I had been having major issues with my phone, that I was ready to throw it in front of a speeding bus! every time I touched the keyboard, or an app, all sorts of popups starting showing up, one after another, layering on top of each other! I couldn't do anything. I called Samsung Support and spoke with 2 different representatives, Eric and Anwar, and with the help of Smart Tutor, they were able to locate and delete all of my apps that were infecting my phone. It's working fine now!

I was having major different issues and I think his name was John. got right in my phone and found a third party app that was causing my issues. he cleaned it all up and was so very nice. you have an excellent worker there!!!! thank you again!

The Samsung Tech walked me through how to download this app. Once he was able to have access and control of my phone, he was able to fix my problem in 5 minutes. I was working on this issue for over an hour with no luck.

I had an amazing experience with the agent who assisted me. He was very attentive and caring. He had great listening skills ans was very patient. He gave me very clear instructions and explained everything he was doing. I am very pleased with his abilities. He successfully removed the virus from my phone so now my phone is functional again and I am very very happy. Great job Samsung Customer Care Center.

I am semi functional disabled and yesterday I was booking my wheeltrans for medical appts and began receiving popups that prevented me from booking. they also forced their way into my phone calls, my youtube, just everything. I was frazzled, called my carrier, Virgin Mobile and they immediately got me to contact Samsung. Dwight was the support person and he made it so simple for me. he took over and not only fixed the problem but showed me what caused it and how to fix in future.

I needed help as I downloaded some things that affected my phones operation.. they remotely checked my phone and cleaned it up... what a relief !! oh but at first they wanted to direct me to a nearby Samsung store..... I just wanted remote help which they gave me upon asking....

I had a serious conflict with my Bluetooth connection. Would not play media thru Bluetooth devices. It said it was but only coming out of phone speakers. But Bluetooth worked for notifications, etc. Josh got in my phone. Went so fast it was a blur! And just like that he fixed my problem. And made my day. Wish I could thank him
