There are so many options to take from online. All of them have bugs glitches and many more. In this app , honestly the login was buffuring and some loading issue (taking time) . But on the other hand the shopping section is bug free and it was working fine. I was shocked about the pricing but it was decent. By shopping some coins could be earned which could be used to convert into currency 💲 or other offers such as surveys , deals etc .The survey 🪵 and deals 🤝 are good 💯. It's appropriated

Scam. The bad: Baited with a $15 rebate. Their FAQ states "Smarty is absolutely free!" yet they charge you a $3 for a 7-day trial period after which they charge $19/month, all of which wasn't clearly presented in the process. I only saw it when it got charged to my credit card. Rebate takes 6-8 weeks, by then they have $22-$41 out of you for a net loss of $7-$26! The good: customer support quickly cancelled my account and promised to return my money.... We'll see if they do.

When I bought tickets on TicketMaster, Smarty showed up on the ticketmaster app offering a free 15 dollar rebate, so after filling out the info for what was supposed to be FREE, there was a 3 dollar charge on my credit card. After reading other reviews, I realized it would end up costing more money to get the rebate than I was getting back. Nowhere I saw leading up to this was it stated that there would be a 3 dollar charge. Horrible business practice, I feel taken advantage of and lied to.

Beware! If promised a rebate with a trial sign-up & auto-renew you will likely not get it by the time the trial period ends, thus losing it if you do cancel. Also, be prepared for a wild goose chase to find the delete account button. It's there, FAQ tells you where to find it is, sort of...if you can find THAT instruction. But the description is unclear, incomplete, flat wrong...and hidden. A good, honest, useful product would be transparent. It would't have to obfuscate. Good riddance.

UPDATE: This is an update from July 26th, 2023. $3 lost. Didn't get the rebate within the 6-8 weeks and no notifications as to why. I deleted my Smarty account entirely and will be deleting the app. As for Smarty's response, there wasn't confusion. I stated that I saw the membership fees in my original review. The rebate either doesn't exist or you have to wait until the $19/month charge hits so you take a net loss of $7. Whatever. I'm not coming back. To those who have the membership, good luck

FRAUD!!!!!! This popped up on a legit site while I was filling out a form for purchases. They got my credit card and INSTANTLY billed me. I went to the website to delete info and I can't!!! I've tried to unsubscribe. You can't. You can only opt out of emails and notifications. In their FAQ the question is how to unsubscribe. They give false directions to there menu. And the option to unsubscribe is NOT THERE.

Scam, as all the other reviews state. They bait you with a $15 rebate but you won't get it until your trial period ends and are charged a full month. This is contrary to the ad that said I would get the rebate just for trying. You don't. You have to do more than just try. Once realising this, they stop you from cancelling your subscription for 24 hours in hopes that you forget to tomorrow and they can charge you at least once.

I feel deceived. Definitely a scam. It is NOT straight forward that this is a subscription situation, nor do they tell you how much is being charged. Got sucked in trying to save some money on expensive movie tickets. All in all, it started with a $3 charge I didn't expect, then just today $19. Canceled my ✌️"subscription"✌️ and just HOPE I don't get any further surprise fees

I cashed out my smarty coins for a $15 e-visa card, waited almost 2 weeks for it, and the link was broken. After contacting support, I was told to order a different gift card. I ordered another gift card, was told that I have to wait 3 to 5 weeks to receive it, finally got it, and guess what... This one is broken as well. I have contacted customer support through the app and email, and was told that I'd be high priority for them to fix it. That was 2 weeks ago and now no one is getting back to m

Update; I contacted smarty and let them know that when I signed up at no point saw anything about a $3 7day trial and no $19 dollar monthly fee. And advised they should put it in bold lettering. They given my $19 back, I don't really shop online much this app is not 4 me. I signed up to get a rebate on a concert ticket, later I was charged $3 and later $19. For what they emailed me was a membership, at no point in my sign up was it upfront about "membership charges" must have been in small print

Smarty is a great value-add, especially with its association with Cineplex. The discounts are easy to access and actually useful, making movie outings more affordable and enjoyable. The process is simple, smooth, and well worth it for anyone who visits Cineplex regularly. Highly recommended!

so I stay at 3 stars because for some reason I can't seem to qualify for ANY surveys, I mean literally not one. I've tried different categories, clearing my cache, trying to update app. still nothing. idk I feel like I'm at a stand still with earning points, not sure why but im$2.50 from a gift card of course.

Frustrating website! When I need to enter a verification code sent via SMS or email, the session times out while getting the code. I can't get into an app because I failed too many times trying to retrieve the verification code.

To the app owners/developers, be upfront and show, in very easy to find text, that people will be charged for using this app. This info should be easy to see. For all those who had several charges appear on your credit card...contact your credit card company & reverse the charges. Take screen shots of all the reviews from people who had the same thing happen to them and present them to your credit card company if needed. Eventually these guys will never be able to open a merchant account.🖕👉

To allow the app to try coupon codes for the site you're browsing you have to allow it permission to view your open windows. This is an app permission setting that you have to set to on, so it's running in the background- I don't know what I was thinking. I value my privacy/personal data slightly more than that. I also don't have enough RAM (or phone juice, whatever) or battery for this to work. Without having that feature on it's not any more useful than doing a browser search for coupon codes.

This app is not an app I ever downloaded, yet somehow it created an account for me using my email and attempted to charge my debit card, presumably through google play, while never being downloaded on my phone. This is incredibly fishy.

Doesn't work on Pixel 6a. As soon as I enable it to "draw over other apps" the screen goes grey and nothing happens. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and same deal. I can't remember if there's a membership fee, but I'd better not be charged. Update: December 2, 2022. Just got charged. I've emailed for a refund but who knows if they'll even respond.

Based on what I observed, Smarty automatically finds and applies the best coupons at checkout, compares prices from different stores, and even gives you cashback on purchases. The browser extension is super easy to use—it just pops up when you're shopping and shows you the best deals. If you love saving money but don’t want the hassle of searching for discounts, Smarty makes the whole process quick and effortless! Overall, it's a 10/10 app!

From my experience, Smarty seamlessly detects and applies the best coupons at checkout, compares prices across various retailers, and even provides cashback on purchases. The browser extension is incredibly user-friendly—it appears automatically while shopping and highlights the best available deals. If you're someone who loves to save money but dislikes the hassle of manually searching for discounts, Smarty simplifies the en
