I tried ordering groceries for the 1st time today. i didn't mind that it was delivered 3 hours late than the scheduled time but it was disappointing because 30% of what i ordered was not available pala but it was on the app. It was already paid online so now i have to wait 7-15 days for the refund. The concept of this app is great, but needs a lot of improvement. i hope you keep the available stocks updated on the app.
I ordered groceries online however my order status is still on picking even after the chosen scheduled time. The worst thing is its so difficult to get a support and its almost 24 hours from the delivery time and its says same day delivery. So disappointed and I think its better to purchase on the physical store instead because of lack of support. Not recommended at all.
1st time using the app and will be the last, wasted time and money due to inaccurate site description, location of stores are not stated properly and made me go to one store to another to pickup my groceries. Some items are not available so the staff called no option has been provided instead of covering those missing items for another item and now, I have multiple items i didnt order and 2 missing items. Chat support also sucks, didnt even provided help or to compensate with the inconvenience.
App is slow, buggy as hell, gives you a loading screen every 2 actions, crashes often, and has no proper handling for interrupted payments. They will tell you an order is pending payment, but they will give you 0 means to actually pay. edit: I did contact your email. They just told me my order was canceled. I then had to manually reinput my entire order. So, no, this review score will not change. Orders are late 99% of the time and they may delete your promo if they do not have items in stock.
They don't have GCredit for payment options but in physical store they have. Hope this will available in the next update. Then there store that are not available for deliveries only for dine-in, but you can do reservations.
Firts time to try the app. I thought delivery will be faster than other app (grab etc) kasi meron silang delivery options na may timeframe. I ordered yesterday to be delivered today between 9am - 11am. Pero its almost 2pm wala padin yung orders ko. Staff that called me regarding the unavailable items earlier eh hindi na nagrrespond. Stuck na sya sa ready for payment pero walang link na sinesend. Will never recommend this app kahit kanino. such a waste of time and hindi sya reliable.
tried several times but unable to link bank account, wasted a lot of time. and now we have to order separately from different stores and pay DOUBLE DELIVERY CHARGE. Better delete this app.
Ordered and paid (via Maya) a few grocery items. Not delivered within set delivery time. Chatbot limits the questions one can ask. Called stores numbers, no answer.
Just used this apps today! Ordered 2 separte store. My order on the other store was no longer available, they just cancelled it, and all of my vouchers applied was also cancelled!! Napakasaklap
I order grocery and paid online, they call me saying some items are not available. They said the extra amount will be refunded. I never received the extra amount I paid. Also the portioning and amount of items on their meat and vegetables section is confusing. It doesn't provide option to get specific amount of the product.
So hard to use, you cant find where to choose the restaurant you want to order. cant event pick which branch you want to order with
Not planning to give a review at all but due to frustration of my refund and disappointment, here it goes, I cancelled my orders due to late call of informing me that most of my orders aren't available while I waited for 5hrs for it to be delivered, so I cancelled then I've been informed that the refund will be received w/in 24hrs and today is the 75th hrs still no refund.. I give my trust to this app because its "SM" but never thought to be treated this way! so please do something about it..
items that are added to cart and proceeded in checkout already and suddenly it will cancelled due to no stock and no refund concern no email of they process the refund you have to email their customer service to confirm refund is procssed
downloaded the app due to an advertised discount when checking in app most items are displayed as coming soon
when I opened the app for the first time which is yes really first time it only shows black screen pls fix this problem asap.

Grocery not working; can't even add items.
Ordered grocery online for delivery Oct 10. Was informed delivery will be the next day and will be provided the paylink. Instead, I found out later in the app, Oct 12, that it was cancelled. No one even tried to contact me directly and I was still giving them the opportunity to resolve this to my satisfaction. Someone in SM should investigate this thoroughly and provide me some feedback or they don't really care!!!!
I accidentally put the wrong address in my order but the refund didn't go through. and I have to wait for 3-7 days for the process to happen. but when I contacted the customer service they said. I need to wait for 7-10 days? such inconsistency of the information. don't download this!
