For anyone who has a panic attack like I did when it gave me a bmi of 929, just realize that it's glitched if you use either inches or pounds and you need to use the metric system for your weight and height so that it's closer to accuracy. Other than that it's a pretty good app. Have to watch an ad before each workout though but that's really the only downside
So the exercises are pretty good. But I wish there were more exercises that criss cross the body and ones that better worked the lats. So more variety per workout covering the same amount of time would have been good. There was a problem I came across though. I accidently selected next o an exercise and I could not go back. It just started me on the next day which was terrible unfortunate because it will not log the information correctly. Not allowing for correction.
My belly hurts! My thighs hurt! My arms hurt!everything else is heavy! And I feel amazing! I love the changes visible to my body, and mostly hate the exercises because they are somethings hard! It would be nice if they asked "how was the exercises" at the end of the workout so as to adjust it for you. But the app is amazing!
I absolutely love this app . When i started using it a could feel a a difference in my mindset and body. The fact that you can choose the levels you would like to work on and the whistle and countdown really helps me personally because i know when to start if my phone isnt right in front of me.It shows you a chart of how much progress you are making i would definitely recommend this app for women who are struggling with their self confidence .
So far This is a real work out. My stomach is burning, try it, it might be great for you. I'm gonna keep this app til I meet my goal😘👊🏾 the only thing I don't like is they ask you to rate before it's been a week to a month and sometimes issues with apps don't happen asap sometimes it takes time before it starts acting up, just a thought to consider.
Day 6 and I'm seeing the change in my body. The workouts aren't feeling easier yet. And because I've always struggle with consistency I chose level 1so I don't lose zeal abd what keeps going is coming to do 6-9 workouts and call it a day. If i feel motivated i may do a repetition. I'm already on a sugar fast as hard as it is little changes are making a difference and this app helps me a lot to achieving my goal. Thank you!!💞
Brilliant!!! Try the pilates app too it's good. Combine both for amazing results no cap. Lost 3 kilos mu first three days. I have to say water and balanced diet helps too. Eating little isn't the best way to go. Eat what is good for you and drink what is good for you. Seriously it helps. I wish someone told me that sooner. 😪 ppl just say it less exercise more. I needed more food. Find what your portion size is.
The first day of the app was my ACTUAL first day of working out after more than 18 months since i left the gym. didn't like going to the gym, I cancelled cos it was a waste of money for services i am not using. However, the idea of having my "dream bod" has always been there, needed something to motivate me to workout, especially at home. This was great, my body was begging me to stop but these were very simple yet effective. I love the voice and the whistle 😄 felt like i had a coach. Love it!
Tha app is great but I can't give 5 stars because the yoga workout are not showing, just a blink page. I subscribe to a premium service but nothing changed, everything is still the same, the ads, workouts, everything... So it's a waste of money to subscribe to something I already had. Fix it please
I think people in all of us think that in order to do great things and to achieve our goals we have to do over-the-top things but that's not true these exercise is teaching me that you can do simple stuff simple workouts and you still can reach your goals and Achieve great things I love this workout app! ify... Currently i weigh 214Ibs by the end of the week I'll be posting my results here...stay tuned!
There's something about an app giving you what you got it for. not more or less, confusing or difficult to navigate through. I have over 5 abs workout apps, None gives me what i came for. I came for abs, dont give me what i didnt ask for. Keep to your niche. &if i didnt ask to keep fit or for too easy plan, then give me something worth my hard earned time &give me results. If i got it, it was because i really wanted to do it. But this app is diffrent & good. Thank you to the developers.
This app is great. I'm on day 28 and my abs are already visible without me trying to flex it. By day 20 to around 26 my body was already beginning to be toned just the way I wanted. I have to admit I didn't actually follow it exactly, I took more rest days than recommended (hehe) and changed the work out days to fit my liking and still ended up with wonderful results. I'm almost done with my 30 day challenge and I might take on the routine challenges just to keep up my new body.
5 stars cus I'm sweating rn, so i know the exercises are working 😂( and I'm unfit 👀) . But it'd be great if there was explanations on how to carry out the exercises. And some exercises like plank and cobra stretch should be timed instead of showing ×10 and ×8. The app is really good tho👍🏼
I'm ratting this with 5 stars even though I'm on my 5th day, I'm starting to see difference every app I tried didn't show any results like this app, my thighs hurt and burn and my belly also and the exercises aren't that hard. This app has 3 lvl of exercises and in the first days already I'm seeing difference.I would recommend it if you are looking for fat burning exercises!
The app is confusing, There's a random countdown after you do an exercise..I assume its a rest period? Also, there's 2 buttons to get to the next exercise but they appear to shh the same thing. And it ranked me at the max level for BMI, obese III .... I'm 5'4 and 133lb... pretty sure I'm not obese.
this app at least for me is like hell but I can't delegate that it make me sweat more and I feel like my muscles are working more than other apps so I'm in the middle not to mad but either to good at least for me, and I have to say that I'm not an expert so maybe a more stronger person can do it so don't choose this If you are not ready to burn
I'm having the best time with this app. I like the variety of all exercises. And the fact that you can choose what you want to work on. It's perfect for me. They even give a meal. Plan. What more could I ask for all free and all from the comfort of my own home.
I seriously realized how lazy I was doing these exercises. Took me out of my comfort zone. Now I suddenly feel energetic. I'm definitely not stopping with this app, I can see change on my body shape. This app is worth it all.

it is a nice app, no ad destructions that's perfect. The count down is my preference its a motivation than to count to a certain number, the sets are unique I can feel the spots that am really working out.
