Why would I pay for something before I get to try it??

As the setup took place and looks done, phone shown as connected, no call possible, out or in! And the help is not efficient..

Not free trial. Impossible to contact because if use contact us option fill question and press send, propose to send email not chat. Probably offers US number only that is useless for my pupose

no outgoing or incoming calls, you email these people they ignore. your minutes move faster than they should even though its 1 cent a call for the us. you contact them nothing but run around. whenever my subscription is up I'm done with this crooked app

Update: may 22, 2024 - two huge issues. First, when I receive a text message, it shows up in the Android message notification, but almost never shows up in the slynumber app - so there is no way to read it. On web portal, messages area shows "internal server error". Worse, support is non responsive. I received one response asking me if notifications were enabled. Since then they have ghosted me for weeks. I am not sure that anyone is even there as all my support requests are being ignored. :-(

i can't reset my account password, I click reset password it send the Link to my email the link opens, I input my new password, I submit, nothing happens, I sent an email to customer service over a week now no answer, looks like nobody in the other end.

phone is full of static phone calls not smooth

most horrible app to make calls with horrible noise, no smooth calls with this app, it makes unnecessary noise the call is horrible I won't advise anyone to pay for anything on this app

I have contacted slynumber support team several times with the issue of outbound messages not delivered to recipient. After 3 months subscription which cost $15 and also I bought credit for $10 worth total of $25. I only hear from them once and I have sent over 4 different mails regarding the issue but they have ghosted me. I'll need a refund since I can not use the app for the porpurse it was paid for and no one is attending to me regardless of my several emails to them. Time and money wasted

This app is worst. I subscribed 3 months subscription and later find out I still have to buy credit which I eventually did but to my surprise I bought $10 worth of credit and I haven't use more than 90 credit suddenly my remaining $9.10 just vanish and my balance doesn't even show on my dashboard anymore. I sent email to the customer support but got no response till now

The Slynumber/Slyfone app was initially a valuable communication tool. However, since 2023, I have encountered persistent issues with the app, particularly following updates and conveniently around the time of my renewal payment. I frequently lose access to my account, along with crucial text/call credits, typically exceeding $20. This situation is unacceptable. There's a dire need for necessary improvements. The increase of $29.99 to $49.99 annually is extreme, considering the app issues.

The subscription amount has already been charged from my account, but when I open the SLYNUMBER app, it still shows “no number”. I’ve already checked my Google Play subscriptions — it’s active and payment went through successfully. Kindly help me restore or activate the number on my account as soon as possible. it doesn't even have an option to open the app. that is not a joke, it quite literally lets you download it and doesn't have the option to open it.

1 star. Does not work after latest update. I just signed up, purchased a full year and was happy that both WhatsApp and Telegram accepted the number for validation (they did NOT treat it as Virtual). However shortly after, on 23/10, the pushed update broke the app and it no longer opens. Many other users report same. Upd 10/29 Latest Android Beta update fixed the issue without new SlyNumber version. Maybe the problem was on Android side. Back to 5 stars as the app, service and price are great

I am extremely disappointed with this app, as I spent $30 on an annual subscription only to find out that purchasing additional credits is also necessary. Unfortunately, this information was not clearly mentioned before making the payment. I feel misled and would like a refund; otherwise, I will have no choice but to contact my bank.

I subscribed to the service under the impression that it worked with WhatsApp, but I later found that this was not the case. I requested a refund within an hour, as their policy states refunds are available within 24 hours. However, I received a response three days later stating that I was not eligible. I recommend reviewing other customer experiences before subscribing to ensure it meets your expectations.
