So easy to use, I often find the entities who are sent the information are not consistent in their communication back to you. The SSS app makes it so easy to report something. It is all too easy to just walk past something and think that somebody else will report it, with Snap Send Solve there is no excuse not to report items that are needing fixing or work done. It makes out community much safer and pleasant.

love this app, i use it at least four times a week while I'm out on my walks, one thing I wish would happen is if the issue has been fixed the app tells you, sometimes I'll do a walk in a different location and not get back there for months, I'm guessing that the council from that area needs to actually click that it has been fixed? not sure if that can be made easier somehow. All up I'll keep using it.

So, I get an email from you demanding that I update the app before a cut off date, but on this new version, it's slower than paint drying on a wall. It took at least 30 seconds to login, and won't even load my snaps. This is despite near full 5G reception which has no issue on any other websites.

Useful, but we cannot edit, add additional text, or add new photos to the existing unsolved snaps. Creating new snaps for the same unsolved problem is unfortunately the only option we are left with. Also, there needs to be a category for streetlights that aren't damaged, but are powered on during the day by mistake.

I absolutely love the app. However I'm rather annoyed by my council sending me emails saying Snap Send Solve is NOT their preferred method of contact and to ring them. Having rung them previously, before using your terrific app, I found the person who answered to be rude and dismissive. Really wish they'd move with the times.

I've been using this app for years without issue and I loved it, until I received an email telling me to update the app. I've tried to update it on my phone but it wouldn't let me so I uninstalled it. Tried to reinstall it but it won't let me enter my address. It also means I've lost all my data so can't see my reports. It won't let me update any details. I am virtually unable to use the app now. What an absolute nightmare. It shouldn't be this difficult. I want to reinstate my previous account.

It's been six months, and I still can't upload more than one image that is stored in my gallery. **** I still can't upload more than one image. **** went to post something today, and I can only upload one image? The maximum is four.. The only way I can do it is to close the app, reopen it, and upload the image and it only allows one image. in the 'before and after' upload mode. 🤔

When exploring reports that other people have submitted and I tap on the 'nearby' option, I see reports from all over Brisbane not those based on my current location. I only want to see reports in a narrow radius of one or two suburbs around me.

fantastic app, easy to use. would be 5 stars if all recipients were signed up for Snap send solve notifications. My council refuses to acknowledge them and instead contacts me directly to report through their website (which is nowhere near as user friendly)

Snap Send Solve - such a great Service, being the eyes for the Local Councils is a great Service in the Community. An easy way to resolve an issue from dumped rubbish to damaged signs, all with use of your mobile. Easy to use app. with ongoing communication from the 'Solvers' when you make contact over an issue. Prompt notification received to advise it's resolved too.

Cannot log in to the app anymore as of 19/02/2026. When you get the 4 digit code it fails, network error. Have tried on wifi and 4/5g and same issue.

A pile of used needles in Pyrmont on a foot path. reported 3 times, 'solved' 3 times. Needles still there and dangerous. Almost every snap I send is marked as solved without being solved.

App is barely fit for purpose. It only retains the latest 50 snaps, and you cannot export. This means you cannot hold a historical record for use as evidence at a later time.

Addresses need to be manually changed. not added - Dept Agriculture and fisheries is still not available when reporting pests such as Fire ants. Reducing rating.

deleted the app some years ago, because 90% it's useless. thought I'd try again. but it's still useless, good points shopping trolleys are collected. other than that, nothing. you will get a note saying it's been solved. but obviously nobody from sss goes to check this claim. some of the solvers, say they are.not with sss still 90% useless

Being able to snap,& send resolved having a traffic mirror replaced that I reported as being vandalized. Such an easy way of getting something done...👍

Snapper should be able to edit, and cancel a snap. needs an option to report inappropriate snaps. ie of homeless people taken without permission. 23/12 .. more snaps of homeless people being taken.

The fast action I've been getting from Logan City Council has been excellent. They also fix an in app issue.

Not sure of the point of the app, I have had "Snaps" (reports) in since 2024 with no comments, updates, or any movement since I logged them. Do you actually do anything?
