Smart Tutor for SAMSUNG Mobile

I had been having major issues with my phone, that I was ready to throw it in front of a speeding bus! every time I touched the keyboard, or an app, all sorts of popups starting showing up, one after another, layering on top of each other! I couldn't do anything. I called Samsung Support and spoke with 2 different representatives, Eric and Anwar, and with the help of Smart Tutor, they were able to locate and delete all of my apps that were infecting my phone. It's working fine now!

I was having major different issues and I think his name was John. got right in my phone and found a third party app that was causing my issues. he cleaned it all up and was so very nice. you have an excellent worker there!!!! thank you again!

The Samsung Tech walked me through how to download this app. Once he was able to have access and control of my phone, he was able to fix my problem in 5 minutes. I was working on this issue for over an hour with no luck.

The technician was very knowledgeable about my inquiry. He was able to fix the issue in five minutes. He was also very professional and patience.

I am semi functional disabled and yesterday I was booking my wheeltrans for medical appts and began receiving popups that prevented me from booking. they also forced their way into my phone calls, my youtube, just everything. I was frazzled, called my carrier, Virgin Mobile and they immediately got me to contact Samsung. Dwight was the support person and he made it so simple for me. he took over and not only fixed the problem but showed me what caused it and how to fix in future.

J spoke perfect English, was very easy to work with and solved recurring problem printing documents. Promote him immediately.

l was having problems with the ap disappearing. The technician fixed my problems very quickly. permanently fixing the ap on my front page. l am very happy.!!!!

I needed help as I downloaded some things that affected my phones operation.. they remotely checked my phone and cleaned it up... what a relief !! oh but at first they wanted to direct me to a nearby Samsung store..... I just wanted remote help which they gave me upon asking....

02/04/2026: The rep (Yomry) was able to access my cell phone & fix the issues I was having. He was very helpful, easy to understand, & had it done so quickly. Yomry is an asset to this company! On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give him a = 10++ Excellent!! You need more people like him! ; ~ }

ATT rep was great, fixed problem right away. He even did work around since couldn't access messages.

I don't recall his name, but the Samsung rep was SO helpful! He connected to my cell and fixed my locked screen problem!

I had a serious conflict with my Bluetooth connection. Would not play media thru Bluetooth devices. It said it was but only coming out of phone speakers. But Bluetooth worked for notifications, etc. Josh got in my phone. Went so fast it was a blur! And just like that he fixed my problem. And made my day. Wish I could thank him
