Extremely poor service. Discount vouchers are misleading—you waste time adding items just to reach the minimum amount. My order was marked delivered but never received. The delivery agent failed to verify the address and delivered it elsewhere. I had to chase the agent and customer support, send photos of my building and flat, and still faced slow responses. Lost money, time, and peace of mind. Better to use other apps that ensure proper delivery checks and responsive support.
Such a scam reward program which keeps asking you to add the things until it reaches certain amount. even then when the order placed. it was supposed to be delivered after 6 hour which did not happen. I asked reschedule again they failed to do so. I asked them to cancel the order. once the order is cancelled you will receive your amount after 2 weeks. not at all convenient for groceries.
The absolute worst delivery app I've ever used and that's a massively low bar set by Talabat. save yourself the headache from cancelled orders, spilled food, incorrect descriptions and a blatant disregard for allergy requirements. Even the customer service has gotten horrible over the years and as someone who's used this app daily for almost 3 years I'm done.
I received a voucher from the Smiles App on Feb 10, 2026. The terms said it was valid for 30 days, but the voucher was discontinued on Feb 11. Customer support refused to help, saying the offer is no longer available. This is a clear breach of the stated terms and very misleading. Not even worthy of a 1-star rating.
I ordered food at 1.30 pm and now the time is 5.30 pm, till now it is not delivered. I've already done the payment online. I can't even cancel the order, i called the restaurant they told to contact smile customer support but there is no way to contact. Simles provide zero customer support. Now my cash is also debited from my account
I order from smiles regularly but it become one of the worst app now a days where there is no connection between restaurants and smiles customer care , they waste time and cancel the order without informing. big suffering , very poor service , smile now is one of the worst platform, customer service is worst, they are just IA reborts and don't bother to inform customer or messege about order status. I rate them Zero and don't recommend anyone, I am also going to close my smilCBD card now
overall the app is ok, but the service itself from smiles is very poor. so many times either the order is cancelled by the restaurant or the riders are not available, 1 in 3 times it's the same and just for reaching customer support you have to wait in the chat queue for 15mins. On that if you leave the app and come back the chat disconnects and then again you have to wait for 15mins. Poor service and poor app, not using it ever again.
Bad experience with smiles market,please don't order from them,they don't deliver on time.they deliver on midnight always says due to high volume,this is my 4-5 experience with smiles,they have to rectify it.customer support also responds very late.please don't use this app for grocery.there are more better apps which delivers faster and cheaper than this app
I had a very bad experience with Smile Delivery. The service was extremely unprofessional, delivery was delayed without any proper communication, and customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to follow up. There was no accountability, no clear updates, and no effort to resolve the issue. I had to chase them multiple times just to get basic information, which is unacceptable for a delivery company. Extremely bad app and experience. After order, they will say some items are out of stock, so cart value will fall voucher cutoff, so pay 20AED extra - which is extremely unethical on their part. +4% platform fee +delivery fee. They have a substitute functionality, which doesn't work - and will be used by then as an excuse to overcharge customers. NEVER USE THIS APP. They feel they are privileged to do anything to customers. All positive reviews seem to be paid reviews.
Very disappointing experience with Smiles food delivery. I ordered food at 1:50 AM and waited until 3:25 AM, but the rider never arrived. When I checked the app, it showed my order as “Delivered”, even though I received nothing. After contacting customer service, I was told that the rider had an accident. If that is true, then why was I not informed at all? No call, no message, no app notification. Marking an undelivered order as “delivered” is unacceptable. I hope Smiles improves transparency,
I placed my order at 8:00 PM, but the food has still not been delivered even after 2 hours. The app shows the order as delivered at 8:40 PM, which is incorrect. I attempted to contact the delivery partner multiple times, but there was no response. I didn't got any refund also. The service is very poor please don't use it. App is not trusteble
Extremely bad experience. There is zero coordination between Smile App and the restaurant. I placed an order worth AED 250, including 8 complimentary items, but after a delay of more than 3 hours, the food arrived when everyone had already left. On top of this terrible service, I received only AED 20 as compensation, which is completely unacceptable. This is a waste of time and money. Very unprofessional and disappointing service. Never ordering again.
Very disappointing experience. I ordered food through the Smile app. The app showed “Delivered”, but I never received anything. When I contacted customer care, they said they would arrange a redelivery. I waited 1.5 HOURS after that — still no food, no delivery, no refund, no update. I followed up again and got absolutely nothing.
Very poor delivery service. Almost every time I place an order, it gets delayed. In many cases, the driver disappears, and even the support team is unable to confirm the driver’s location. Declining Quality: The app has drastically worsened over time. Annoying UI: Useless "gift wheel" pop-ups and a lack of real features make it hard to use. Failed Transactions: Using "points plus cash" results in lost money and points without receiving the item. Poor Support: Customer service agents are unhelpful, and cases are automatically closed without resolving the issue.
LEGALLY SCAMMING PEOPLE. The home services charged me even though I had cash vouchers and they charged me again(so twice) for a single service and after complaining to the customer service they replied to my email approving a refund which should have taken 7-14days but it's been a month and I still haven't received it. I keep calling and asking for an update and they keep telling me that they will call back but never do. SCAM APP DONT USE IT. Nowhere to complain about it.
The app is great for discounts but what good is that if you never recieve your order but they still charge you?
